Dark Demands 2 - Made to Submit Page 4

“Conrad will be joining us from today and he will be with us for the next couple of weeks in Italy. On the occasions I have to attend to business he will take care of you. You can trust him.

So that was where they were going, Italy. And Conrad, very reassuring, Gina thought, another captor to be considered and to try to outwit should the occasion present itself.

Conrad drove them and their luggage in a large, sleek limousine to the airport. He saw to all the formalities while Matthew took Gina to the luxury of the Concorde lounge to wait.

“Drink,” he offered. “I thought we’d eat on the plane but perhaps you’d like some refreshment now.”

“I’ll have a gin and tonic, please,” she told him. “After my afternoon with you I could do with a stiff drink.”

Matthew smiled and ordered the same for them both then steered her to a table with the waiter following behind with their drinks. She sipped and stirred the ice around the glass all the time her big, blue eyes fixed on Matthew. He was the most gorgeous man she’d ever met and in a quite different scenario she knew that she could easily fall in love with him. But given that they weren’t living in a fairytale and given the reality of Matthew’s needs that was impossible.

“What’s your connection with Italy,” she asked sipping on the icy drink?

“I have a house there, at Portofino. My sister and my step mother live very close by. So I suppose I’ve come to see it as home, more so than anywhere else anyway,” he smiled.

Heavens, he had a sister and a step mother. That little snippet of knowledge opened up a whole new barrage of questions she’d like to ask him but for now they’d have to wait.

“Do you go there often, and do you usually take your women there?”

“My women,” he laughed. “Well no, I have to admit apart from one notable exception you’re the first woman I’ve taken home, Gina.”

Just who was the ‘notable exception’ he’d referred to Gina wondered? Possibly Lisa, his alleged wife, she decided with a heavy heart. She should probably ask him about her but she was too scared of the answer she’d get.

“Finish your drink,” he instructed. “That’s our call,” he said listening to the latest announcement.

Gina picked up the glass and tossed the contents down her throat. This was it she was actually going through with it – she was going with him. All sorts of turmoil spun inside her head. Should she be doing this for example? A little voice told her a most emphatic no but her body had other ideas. Why couldn’t she just say no to him and be done? Because every time he came near her she became a quivering, needy lump of putty in his hands to be moulded any way he chose, that was why, she reminded herself.

  Chapter 4

Having never travelled first class before Gina thought it a dream. There was no way she could afford to travel in such style on her own but this was Matthew’s life she was in now, and Matthew was very wealthy.

And they appeared to have their own very flight attendant. She was so attentive fussing around Matthew like a mother hen. First she brought champagne and then she took their food order. He advised the fillet steak and a selection of vegetables. The last thing Gina wanted right now was food, but she nodded at his suggestions and settled back, closing her eyes and trying to make sense of what was happening to her.

That could be summed up in two words –or rather one name – Matthew Dark. For the last couple of days she’d been on a roller coaster ride of events that had left her changed for ever. Matthew had done that. He’d awakened something in her – something she’d never even suspected existed. And what next, what would Matthew do with her once they got to his home in Italy? He had virtually kidnapped her, she reminded herself – and his reasons for doing so were purely selfish.

Gina re-ran the events of the afternoon in her head. Particularly the time spent in his bed – despite being tied to it, that had been glorious. Perhaps, given how he was, she should worry about her safety but then he’d said he wouldn’t hurt her. But what about the spanking – if that wasn’t hurting her then what was? It had certainly been painful, she reminded herself wincing? He’d spanked her backside like she was a naughty child! She winced again as she recalled the feel of his fingers and how he’d pinched and slapped her and then the final proof of how his control could hurt he’d denied her the pleasure of climaxing.

He had no qualms about using her body as he thought fit and purely for his pleasure and not hers. He’d made that quite clear and he didn’t do emotion, or so he said, so just what was she to expect from this little interlude in her life? The sad truth was a big fat nothing.

But Matthew must have done emotion once – he’d been in love and got married, if Charlie Spence was to be believed. That was if Charlie had told her the truth? But then he must have done because Kyle Hastings had said as much too.

“Matthew, can we talk?” She asked at last.

“Certainly Gina, what do you want to talk about?”

“Well first I want to say sorry for what I did – stealing from you,” she clarified. “I don’t really know what I was going to do with the information but I wasn’t going to tell Carlotti,” she assured him. “Well at least I don’t think I would have but as you said he is powerful and I might not have had any choice.” They were both well aware that Carlotti would have helped her get even if she’d gone to him.

“That business was everything to my family – particularly to my dad. So you see – when you told me that he’d welcomed your offer I just didn’t believe you.”

“But you do now,” he asked watching her wrestle with this admission.

