  “That’s her,” Alinox said.

She was gorgeous. Curvy, with flowing, shimmering hair, she looked innocent curled up on the bed, but what she wore, a long V-neck that revealed ample cleavage, proved she had a seductiveness to her. Ryvan couldn’t believe his good luck at this assignment. Alinox, his overseer, led them closer to the foot of her bed for a better look. She couldn’t sense them at all. They were safe. They were in another dimension, where the Xore people lived, but could slip into the human’s world whenever they wanted to, becoming more than observers. Doing so would reveal themselves, and be a major violation of the code. There were rules, and being found was not part of their work.

“What did I tell you? I told you I wouldn’t do you wrong.”

Ryvan nodded in approval, letting a smile slip. “I’ve got to hand it to you. This girl is beautiful. What’s her name?”

“Jane. Be careful though, she might be trouble.”

As soon as Alinox said this, someone called out to Jane from downstairs. They followed close as she traveled down the steps to the living room. As they went, Ryvan could smell her sweet vanilla perfume trailing behind her. He inhaled deeply as he watched her stride, such an elegant and beautiful creature this was.

Her parents, suitcases in each arm, waited at the door. They looked stuffy, but grinned ear to ear at seeing their daughter approach.

“We’re leaving. We wanted to say goodbye and let you know that all the instructions for the house have been left.”

“I know. How long have I lived here?”

“We wanted to make sure you could handle it,” her mother said.

“She can handle it,” her father replied.

“I hope you guys have a great trip,” she said, giving them a hug.

Then she peered up at them, pausing, and they paused too, waiting for the question. It was a charged moment. Ryvan got the idea that they already had the conversation she was about to bring up.

“Are you leaving me the keys?”

“No,” her father said, turning away. “We went over this.”

“We went over how it’s silly to refuse me the car just because you don’t want me to go to college. Think about it, you’re refusing me an education. How evil does that sound?”

Her mother rolled her eyes. “It’s not evil.”

“If you need to, you can get a ride there. You can’t drive our car though.”

“I’ve driven it plenty of times before. You let me drive it everywhere. Now all of a sudden when I need to take it to go to the college registrar, it’s such a big deal?”

  Her father checked his watch.

Alinox nudged Ryvan. “I told you that you’d have to watch this one.”

“They are refusing her education? Why?”

“I don’t pay too much attention to these conversations, but from what I’ve understood, they want a different profession for her.”

“I thought that was how humans get jobs now?”

“No, no, not all jobs, but that is one path. I believe they would like her to take care of the other animals. They have some cows here on their farm.”

Cows…interesting. Ryvan had heard of them. They produced milk as well. Their milk wasn’t as sought after because human milk was far more taboo, and for some reason, far more delicious to drink. He understood that the humans drank the cow milk, but it wasn’t for the Xore.

Their conversation was interrupted with Jane saying, “Fine, bye,” and then storming off upstairs. “Have a great trip,” she called back.

“I’m taking the keys,” her father yelled up to her.

“What a brat,” her mother said, and then they lugged their suitcases out of their farm house and into their car. They drove off, leaving Jane alone with her frustrations.

Thinking about what to do next with her anger, she stood at the edge of the bed. There was nothing left for her to do and she slumped over onto her sheets, curling up with them again. She picked up her book and began to read, then placed it down, letting out a loud sigh.

“Shame we don’t do the anal probings like they think we do,” Ryvan said. “Her parents could use a good anal probing, the both of them.”

Alinox smirked and looked like he was about to say something but stopped. He was Ryvan’s overseer, and although they joked, he was his superior. Disobeying the overseer could result in stiff punishment, being locked away, or in some cases, extermination.

“You are ready for tonight?” he asked instead.

  “Yes, I’m positive.”

“You’ve checked your tools multiple times?”

He had his various tools ready; his cloaking mechanism, his lactation serum, and also his restraining staff in order to complete his task. There were other tools, but those were the main ones.

“Yes, I’m positive I’m ready,” Ryvan said, looking down upon that beauty. Alinox nodded and then they were gone from the room. Ryvan would return later that night to begin the first phase.

  ***

Jane stirred in her sheets. It was a cool night, not like the usual hot days they were having in the country that were so hot you couldn’t fall asleep. She wasn’t sleeping for another reason, her parents dismissal was still bothering her. She had tried to distract herself, but it didn’t work. She fought with the sheets, then finally rolled over in her long shirt and thong, usually so comfortable but this night, nothing seemed comfortable.

Her eyelids started to droop. It seemed like she would finally sleep.

No, she couldn’t. Maybe she would go downstairs and watch some TV and then she could. It was going to be a long night.

As she rolled over, she caught a strange sight before her. It looked like a ripple in the room. At first she thought it was because she was tired, but the shape darted away. She sprang from her bed.

