Outlaw Lovers: The Claiming Page 19

“Go inside and get him. Make it fast!”

One of the men nodded and loped away.

  The window whirred up again.

Callie stiffened as Blakely turned his sights on her again.

“I’m going to enjoy the internal exam to see if those cocks damaged your insides.”

  Internal exam!

“Or maybe I should do an exam right now? I always enjoyed fingering you while you were under anesthesia on my table. I would have fucked you, too, while you were under but I’m not that callous. I enjoy watching my bitches’ faces scrunch up with pleasure while I fuck them senseless.”

His confession made her feel dizzy, and her eyes widened with fear as he made a move to lift up the sheets covering her nudity.

  Suddenly the car rocked violently.

  “What the—?” Blakely screamed.

Through the front window, Callie saw the henchman who’d been standing near the front of the car, slumped over the hood.

  He didn’t move.

In a split second, Blakely had a gun in his hand. The finger on the trigger tightened as he aimed it at his side of the window.

Callie tried to scream a warning to whoever was outside but all that escaped her lips was a sickening whimper.

“No fucking way you’re going to get my bitch!” Blakely yelled.

The side window disintegrated in a roaring blast as he started shooting.

Her heart pounded against her chest so hard it hurt.

Who was out there? Who was he shooting at?

Please, let it be Luke, she prayed. Let Luke be alive.

No! If it was Luke, Blakely would kill him!

The gunshots continued as Blakely went wild, frantically shooting out all the windows in the car.

Finally, he clicked on an empty chamber.

  Silence filled the air.

  He looked at her.

Fear raged in his eyes. Fear and a powerful anger that made her believe he would kill her before he ever let whoever was out there take her away from him. “I’ll never let you go, you little bitch,” he echoed her thoughts.

She sensed he was about to harm her when without warning an arm slid through the open window, grabbing Blakely around the neck.

Blakely’s eyes bulged round with terror, his face reddening with every beat of Callie’s heart as the arm tightened.

She cringed at the sickening snap of a neck breaking.

Blakely’s mouth dropped open. Spittle oozed out the side of his lip. His eyes went glassy and lifeless. Lightheadedness swept over her at the horrible sight.

At the same moment, her side of the door opened and Luke’s strong arms slid under her ass and he swept her into his arms.

As he lifted her from the car, she snuggled against his bruised, naked chest, relief pouring through her every fiber.

It had all happened so fast she wasn’t sure if this was real or if the drug Blakely had given her was screwing with her mind.

She blinked up at Luke, not quite believing he was alive and well.

  “Are you okay?” he asked.

She could barely nod and tried to speak but nothing came out.

“He drugged you?” Colter’s voice sifted from nearby.

Again, she could barely nod. The effort to fight off the drugs was taxing her quickly.

“I’ll get a blood sample from you and see what I can do to counteract the effects.”

She heard running feet, and assumed he was heading back into the farm.

She wanted to cry out a warning, to tell him there was another man inside the house, but then she saw Mac and Cade dragging out a couple of bodies.

Thank God, her Outlaw lovers had come to her rescue.

How had they known there was trouble?

It was as if Luke could read her mind.

“Cade was waiting at the Claiming office when someone tipped him off that Blakely had viewed our claiming video. He called Colter and told him to hightail back home. Cade parked his truck out on the main road and hoofed it over to get Mac, and they met me as I was leaving the farmhouse to come and get you. They took care of the other guy who came inside. Then Colter came running in from the other direction indicating he would take care of Blakely and I could rescue you.”

  Callie grinned.

“Thank…you,” she said. At least she thought she said it.

Then she closed her eyes and allowed the sedative to finally whisk her away.

  Chapter Thirteen

  Two months later…

“So are we pregnant?” Callie asked Colter.

She held tight to Luke’s hand searching Colter’s face as he read the results of the early pregnancy test he’d asked her to take.

Since the Claiming, the Outlaw brothers had brought her to sexual fulfillment on a daily basis, but only Luke had vaginally penetrated her so she knew if she was pregnant then the baby was his. She turned to Luke and noticed how awfully pale his face looked as they awaited the answer. Since she’d told him and his brothers she thought she might be pregnant they’d begun worrying themselves silly over everything, making sure she ate all her meals, making sure she slept her eight hours a night, took afternoon naps and helped her around the farmhouse with pretty much anything and everything.

