Beautiful Torture Page 9

Beautiful Forever, the conclusion to Caleb and Henley’s story, is releasing in November 2016.

  Note from the Author

When I wrote Twisted Fate, my vision was to have four books in the series. Each of the four friends who worked at Southern Stain would have their stories told (Jack, Fish, Stone, and Annie.) Then somehow, Caleb became extremely important. He wasn’t really that guy. You know, the cheater—bad boy—asshole type. He was a good guy who just got caught up in a bad situation. So I felt like I needed to tell his story. In the beginning, a novella seemed like a great idea, but after a few thousand words, I knew he needed more. With deadlines approaching and me with very little writing time, I had two choices. Either rush the ending and be extremely unhappy with the finished product or split his story into two novellas. I’m actually not a big fan of the idea of two books, but I had to be fair to Caleb and Henley. I hope you guys enjoyed Beautiful Torture, and the ending to Caleb’s journey with Henley will be released in November 2016. Thank you so much for reading, and I hope you enjoy reading Caleb and Henley’s story as much as I enjoyed writing it.
