Waiting Patiently
Gavin
“So what are you going to do?” Kristen asked speculatively.
“I don't have a clue. You know I am not interested in dating anyone after all that I’ve been through. That’s why I left everything back home and started over here, without the past haunting me around every corner. I came here to forget, to get away. That past keeps haunting me. Those wounds don't heal overnight.”
“Oh Jesus Jordan, it's just coffee. Nobody said you had to jump into bed with him tonight, although I would!” Kristen giggles.
“Yeah, you would.” I giggle with her. “Enough of this, let's get this shit done so I can get home and get some sleep. I haven't had a good nights sleep in weeks. All I want to do is go home, pour a glass of wine, soak in a hot bath, take a Xanax and hit the sack. Do you still need to stay in the guest house?”
“Yeah, If it is okay with you I would like to stay there for a while so I can get my shit straight. I love your guest house. I would almost consider paying rent so I can move in permanently. My parents are driving me crazy and I still cannot believe I had to move back home after I let that fucktard, Jeff, kick me out of my own apartment. Hell, he even cleaned out my bank account. Stupid me! I still don't understand why you bought that big house for yourself. Your kids have both gone away to college, and it's not like you need all of those rooms to yourself.”
“I love having a big house. It gives the kids somewhere they feel they can always come back to.” I frown. “It didn’t take my mom three weeks to sell my car and turn my bedroom into an office when I joined the Navy and left for boot camp. I never want my kids to feel that way. As far as your ex and the guest house goes, it happens, and yes you can move into the guest house as long as you don't try to move anyone in with you. There is no way in Hell any man is going to throw me out of MY BEACH HOUSE.” I say laughing out loud. “Okay, let's get out of here.” I stand up and grab my purse.
CHAPTER 18
“Hey Jordan, that guy is back and he is asking for you.” Nikki says as she enters the wait station of the restaurant. “He's sitting at the bar.”
“Okay, thank you. Please let him know I will be out in about fifteen minutes.” I reply.
Nikki nods her head and goes back out into the restaurant while I head to the office to change my shirt. I have been running around the restaurant all day and let's just say that the smell of sweat, body odor, cooking grease and seafood do not make a pleasant perfume.
Fifteen minutes later I take a seat beside Gavin. “Sorry it took so long, but work is always a priority. I swear I should probably sleep here sometimes with the amount of time I spend here. I would probably save a lot on gas” I fake laugh.
“That’s because you’re running again, Jordan.”
“I am not running!” I shout.
“Okay, you’re not running.” He states as he rolls his eyes at me. “Would you like to get out of here and go somewhere else? A change of scenery may do you some good.” Gavin offers with a wink.
“As much as I would love to, I have to be here to close the restaurant in about an hour since the manager has the day off. That is the reason I asked you here for a drink rather than go out for coffee.”
I would love to get out of here.
Gavin turns his bar stool so he is facing me causing me to almost fall off of mine. His shaved bald head just enhances his facial features while the icy sparkle of his grey eyes pierce my resolve.
“Jordan, Do you mind if I ask you a question?”
“Depends on what you are gonna ask me.”
“Seriously, no fucking around.”
“Okay, shoot!” I fire back.
“Why do you wait tables?”
“The same reason anyone works, to pay the bills.”
“That's not what I am talking about and you know it. You own the restaurant so you shouldn't have to wait tables. But the real question is why do you even own the restaurant? You have money, lots of money, so why are you here when you could be retired and not have to worry about any of this.” he states as he moves his hand to indicate the restaurant as a whole.
I glare at Gavin in utter contempt.
Who the fuck does he think he is?
“Is that why you are here? You are only here now because of the money. I…I'm sorry, this conversation is over with. Don't worry about your tab, I have it covered” I answer as I stand up, set my glass on the rail and nod to the bartender. “Nikki, Mr. Lee's tab is on me. Please see that he is taken care of.”
Gavin grabs my wrist as I turn to leave. “Jordan, wait!”
