Toss of a Coin [Other World 1] (Siren Publishing Classic) Page 3

Carnal fire stoked his balls and lit up his spine. The bond called to him. It needed release. “Hang on. I have to take you hard now.” He lunged forward when a spark shot through his balls. She gasped and gripped his shoulders tightly. The feel of her nails scoring his skin made him growl and grind his hips into hers.

Sweat dripped down his torso as he started shallowly pumping in and out of her yielding heat. The quivering of her inner muscles pushed him further. A roar rushed past his lips. He tunneled all the way into her body and roared again as his bonding seed rocketed up his length and began filling her up.

An animalistic need drove him to press his chest into hers, pinning her to the bed. His hand slid under her hips and angled them so he could sink in deeper. The crown of his cock rubbed her cervix and flooded it with more of his hot release. She moaned and shook as another orgasm hit her. The squeezing of her slick channel caused him to erupt again.

He dropped his head next to hers and breathed heavily as his body jerked in pleasure. His primal need to breed forced him to keep her pinned beneath him with his cock filling her for several minutes. Only when she struggled to breath did he roll them over. His hands kept her hips in place with his erection remaining buried deeply inside her.

“I won’t be able to let you go for quite a while. How are you handling our breeding?” The chemistry between them along with his scent had eased the way to their bonding and he knew she’d enjoyed it. His softer side needed to hear her say it though. Her head rested on his chest. He could feel her cheeks move in a smile.

Soft hands caressed his arms. “I’m better than ever.”

Pride and happiness had his heart singing. Her exploring hands made desire shoot through his thick member. It started hardening and before he knew it, his hips were rocking into her. By the moons, I’m already craving her silky heat.

Keneese rose up and looked into his eyes. “Is it too early or too rude to say I love your cock?”

A husky chuckle rumbled through his chest. “That’s not rude at all. I’m glad you love my breeding rod because trust me, he loves you sweet little breeding channel. I think he wants to stay in you forever.”

Sitting up, Keneese pressed her hands onto his chest and began riding him. She tossed her head back and groaned when he held her hips tightly and began thrusting deeply into her tight passage. He slid his fingers over and began stroking her hot button as he tunneled his shaft in and out of her delicious body. The sight of her hair flowing over her shoulders and her breasts bouncing had erotic heat firing his balls.

When he started pressing harder into her pleasure point, she jerked and cried out. Her inner muscles clenched around him so firmly that he yelled as his seed once again shot from his body and flooded her channel.

A satisfied grin curled his lips when she sighed and sank down onto his chest. He stroked her smooth, soft back as he got his breathing under control. Luken waited for her to shift before he loosened his hold.

Even though he didn’t want to, he rolled them to their sides and caressed her cheek. “Let’s get cleaned up and then I have to go help Tor man this craft.” He moaned when his semi-hard member slid from her wet haven.

She got up and followed him to a section of the wall. Her eyes widened when he placed a hand on it and the panel moved to the side, revealing a tiny restroom. Watching him, she quickly learned how to turn on the water.

Keneese pointed at the pearl-colored liquid. “Is that water?”

“Yes, but not from Earth. It’s from VisOrrenta. It’s much better for you than Earth water.” He dampened a cloth and handed it to her, then went about cleaning himself. “Sorry about the lack of a decent restroom. On a spacecraft not much room can be spared for such things.”

“It’s fine and way better than nothing.” As they dressed, she asked, “How far is your planet from Earth?” He tugged on his boots as he answered, “Three million light-years.”

She jerked in surprise. “How can we be even close to your world?”

Luken smoothed a strand of hair from her cheek. They were still flushed from their breeding. He longed to see them this way all of the time. Her lips were pink and swollen. So beautiful.

At her raised eyebrow, he remembered she’d asked him a question. “My brother, Thavon, is a genius with technology. He tweaked a system we bought from the Tacmanians. Now we can travel millions of light-years in no time at all. It makes my job a lot easier.”

