“He knows some crazy ass super spy shit, Delaney.” Janey squealed in delight before dialling back her enthusiasm at his look. “He keeps threatening to spank me.” Delaney laughed. The thought of Linkin giving Janey a correction punishment didn’t make her jealous or hot. It made her feel sorry for the other sub’s ass.
“You should watch your mouth, then. I wasn’t kidding when I said he gives out hard spankings.” Delaney walked behind Linkin and Janey and glanced at the screens. “What is all this?”
Linkin didn’t look back at her as he continued to type, the screen filling up with computer code. “I’ve taken down every single video and picture of you on the internet.” Delaney felt her face fall in shock.
“Can you do that?” she whispered in wonder.
“He did. I saw it happen. One moment the videos were there and the next minute nothing.” Janey was straining not to bounce up and down in her chair. Martin came back from the kitchen with a mug of hot tea. “We really are going to have to get some real food in here, I for one haven’t had lunch.”
“I need fuel, too.” Linkin announced from the computer before continuing. “Obviously, if someone has already seen the videos and pictures, there’s nothing we can do about it. I would like to send a virus that destroys whatever tech device they saw you on, but it wasn’t their fault you were on there.”
Delaney took the hot mug from Martin with a kiss and tried to warm her fingers. He gave her a reassuring smile before walking out of the dining room and grabbing his cell phone.
“A couple of the assholes downloaded a video.” Linkin went on, and Delaney’s heart stopped. “But I did put a vicious virus on them rendering their ability to access the video or pass it on impossible.” She wanted to ask about the virus but was too nervous.
“Rex still has all those pictures and videos,” Delaney shivered. “I can’t believe he taped our sessions. What a pig.”
Linkin turned in his chair. “I’ve been into his PC and phone. I erased anything he had on those devices. I wanted to blow his shit up but decided in case he has copies not connected to the internet hidden somewhere it’s best to keep his access to the net going,” Linkin explained, and Delaney realised her Dom was a genius. A serious genius.
“You hacked into his home computer?” Delaney was still in shock.
“Yeah, I totally watched him go in there.” Janey turned her head to stare at Delaney. “We found loads of creepy shit, Laney. You’re not the first girl he did this too, either. Linkin went through and erased all the videos. He’s creating a virus right now that will hunt all over the web and destroy them. Cool, right? I don’t know why he wears leathers when he could be wearing a cape.”
“I like the feeling of leather against my cock when I get an erection,” Linkin’s mild voice only made his comment funnier. Delaney tried to hold in a giggle, but it erupted out of her. Janey joined her. “Unless your lips are wrapped around it? Would you like me to give you a better use for your mouth?”
“No, Master,” Delaney replied quickly, her face heating. She took a sip of her tea. It was perfect. Martin came back into the dining room.
“I’ve ordered take away. It should be arriving soon. What did I miss?” he asked as he looked around the little group of people.
“Just your boyfriend saving the world.” Janey’s voice held a note of awe that Delaney felt all the way down to her toes. She glanced between Martin and Linkin and realised how damn lucky she was to have them in her life. Janey waved at Martin and Linkin before walking out into the hall, and Delaney followed her.
“Thank you so much for rescuing me.” Delaney hugged Janey tightly and felt her friend’s arms go around her. “I would have stayed in bed crying my eyes out for days.” Janey released her and stepped back.
“I would have, too.” Janey gave her a half smile. “You’ve got a couple of really great Doms in there, and they love you.” Her voice was wistful. “If I found one Dom who was even half as much into me as those two are with you? Well, I’d make sure I rocked his world so hard he’d never not know how I felt about him.”
Delaney nodded her head, unable to articulate how she felt for Martin and Linkin. It was too new, and vast words didn’t seem to describe the immensity. “Thanks again.”
“I’ll see you at The Feather Flogger.” Janey reached behind her for the doorknob. “Master Linkin is right. The sooner you get out and join your friends in the kink world, the sooner you can put this shit behind you.”