I jerk my arm away quickly and turn to face him. “Do. Not. Touch. Me. We are done here Gavin. Now if you will excuse me I need to take care of a few things in the office.”

Knock Knock
“I am taking care of paperwork, what do you need?” I ask as I look up from my computer.
The office door opens and Gavin peeks his head in. “Jordan?”
“I told you I had things to do. Why are you here?” I stand and step around the corner of the desk to close the door on him. Gavin sidesteps the door, grabs me around the waist, spins me and slams me against the door, effectively shutting the door back. He reaches down and locks the door before snaking one arm around my waist and reaching his other hand up to fist my hair.
What the fuck? Push him away Jordan.
“I am not finished talking to you Jordan and I will not be dismissed like a child because I ask a question you are unwilling to answer.” he grinds out against my lips before. My eyes grow wide and my fists clench at my side as he plunges his tongue forcefully through my lips.
I raise my fists and splay my hands across his chest in an effort to push him back. Instead of making any ground pushing him away, my hands grip his shirt and pull him closer. His hand around my waist moves under the hem of my shirt rubbing circles along the small of my back. I moan into his mouth and he breaks his contact with my lips. “And I don’t want your money. I don’t need it. I came here for you, and only you.” He whispers. Gavin nips my chin with his teeth before he nibbles along my jaw to my ear and sucks my earlobe into his mouth. Jolts of electricity surge through my body and I am rocketed into euphoria. I arch my back and moan again. My nipples pebble up as my breasts brush against his muscular chest.
Gavin tugs on my hair and nips my earlobe again as he grinds his hard dick against my body. “Don’t lie Jordan. I know you want this just as much as I do. I can see it. I can feel it. I can smell it. I bet you are dripping right now” He whispers in my ear before he pulls his head back and stares deeply into my eyes.
I am lost. My mind is telling me to get out the hell out of here but my body is telling me something completely different. Gavin’s icy grays have turned smoky with lust. It feels like he is staring into me, straight to my soul. My entire body is buzzing in anticipation. My pussy is seeping, my nipples ache, my heart is racing and I begin to feel lethargic. My body’s natural instinct kicks in, I grind back against him as I let out a strangled moan and lay my head against his chest.
Gavin’s hand moves from the small of my back down and over the curve of my ass before he grips my thigh and hitches my leg around his waist before running his hand back up the underside of my thigh curving in to brush under the hem of my shorts; rubbing the lace panties barely covering my hot, moist pussy lips.
His grip on my hair tightens as he pulls my head back until I have no choice but to look him in the eyes. “Look at me Jordan!” he growls.
Did he just growl at me?
Gavin slips his fingers under the lace to find proof that my body is betraying my mind. “God, you are so wet.” He murmurs against my lips.
I whimper.
His thumb snakes up to brush the bundle of nerves that is my highly engorged, extremely sensitive clit as he slips one long finger inside me.
Heaven help me!
I close my eyes in ecstasy
but not for long as Gavin jerks my hair. “open your eyes. I want to watch you come by my hand.” After what seems like forever but is only just seconds, he inserts a second finger and works them in and out of my pussy while his thumb steadily flicks my clit until I am lightheaded.
My body goes limp as I feel the build of my impending explosion. I start rocking into his hand when he inserts a third finger. “Gavin!” I cry as I scratch at his chest trying to catch my bearings.
“Shhh…Just let go Jordan. Feel it. Feel what only I can give you.” He whispers just before the roaring in my ears drowns him out. Suddenly I am suspended in space, my toes curl, my heartbeat races as I cling helplessly to anything I can get my hands on.
“Oh God…Gavin….Please…Fuck Me!” I scream.
Gavin removes his hand from my shorts and spins me to set me down in my chair. As my vision clears, I see Gavin standing above me when he sucks his fingers one by one into his mouth.
“Not yet, beautiful, but soon.” He promises before he turns, opens the office door and walks out still sucking on one of his fingers.
Fuck Me!