She’d reassured them constantly that she was fine. Told them she might be pregnant, but that didn’t mean she was a fragile china doll.

Despite her reassurances she felt fine, aside from the occasional queasiness, they’d even stopped having sex with her because they were afraid to hurt the baby. Something she would rectify as soon as she found out if what she suspected was true.

There was no way she would go months without having sex. No way!

Not after all the sexual joy she’d been experiencing over the past two months on a daily basis. She was hooked on sex with her Outlaw lovers.

Baby or no baby, she wanted to be sexually satisfied by them.

They’d had to wait several days for the early pregnancy test to be delivered. Because of the bad economic situation in the United States, Colter was unable to get the medical supplies he so desperately needed to treat his patients. He’d finally managed to purchase an early pregnancy test through the ever-growing black market.

Now as they sat in the tiny room adjoining the living room that Colter used as his doctor’s office, Luke looked as if he might faint dead away. She could only imagine how he’d be when the baby came.

  If the baby came.

  If she was pregnant.

  “So? Is she?” Luke asked.

Hope filled his voice and love for him filled her heart.

Colter smiled warmly. “According to this test, Callie is pregnant. Congratulations to both of you.”

“Sweet shit,” Luke whispered from beside her. “We’re going to have a baby.”

Suddenly his eyes rolled into the back of his head and he fainted.

  * * * * *

“Is he all right?” Mac’s concerned voice washed over Luke.

“I think he’s waking up,” Cade replied.

“Here, I think this will help,” Colter’s amused voice whispered through Luke’s grogginess.

Suddenly a harsh spray of cold water splashed over his head, sweeping away his wooziness.

He blinked, open his eyes and found Colter standing over him with an empty bucket in his hands. His other two brothers snickered nearby.

  “W…what happened?”

“You passed out,” Colter said, extending his hand and helping Luke up.

Water dripped into his eyes and he blinked the liquid away.

“Shit! I’ve never done that before in my life.”

“You better start getting used to it, or at the very least, try to control your breathing. Callie said she’s decided she wants lots of kids.”

“She’s pregnant.” He still couldn’t believe it.

“Yes, you’re going to be a father…in about seven months.”

“I’m going to be a father?” Suddenly he felt w
oozy again.

“I recommend bed rest, Luke,” Colter said, as he steered Luke out of the office and down the hallway. “Lots of bed rest.”

He stopped in front of the bedroom Luke and Callie shared.

“And I’ve given Callie a prescription. It’ll be up to you to make sure she gets it filled out on a daily basis.”

  “Prescription?”

Colter pushed the door open and quickly shoved Luke inside. “Callie will show you what I mean.”

The door shut behind him and the sound of the door locking made him frown.

“Now why would they lock me in—?”

“Oh, lover boy,” Callie’s sultry voice whispered from behind him.

He turned to find her lying in the king-sized bed, a sensual smile curling her luscious red lips.

His cock roused to life, and his eyes widened as he spied the flowery sheets slowly moving up her very naked luscious legs.

“Colter said he’s given you a prescription, and I’m supposed to make sure you get it filled, so what is it? Prenatal vitamins? Where are they?” He scanned the room half expecting to see a bottle of vitamins on the nightstand.

  There weren’t any.

“Come here and fill my prescription, lover boy,” Callie whispered, as the sheet slipped further up revealing her nude pussy.

  Oh, boy!

His heart picked up speed as she spread her legs wide.

Her labia were plump and juicy looking, and her clitoris, a tight, swollen, red knot aching to be touched.

“We can’t, Callie.” Although right now he wanted more than anything to mount her and bring her the sexual release she was obviously craving, he didn’t want to hurt the baby.

  “It’s doctor’s orders, Luke.”

“That’s right, Luke,” Colter called out from the other side of the bedroom door. “And I’m not letting you out of there until you fill her prescription, which is keeping Callie very happy with plenty of sex and tender loving care.”

“Get lost!” Luke shouted at the door.

He heard his brothers snicker and then they stomped down the hallway.

“I’m pregnant, Luke. My sex hormones are going into overdrive. At a wonderful time like this, the last thing I want is to be deprived of your lovemaking skills, now get your ass naked and start showing me some TLC. Can’t not follow the doctor’s orders now, can we?”

  He grinned.

The last thing he wanted to do was not follow the doctor’s orders.

  He got himself naked.

  Fast.

  And headed for the bed.

  And for Callie.