“Twenty.” Linkin shouted from inside the house. Janey’s shoulders slumped, and Delaney didn’t bother to try and hold back her small smile.
“You do have friends. Way more than that,” Janey stopped herself just before swearing again, “Poser Dom.”
“Thanks, I’ll do my best.” Delaney promised and watched as Janey opened the door all the way and left. She slipped the lock into place but didn’t bother with the alarm. Martin and Linkin were probably all the security she needed. It had been such an emotional day, and even with their support she felt wrung out. Walking back into the dining room, she watched Linkin and Martin arguing quietly.
“Whatever it is you might as well just let him say it.” Delaney went over to the teapot, but it was too cold to interest her. She went to sit down, but Martin got to her first. He sat down in one of her old dining chairs and pulled her down into his lap. She snuggled in, enjoying the warmth of connection; the only thing missing was Linkin’s arms around them both. He was frowning at them, or as good as frowning. Delaney had learned to look for the subtle changes in expression that gave away Linkin’s moods. They were definitely there like a roadmap, but a person had to really study hard to find them. Delaney planned to be a master student.
“You need to come and stay with us.” Linkin’s expression was grim. He body braced for an argument because she had been unwilling to listen to him when he said Rex was becoming a potentially dangerous problem. Delaney had done a lot thinking this afternoon about her mundane life and her life as a sub. She had always needed the two to be separate in the belief she was preserving her independent identity. What if really she had only been segregating herself from not only her friends in the mundane world but also in the kink world as she tried to control everything around her. Delaney felt as if she hadn’t given the Dom/sub dynamic the proper effort in the past, and it hurt. She had always prided herself on being a good sub, but what if all this time she had only been playing at submitting. Did that make her any better than Rex?
“OK,” Delaney agreed. She felt Martin’s arms tighten around her, and Linkin’s face blinked in a moment of surprise. His eyes narrowed on her face, looking for any sign she was trying to trick him. “You’re right.” Holding up a hand. “I hate it when people say I told you so.” She had to look away for a moment before she glanced up at Martin who watched her with concern and Linkin with his unreadable expression. “Rex was more than I could handle. In fairness, I’ve never been in this situation before.”
“The important thing is you’ve allowed us to help you.” Martin’s chest rumbled as he spoke. “The kink world we love is full of predators.” He glanced up at his boyfriend, and there was a spark of communication between them Delaney didn’t understand. “We’re predators, Delaney, but our goal is to love and cherish not only each other, but you, as well.”
“I’m not an easy person.” Linkin’s tone belied the deep understanding he had of his own needs and motivations. “Not everyone can adapt to me, and I certainly have a hard time fitting around other people’s expectations. I’m never going to let you top me.” His gaze was steady. “However, I am learning to understand the importance of discussion. Not compromise, but conversation.”
Delaney laughed. The admission and Linkin’s concession were probably the best apology she was ever going to get from her crazy alpha Dom, and Delaney was all right with it. She had come to understand and appreciate Linkin in ways she never would have suspected on the first night she wore panties and he laid down his Dom law
s. Delaney slipped off Martin’s knee to the floor and immediately arranged her limbs into the slave pose they preferred. She was still wearing her pyjamas, but it felt like the right time to make this declaration.
“I love you, Master Linkin,” she breathed out and continued to stare at the floor. “I love you, Master Martin.” Taking a deep breath, she lifted her head and met each of their gazes. “I want to earn your trust and your dominance. I need to give you control over my body to free my mind. You both will become my ultimate authority on pleasure, pain, and peace. And when the time comes, I will earn your permanent collar.”
“Yes, you will, little sub. We both have absolute faith in you.” Martin brushed a hand through her hair, and Delaney sighed in contentment. It had broken his heart to see her so low after Linkin forced his way into her house. His strong, defiant, and normally sassy sub brought to her knees not because of her willing submission, but because some asshole had taken it upon himself to force her to her knees, disrespect her boundaries, and humiliate her. Some believed that was what BDSM was all about. They couldn’t be more wrong, and Martin seethed in the knowledge there was little he could do to prevent other subs from being a victim of Delaney’s former Dom.
