After pie has bake and lightly golden brown, remove pie from oven. Spoon and spread warm topping mixture evenly over top of pie. Cover the edges of crust with strips of foil to prevent excessive browning.
Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is a deep golden brown.
Cool and serve with whipped cream.
Yields: one 9 - inch pie.

Caramel Sundae With Toffee Praline Cookie Crumble
Ingredients
Crumbled up Cinnamon Toffee Praline Cookies
Vanilla Ice Cream
Caramel Sauce (purchased or home-made)
Preparation
Warm up the caramel sauce (in the microwave, it takes about 45 seconds).
Scoop out the vanilla ice cream onto plates or in bowls.
Crumble the cookies on top of ice cream.
Pour the warm caramel sauce on top of everything.
Serve immediately.

Summer Stone Fruit Carpaccio With Vanilla Bean Syrup and Ginger Cream
Ingredients
4 red plums
4 black plums
4 pluots
4 apricots
Vanilla Bean Syrup
1 cup raw organic honey or raw agave
1 vanilla bean, cut down the middle lengthwise and scraped with a small paring knife
Ginger Cream
1 cup organic whipping cream
1 tablespoon ginger juice
Preparation
Combine ingredients for the syrup and set aside, covered.
Place ginger juice in a large bowl and add cream. Honey or agave may be added to sweeten, if desired. Beat until semi-stiff peaks form. Set aside
Slice thinly around the pit of each piece of fruit and arrange on a large platter in layers. Drizzle with desired amount of syrup and spoon a dollop of cream on top. Garnish with lavender buds and a sprig of fresh mint.

Frozen Kiwi Coconut Margarita
Ingredients
2.5 cups of ice
4 ounces tequila
2 ounces triple sec
½ lime
1 ounce of simple syrup
2 ounces coconut milk
2 whole kiwis, deskinned
Sugar to rim
Preparation
Add ice to blender
Add tequila, Triple Sec, juice from the lime, coconut milk, kiwi, and simple syrup to blender
Blend
Using the spent lime, moisten margarita glass rim and rim with sugar
Pour contents of blender into margarita glasses
Serve