“Hey,” she screamed, and the rippling stopped.

She thought she might be going mad. What on Earth was that? Jane wasn’t the type to give up easily. If she was only being tricked by exhaustion, it wouldn’t be the first time. Jane usually slept on edge, and she was quick on her feet. She was a very light sleeper.

Throwing the curtain back, there was nothing behind it, but when she threw it open, her hand struck something solid.

  It scurried across the room.

  Jane screamed.

She ran for the lights, turning them on. With the lights on, she could see the ripple moving through the room frantically. She was ready to pounce on it when a man materialized, standing up, much taller than her, at least seven feet tall, wearing some sort of blue body armor.

He had something in his hands. It extended, whirring to life. He approached her with the small staff.

“Hi,” she said. It just came out of her mouth. She thought she should be more scared. She should’ve continued screaming, but Jane found courage in the adrenaline fueled moment.

The man halted. He looked confused.

  “Hi,” he said.

“Uhh, hi, what are you doing here?”

It would seem like a dream come true with this handsome man in her bedroom if it wasn’t the fact that he had materialized out of thin air. He covered his face, groaning.

“This is not good,” he said.

  “What isn’t good?”

“I shouldn’t be talking to you,” he said, standing up straight again and glancing nervously at th
e staff.

“What are you? You’re not human, are you? Or are you from the government? Some sort of new technology you’re trying out on us innocent little farm girls?”

He thought about it for a second. “Yes, government.”

“No, you’re not. You can’t bullshit me. What’s going on here?”

“Shouldn’t you be more afraid?” he asked.

“No, shouldn’t you? I’m the one who found you, didn’t I?”

“They said you were going to be a tough one. They didn’t say you were going to be this tough. I’m screwed.”

“Who is they?” Jane approached him, snatching the staff from him. He shook his hands frantically for her to drop it. “I demand that you tell me everything.”

“I’m screwed,” he said again, and he crashed onto the bed, groaning.

“Hey, it’s all right, I think. What’s wrong?” she asked, sitting next to him, but keeping that staff close.

“You’re a strange human,” he said, his cool eyes piercing through her.

  “Then you’re not human?”

“No, not human, you got me. I’m not from your world, not even your dimension. My name is Ryvan. I’m already going to be locked away for the rest of my life for this screw up. I guess there’s no harm in talking to you now. I’ve already said too much. Unbelievable.”

She perked up at this. “You’re from a different dimension? That means you can go anywhere?”

“Yes, that means I can go anywhere, but once the overseers catch me, I’ll be restrained for the rest of my life. You weren’t supposed to wake up, or if you did, you weren’t supposed to see this much of me. It will be impossible to repress these memories. They’ll be too strong.”

  “What were you doing here?”

“Do you really want to know?”

“Yes, damnit,” she said, thrusting the staff towards him, just a threat, but she would do it if he meant her harm.

“Put that down. You don’t know what kind of terrible things that can do. Fine, I’ll tell you what I’m here for. I’m here to milk you.”

“Milk? You’re confused. Cows milk. Sometimes humans milk, but me? I don’t milk.”

“We have ways to get those who don’t usually lactate to do so,” he said grimly. “That’s why I was here, but seeing as how that’s not going to happen, I’m going to go away now. Might as well deliver myself to the overseer. They’ll figure it out tomorrow anyway when they discover how you’ve reacted to all of this.”

She handed the staff over to him again. He stood up and walked away.

  “Wait,” she said.

  “What?”

“I want to make a deal. There’s a way we could both get what we want. I think.”

  “I really doubt it.”

“I’ll let you get this milk from me, since you say you can make it happen. You can give it to your boss or whatever and get off the hook. I’ll totally act like nothing out of the ordinary is happening. There’s one condition though.”

“I knew it couldn’t be that easy.”

“Since you can travel anywhere, I want you to take me wherever I want to go.”

  “That’s it?”

“Yes, that’s it. I don’t want to be stuck here. My parents are forcing me to work on this farm. They want me to inherit it, but I want to get out of here. If you can do that for me, we have a deal.”

  “Then we have a deal.”

He couldn’t stop beaming. His smile made her flush.

“Then let’s get started. How do we start? Oh yeah, and if you try to screw me over, I’ll make such a fuss that your boss will figure out what happened.”

“Don’t worry,” he said, and he approached, pulling a vial out from behind his armor that looked like perfume. “I’ll spray you with this, then we can begin the lactation. The next morning, you should feel different.”

“Different?” she asked, but before he answered, he sprayed her. It was like being sprayed with water.

  “That’s it?” she asked.

“Yes,” he said, and then he added, “I hope I can trust you,” and then he disappeared again, his body slowly dissolving to a ripple then there was nothing.

She knew it was going to be a long night.