“We have to fall in and protect ourselves right now. Rex may be an asshole, but I don’t think he’s stupid. From the evidence I gathered from his computer, his behaviour has escalated with you, but you’re not the only one he recorded unknowingly.” Martin pulled Delaney back up onto his lap as he took in her stricken expression.
“Not to worry, little sub. Linkin took care of Rex’s entire library.” Martin flicked his gaze over to Linkin for confirmation.
“Yes, I wiped out everything stored on Rex’s hard drive and anything he ever posted on any of his online accounts.” Linkin turned to his small black laptop and punched a few keys before the whole thing shut down. He turned back to Delaney and Martin. “I may have antagonised someone who is mentally unstable by going into his files. Once he realises which files are missing and that he can no longer upload anything to the internet, he’s going to know you were involved somehow.” He held up Delaney’s cell phone. Martin’s gut twisted as he remembered Linkin showing him the texts Rex had sent her over the last week.
“We’re going to have a very serious discussion about what you think you can handle.” He rubbed his jaw along the top of her head. Rex had threatened her more than once in those texts, and she never said a single word to them. “You already admitted you needed help, so we’re not blaming you for waiting.”
“Yes, we are,” Linkin interrupted.
Before the two of them got into an argument, Martin shifted Delaney on his lap. “Go and pack a bag. As you saw from the other night, our place has enough security it could repulse a SEAL team attack.”
“Just because we’re friendly with the Yanks doesn’t mean they can’t come on up over the border and murder us in our beds at any time.” Linkin started to put away his gear. “Not to mention the Russians. Everyone forgets we have a huge unmanned border up north.” Martin didn’t feel like dealing with Linkin’s brand of paranoia today.
“Maybe you can get a couple of days off work just until this whole thing blows over,” Martin said. “You have to know Linkin is going to put a tail on you from now on. There’s no way he’s going to let you out of his crosshairs until he knows you’re perfectly safe.”
“I can’t take time off work.” Delaney sighed as she got up. “I promise I’m not being difficult. The shop has a couple of big weddings not to mention funerals in the next few days, and my boss needs me.” She shrugged her shoulders. “Being a florist isn’t one of those jobs where you can’t work from home, either.”
“Thank you for being honest with us and not yelling or jumping to conclusions.” Martin grabbed her hand and kissed her palm before biting down playfully on the fleshy part of her thumb. “We’ll work something out together.” Delaney turned to leave, and they both watched as she walked down the hall to her bedroom.
“She needs a keeper.” Linkin muttered as he finished packing his military-grade equipment into his leather satchel.
“Good thing she has two Doms who love her fiercely.” Martin stood up in front of Linkin and pulled his boyfriend into his arms. “I’m proud of you.” Surprise and something warm flashed in Linkin’s eyes before his social mask slipped back into place.
“Trying to get me to suck your cock.” Linkin rubbed his erection against Martin’s own semi-aroused flesh. The effect made him go from interested to hot in under a second. “All you have to do is ask.” Martin held still as Linkin bent forward and pulled the collar of his shirt away from his neck, licking from the junction of his neck and shoulders all the way up to his ear. Martin felt his pulse slamming home in his cock as Linkin bit down on the cords of Martin’s neck.
“I have to go back to work,” he reminded his lover who pulled away from the intimate embrace. Martin was disappointed, but he ran a highly organised and efficient accounting department. If he wanted to play tonight, he was going to have to get back and finish off his more pressing deadlines.
“Not to worry, I’ll take very good care of our little sub.” Linkin wore a wicked smile, and Martin couldn’t help the shot of jealousy and longing piercing through his heart and soul. He wanted to wrap Delaney up after the strain of the day, and afterwards, he wanted to hear her beg for his cock in her ass. He needed to get off this train of thought before he came in his expensive suit’s pants and had to go home to change.