“What do you do? I’m sorry, I forgot what you told me earlier.” She looked a little embarrassed at the honest admission.

“I help my father lead our military and I’m in charge of communications with other planets. I used to spend a lot of time traveling, but now most of my off-world missions only take a day or two.” He scanned her. She was covered enough to be around Tor. “Let’s go before Tor comes looking for me.”

Luken took her hand and led her from the room. The feel of her small hand in his felt right.

  Chapter Three

Keneese stared wide-eyed at everything around her. They’d landed a few minutes ago. The spacecraft had docked in some sort of huge building and the ceiling doors had shut the second they’d cleared them. Now they were exiting the craft.

Several huge men dressed in black stood around doing random tasks. One stepped forward and bowed toward Luken. “Prince, it looks like your mission was a successful one.”

“Yes, Vaughn, it was. In all areas.” Luken turned to her. “This is our Head of Palace Security, Vaughn. Vaughn, this is my natural mate, Princess Keneese.”

It was stunning to have this huge, handsome man calling her his princess. Princess! And he’s a prince. A real Prince! The whole situation was mind-boggling.

Vaughn smiled and bowed toward her. “Princess, it is an honor to meet you. If you need any help, just ask.”

The massive man’s turquoise eyes were as sincere as they were lovely. Did all of the people here have marvelous eyes?

Not exactly sure what she was supposed to do, she nodded to him. “Thank you. It’s nice to meet you as well, Vaughn.”

A noise behind them drew their attention. Tor was exiting the craft with the other human female.

“I’m too short to be here.”

“Help Tor get her settled,” Luken said and then guided her down a wide corridor.

Keneese tugged her arm. “We need to help that female. She’s confused. I don’t think she should have been put to sleep.”

Luken kept walking. “She’ll be fine. Tor and Vaughn will take good care of her.”

Keneese frowned up at Luken. “If we’d been talked to together on the trip here, she wouldn’t be lost right now.”

He stopped and ran a hand through his hair. “If we’d done that I wouldn’t have been able to claim you, and trust me, that’s all I could think about. I’m ready to breed you again, but duty calls.”

Holding her hand, he led her through some massive doors. A couple and two other men were in the room. They were dressed in the same gunmetal-silver-colored clothing that Luken wore. The men’s fitted black pants complimented the silver color well, as did the woman’s tailored black slacks. The designs were slightly different, but the colors were the same. She noticed that all of the silver-colored shirts were trimmed in turquoise. The older man wore a black long coat similar to Luken’s.

Keneese couldn’t help but notice that they were all tall. She was beginning to feel like a shrimp. It was strange not being the tallest person in a room.

Luken lightly squeezed her hand. “Keneese, these are my family members.” He gestured toward the handsome older man. “I’d like you to meet my father, King Sedrice DeZaccherus. Father, my natural mate, Keneese Culpepper.”

The king stepped up to her and grinned down at her. He took hold of her hands, growled, and touched his forehead to hers. “We are glad to have you here, small one.”

Small one. It was going to take time to get used to hearing that. “Thank you. It’s nice to meet you.” She wasn’t sure what
was expected of her, so she just stood there smiling. The fact that Luken was royalty was starting to sink in. She was not prepared for any of this. Her cheeks heated when she remembered what she’d been doing with their prince on the spacecraft.

The older female, who she guessed was Luken’s mom, came forward and looked Keneese over with a keen eye.

Luken placed a warm hand on her lower back. Sparks shot through her pelvis. She eyed him, hoping he’d stop touching her there. This was not the time for creaming her panties. They were already wet with his semen.

“This is my mom, Queen Darcelle DeZaccherus.”

“It’s nice to meet you.” She tried to bow, but was stopped by the queen.

“Family and close friends greet each other with clasped hands, a growl, and a touch of foreheads. The men take it a step farther and butt heads. It shows respect and love. To anyone else, a slight nod is proper.”