“Yes, I suppose I do. I don’t think I realised how fed up he was. He never discussed it, you see – and perhaps that was the real problem,” she smiled up at him. “Also it’s important that you forgive me and then perhaps we can move on from this.”

“Certainly Gina, in that case you are forgiven,” he said brushing her lips lightly with his own.

This action stirred the electricity between them again.

“Matthew are you married?” She gnawed on her bottom lip and waited for his reply to the most important question of all. She was desperate for him to reassure her - to find her question stupid and berate her for thinking it in the first place. But the wait was becoming uncomfortably long and she could see a muscle twitch high up on his cheek as he considered it.

“Why, do I look and behave as if I’m married?” He answered finally taking hold of her hand and kissing it. “Who’s put this idea in your head?”

“Just people and general gossip,” she replied as casually as she could. “But please don’t dodge the question, Matthew. It was straightforward enough,” she insisted. “A simple yes or no will do.”

His eyes darkened and narrowed at her tone.

“Whether I’m married or not is no concern of yours, Gina,” he insisted. “But if this is about feeling guilty about what we did before, then, in that case, no I’m not married.”

At times he could be so exasperating, she sighed. This wasn’t getting her anywhere - he was still being cagey. “So, are you really not married or are you just not married while you’re having sex with me? Which is it then?”

He’d resisted giving her a straight answer so he must have something to hide, she reasoned watching him wrestle with his thoughts. He was such a gorgeous man and she was desperately attracted to him so the last thing she wanted to find out was that he had a wife and particularly one like the brunette, Lisa.

“You imagine that being married is something I might conveniently forget so I can enjoy fucking you? He asked her caustically. “Seriously Gina I’m not that shallow,” he kissed her hand again and sucked at her fingers in the same way he had in the restaurant earlier that day.

“And the person who told you this, that would be one of Carlotti’s crew, I suppose,” he added grim faced. “Well, whoever did tell you this titillating piece of gossip is a little out of date,” he admitted. “I did have a wife, for two years, in f
act, and just so that you know all the facts, I was married to Lisa Carlotti, Ben’s sister.”

Gina’s heart was racing - so she was the one and Charlie’s little bombshell wasn’t a lie after all. The truth straight from his lips stung. When Charlie had so eagerly shared this knowledge with her she’d thought he was lying. But it was true Matthew had been married, and to one of the Carlotti family as well.

“I saw her, with you, at his birthday do,” she recalled. “You didn’t behave as if you were married.”

“That’s because we’re not, not anymore.” Matthew corrected her. “The lovely, raven haired Lisa wasn’t easy to live with. We split amicably enough and so we’re friends now, and that’s all.”

  “Do you love her?”

“No, Gina. I don’t love anyone and particularly not Lisa.”

“But you must have loved her once. I mean you married her.”

“Yes, I think I must have, once. When we first met I was young and she dazzled me,” he admitted giving Gina a rare insight into his emotional history.

Dazzled him, what did that mean and would he ever think the same about her?

“So what happened, why did your relationship break down,” Gina asked, the words flying from her lips before she could stop them?

“Because Lisa is a scheming bitch who lives under Ben’s thumb. And when I really got to know her I realised we were incompatible.”

“What do you mean,” Gina asked? “When I saw you both you looked really good together.” She recalled the tall brunette with the stunning figure and model perfect face. She appeared to be the ideal partner for someone like Matthew

Matthew looked at her and shook his head.

“What we look like together has nothing to do with it. She’s a hard, difficult woman so I divorced her – end of story,” he added emphatically.

“But there must have been more to it surely. But I suppose being the sister of your biggest rival must have meant her loyalties were divided.”

“Lisa is only ever loyal to herself, so no, the problems weren’t to do with business.”

Now Gina was curious, what was it then that had come between them.

  “Was she unfaithful,” she asked?

“She wouldn’t dare, and before you ask neither was I,” he confirmed. “Really Miss Deverell your curiosity will get you into trouble one day.”

“The fact that you’ve been married is a big deal, Matthew and I want to get to know you better. So I can’t help being curious, can I?”

He ran his thumb around the outline of her cheek before settling it on her full, pink lips and rubbing lightly. The movement was exactly the same as he’d used earlier on a more intimate part of her anatomy and elicited a soft moan as Gina closed her eyes and felt the immediate thrill of sexual need.

“We’re going to get to know each other very intimately indeed, so don’t worry Gina,” he promised.

Goodness, he’s deliberately tormenting me again in that special way of his, she thought. That gentle, little promise seared and thrilled through her body like a flame but the gap it left her imagination to fill with detail, bothered her.

