PRODUCTS
Most grocery stores carry coconut milk, shredded coconut, and fresh coconuts. Coconut oil, however, is a little more difficult to find. The best place to find coconut oil is in a health food store. If your local store doesn’t stock it, ask them to order it. If you can’t get a good-quality coconut oil in your area, you can order directly from the distributors listed here or search the Internet under “coconut” or “coconut oil.” The companies listed here sell a variety of coconut products, including dietary supplements, soaps, and lotions. Call or check out their websites for the types of products they sell.