“All ready.” Delaney announced from the doorway to the dining room. Martin shifted his attention to her face and noticed her gaze was riveting to the tents in the front of his and Linkin’s pants. The spark was not yet back in her eyes, but she looked more like the Delaney he loved.
“See something you like, little sub?” he growled out.
“Yes, Master.” Delaney made to get down to her knees, but Martin stopped her.
“Stop. I have to get back to work; no time for playing now.” He prowled over to where Delaney watched him with her big green eyes. “Tonight, your pretty little ass is mine.” Martin promised as he pressed a chaste kiss to her forehead as he adjusted his erection. Forcing his body to leave Delaney’s house, he unlocked his car with the fob. It was going to be one hell of a long day.
Chapter Thirteen
Linkin punched the security code into the panel for his house and waited until the system beeped. Stepping back, he held the door open for Delaney and watched as she walked back into his house. Linkin’s domain. She had been quiet on the ride home, and Linkin wondered what she was thinking. Unlike most subs he knew, Delaney was quiet and thoughtful, qualities he previously thought he’d enjoy. Now Linkin felt as if he were forced to ask questions to figure out what she was thinking.
“Are you hungry?” He set her small duffel bag down on the kitchen counter.
“No, I actually ate more than I thought I could at lunch.” She turned to him and stared up at him. All the way home, Linkin had only one thought in mind.
“Good.” He widened his stance and rolled his shoulders back. “I want you to go up to our playroom. Once inside, you’ll take all your clothes off, fold them, and set them aside. Go to the large cabinet in the back of the room, in the fifth drawer down on the left, you will find an assortment of scarves, blindfolds, and eye masks. Choose one and go back to the middle of the room, get down in your slave pose, and cover your eyes with your chosen implement.”
“Yes, Master,” Delaney replied, her cheeks blushed prettily, and Linkin knew he made the right decision. Martin might have backed off for the rest of the day, believing Delaney needed time and space to forget about what Rex had done to her. Linkin understood her far better. Delaney needed to feel as if she was in control of her life again. Once she gave her trust to him in the power exchange, the discipline would force a reset in her body and her mind. She turned and started to walk leisurely out the door.
“You have five minutes, sub,” Linkin purpos
ely sharpened his voice, and it whipped through the light and cheery kitchen causing Delaney to jump.
“Yes, Master.” Delaney sped up, and he listened as she took the stairs two at a time. Linkin counted to a minute and reached for the phone in his jacket before shrugging the garment off. He hadn’t wanted Delaney to hear him make this call. The man on the other end answered after two rings, the voice rough and gravelly.
“Mac,” the man barked out.
“Linkin.” His reply was just as succinct. “I’m sending you details of a guy who stalks women, recording them having sex without their knowledge, standard asshole shit that needs to be addressed.”
“You want him on vacation?” Mac asked with a growl. Linkin knew he had called the right guy. None of his team would ever tolerate abusing a woman, but Mac had extra reason to hate abusive men.
“No. This one has got to be done by the book.” Linkin wished he could send a couple of his ex-military guys to Rex’s place and make sure he never fucked with another woman again, but he was too close to Delaney, and Linkin couldn’t guarantee she wouldn’t get sucked into some backdraft shit. “I want you to watch him, find out where he goes, who he sees. The normal tail shit we do for corporates, except I want evidence of something to put him in jail. Give me daily updates.”
“Got it.” Mac, never one for big conversation, hung up. Linkin cut the line and took a deep breath. His team and he always used untraceable phones; Linkin knew better than anyone else that Big Brother was watching. They also kept their conversations down to minimum to keep plausible deniability.
If he had to, Mac would go through Rex’s garbage every day to put him away. Rex had no idea whom he fucked with when he decided to set his sights on his sub. Linkin walked to the bottom of the stairs and checked the time. Delaney had one more minute left on her assignment. He walked up the stairs and mentally went over what he needed for the scene upstairs. It was the first time he had an opportunity to play with Delaney all by himself. Normally, he wouldn’t bother. Martin often played with the subs one on one, but in the past the dominance for Linkin had been about pairing with Martin.