  ***

Ryvan couldn’t control his anxiety over what happened. His whole life hinged on a twenty something female who was rebelling against her parents. But he had to trust her. His life depended on it.

He left, then gave his report to Alinox, telling him that everything went fine, all according to plan. This was another lie. This lie might be enough to sentence him to extermination if it was ever discovered.

Stressing out, he returned to his home and meditated, thinking about Jane and their current predicament. He told her that she would feel a little different in the morning. That was an understatement.

After meditating for a long time, he switched dimensions, traveling back to Earth. He hadn’t thought about the time differences, so he was glad to see not much time had passed for Jane. She had just woken up to find her body was much different.

His teachings had told him about how some of the females would freak out over this. Sometimes, they would rush to the doctor, which was not a good sign, and many times they would have to intervene in that case. Jane and him had an agreement. They were a special case.

“They’re so sore,” she said, lifting her heavy breasts in front of the mirror.

She jiggled them around and groaned.

Ryvan wondered if he was breaking her trust by watching. He needed to observe. He hadn’t meant to barge in on her when she was naked, but seeing as how he did, he could see how the lactation was progressing.

Her round, supple breasts were much bigger than most girl’s her age. They had ballooned over night. They looked swollen, and indeed, he could see where her complaints were coming from. Her nipples looked darker, a lovely, dark pink. Ryvan was getting aroused watching her hold her breasts and moan.

“I can’t believe I agreed to this,” she said.

She slipped into the shower, letting the warm water flow over her. When she pulled the curtain back, Ryvan materialized. He chose to wear something less formal than his armor. He wore jeans and a t-shirt, like a human would.

  Jane screamed and jumped.

“Oh my God, you’ve got to warn me next time you do that. Isn’t there a less frightening way you could appear from nowhere?”

“Excuse me,” Ryvan said. “I didn’t mean to alarm. I suppose I could’ve materialized outside of the door and knocked…now that I think about it.”

“You couldn’t think of that earlier? Jeez,” she said, and she focused the shower head back on her.

“How long have you been there spying on me anyway?”

“Just a second. Long enough to see that the serum has done it’s trick.”

“That’s long enough, thank you. Didn’t they teach you any manners about us? They taught you to wear our clothes.”

  “Have you started lactating yet?”

“Not yet,” she yelled. She shut the shower off and hid herself. “Do you mind?”

“What seems to be the problem?”

“Wait out there. I’ll talk to you once I’m done.”

“It’s fine. I’ll leave you to your business. I’ll see you later and see how things have progressed.”

She turned the shower back on and groaned.

“They’re so sensitive. They better not progress any more or else I’m through.”

Ryvan left her again. He went back to his world, giving her some privacy. He was sure that he did something wrong, although he wasn’t sure how serious Jane had taken offense. She seemed to understand that it was hard for him to grasp all the intricacies of humans. You could live your entire life and not understand any of it.

Jane thought she would get some relief as the day went on. It wasn’t meant to be. She managed to get her friend, Rob, to drive her to the college so that she could personally hand in
some of the resume items they had requested. On the way over, he remarked that there was something different about her.

“I should’ve worn a giant, puffy sweater,” she thought. It was too late. He had seen.

  “You look….different,” he said.

He was her only friend in the area. All of the houses were spaced out and it was all farm lands. There wasn’t much to choose from, but she was thankful she had him.

  “Did you get implants?”

“No, I didn’t get implants. It’s just, a girl thing, you wouldn’t understand.”

He stared at her. Dumbfounded, he simply shook his head.

  “You’re right, I don’t understand.”

When she got back, her breasts were heaving. Her lower back started to hurt they had grown so much. It seemed like they were beginning to be pumped full of fluid. It was a strange sensation, one that she wasn’t used to. The first thing she did was unclasp her bra and throw it off her. It was too small for her growing breasts.

All she wanted to do was relax. She couldn’t bear to do anything else. This transformation was too strange to do any yard work. Grabbing an ice pack, she brought it up to her bed, pressing it up against her shirt.

  She leaned back and relaxed.

For once in that strange day, she had relief. The ice pack made her forget about her promise to the alien.

She heard a knock on her bedroom door.

Jane jumped up with a yelp. Of course, it was Ryvan. She didn’t think she would ever get used to it.

“Come in,” she said with a slight smile. At least he had remembered her request. That was nice of him.

He fumbled with the door, an awkward thing for someone who could pass through matter whenever he wanted. When he came in, she perked up from her comfortable spot on her bed. She didn’t realize how relaxed she was.

  “What’s up?”

She knew what was up. Ryvan had come to milk her, hadn’t he? She hoped not. She didn’t know what that would feel like. Besides, she still doubted her breasts could produce.

“Not much, our little ruse hasn’t been found out yet. I would like to thank you for coming up with it.”

  “You’re welcome.”