“Will I be safe with you, Matthew,” she asked softly. “You said you wouldn’t hurt me but the spanking hurt – it hurt like hell!

He leaned over and replaced the thumb with his tongue, teasing at her mouth, pushing it inside hers. Gina kissed him back, lightly but he was insistent and within seconds the kiss was deep and sensuous. Why was it that every time he came near her she became a malleable, submissive wreck?

“Take your panties off,” he whispered in her ear and making her gasp with both shock and sweet anticipation.

“I can’t, not here, someone will see,” she protested quickly looking around to see if anyone else could have heard what he’d said to her.

“We’re practically alone in first class except for Conrad and he won’t take any notice. So just wriggle them down to your ankles and give them to me,” he insisted.

Gina felt a wave of excitement swiftly followed by one of fear sweep through her. She couldn’t, not here on a plane and what then, what was he going to do to her?

“Don’t you think you’ve used me enough for one day,” she hissed at him under her breath. “What you’re suggesting is outrageous, so no, I won’t,” she told him firmly.

Matthew shrugged before moving his hand and effortlessly flipping open the bottom two buttons on her dress and despite the protest she’d just voiced he ran his fingers under her skirt.

“So you think I’ve been using you, do you,” he chuckled? “Well I’ve not even started yet, so be a good girl and open your legs,” he asked as his fingers burned a trail up her thigh.

Gina’s eyes flew to his; she didn’t want him to do this, not here, but how to stop him. She was breathing fast she knew very well from recent experience where this would end. So she shook her head.

“No Matthew, not here in public,” she hissed at him again.

But mindful that she wouldn’t make a fuss because she wouldn’t want anyone to know what was happening, he ignored her. She tried to wriggle him off but he placed an arm around her waist to hold her tight and worked his fingers higher until he was feathering them against her panties.

“Lovely,” he whispered. “You try to refuse me but you can’t. I can arouse you so easily, sweet Gina,” he told her arrogantly. “And I should warn you that every time you protest you are incurring another punishment,” he warned. “And when I punish I don’t always spank,” he added darkly.

The threat raced around her body like a flaming spark.

“Get off me Matthew,” she wriggled again feeling his fingers slide between her thighs and then gently tease the fabric from her body until he was rubbing against her quivering flesh. He was the most frustrating, domineering man she’d ever had the misfortune to meet. But when he did these things to her she couldn’t resist him

“Do you know that I counted?” He asked, watching her reactions as he rubbed up and down the cleft of her sex deftly stroking her into a state of near bliss.

“What do mean, counted?” She responded breathlessly embarrassed by her own enjoyment of this uninvited embrace and confused about what he meant.

I counted the seconds it took before you climaxed,” he told her softly while slipping his fingers further into her folds.

Gina’s mouth twitched as she tried to suppress a moan escaping her lips as his fingers continued their work. Surely he hadn’t really done that, she thought knowing just how little time it had taken before she was nothing but a lump of satisfied flesh in his bed.

“Open your legs wider,” he asked loosening his grip on her waist as she began to writhe on his hand and loose all ability to retain any sense of decorum. “I counted five,” he informed her with a wicked grin. “Only five delicious seconds of me inside you had you in the grip of the best orgasm you’ve ever had. Am I not right, Gina?”

She couldn’t hold out any longer and let out a low moan of pleasure. Matthew quickly covered her mouth with his own attempting to stifle it. But after the disappointment of earlier Gina was so close she continued to whimper against him. What power this man had over her body and her emotions to reduce her to this frenzy so easily. She relaxed in his arms and felt the first delicious spasmodic grip of orgasm. Leaning back in the soft leather of the seat she closed her eyes and gave herself up to his wonderful ravishment. But just before she flipped over the edge Matthew removed his hand from between her thighs and began to re-fastened her buttons.

“Sorry my sweet,” he grinned. “I hate to do this again but I want you needy, very needy. Then perhaps you’ll let me do things my way,” he smirked knowing full well how disappointed and frustrated he’d left her.

Gina looked at him with wide questioning eyes. Why did he have to do this to her? He knew very well how she felt and how close she’d been. But this was all about control again, his control over her body and her pleasure and Gina had never met a man like him before and she di
dn’t know what to do about it.

“You’ve got to stop this, Matthew,” she remonstrated with him. “I won’t be played with like this you’ve picked on the wrong girl if you think these tactics of yours will work with me, because they won’t,” she insisted tossing her blonde hair back off her face. “I won’t be bullied into your bed and I won’t let you punish me in this way.”

“Oh this isn’t the way I’ll punish you Gina – when I’ve finished you’ll think very long and hard before you refuse me anything ever again,” he threatened softly. “And as for not letting you climax – I’ll allow that only when it suits me.”