She saw Luken and his father greeting each other and was a bit shocked at their harsh head-butt and rough growl. The queen grasped Keneese’s hands, growled softly, and gently touched their foreheads together. She growled back, but didn’t sound as good as the queen did.

“Well done, princess.” The queen’s lovely eyes shone with approval.

The younger man standing closest to her stepped in front of her, took her hands, bent and growled. She hesitatingly growled and touched her forehead to his. She then cut her gaze over to Luken. He smiled at her.

“It’s nice to meet you, Princess Keneese. I’m Prince Kalen, the second-born son. If you need help adjusting to our world, I’ll happily help you.” His tone was as warm as his smile.

“Thank you.” She had to drag her gaze away from Kalen’s ice-blue eyes. The black ring around them made them as mesmerizing as Luken’s.

The next brother greeted her physically and she more easily followed suite this time.

“I’m Prince Thavon. The youngest brother. It’s lovely to meet you, little one.”

Keneese looked into his two-tone turquoise eyes. Way up into his pretty eyes. The baby of the family was the tallest of the group. Remembering her manners, she said, “It’s nice to meet you.”

Luken finished greeting his brothers with gruff growls and rough forehead-butts. He then took her hand. “Please forgive our quick departure, but I need some alone time with my natural mate.”

“Ready her for the ceremony and press.” A gleam entered her sky-blue eyes. “Hurry along, dear. A baby will be a wonderful addition to the family.”

“Yes, indeed,” the king agreed with a huge smile that softened his handsome features.

Luken’s brothers’ chuckles followed them as they left the room. With heated cheeks, she looked around. All of the new sights quickly cooled her embarrassment. A movement caught her attention. Several men followed them. She looked up at Luken questioningly.

He grinned down at her. “They are my personal guards. You’ll get used to them. One or more of them will always take you wherever you need to go when I can’t do it. They are good men. You can trust them.”

“Oh, okay.” She was a little embarrassed for not figuring that out on her own. This was all just too new to her.

As they walked down an extra-wide path, she gaped at all the colorful plants. Their grass was a pretty blue-green color. Several trees dotted the grounds. They were at least fifty feet tall. Some were reddish-orange and others were greenish-yellow. Their branches seemed to extend for miles. She knew that wasn’t possible, but from down here it sure felt that way.

“The trees here are huge.” She pointed at the tallest one. Global warming had stunted the trees on Earth, so this was an amazing sight.

“Yes, these trees are a good size. They will grow to about ninety feet tall. We have many types of trees. The ones that bear food are extremely colorful. You’ll be able to see some of them in just a bit. One of our friends, Slanon, has an orchard that’s close by.”

Her jaw dropped when the trees came into view. There were unending rows of blue trees. The trunks were dark blue and the leaves were light blue. The branches were loaded with an oval-shaped fruit that had creamy-colored flesh and bright blue spots.

She looked up at Luken. “How can I see the fruit from here?”

“The trees aren’t as far as they appear, and the fruit is quite large. The brightness of the spots lets us know how ripe the fruit is. Some of those are ready. Slanon feeds his trees so that they produce at different times. The other growers are starting to do the same thing.” Pride rang through the prince’s tone.

“That’s good for trade. I’ve never seen that fruit before.” The VisOrrentians seemed to be incredibly smart. They deserved to live. A part of her was glad she was here to help them.

“Earth is only interested in medicinal plants.”

Her brows drew together sharply. “I can tell you, most of the people there would be interested in trying new foods. We are quite limited since global warming killed so many of our plants.” She felt betrayed by the government officials. Why would they deny the people something like food?

Luken rubbed his hand back and forth across her shoulders. “They may have done it to look more secure. Every man has a measure of pride. Leaders usually have a healthy dose of it.”

“That I can understand, even though I don’t agree with holding back healthy food from needy people.” She briefly wondered what else the people of Earth were missing out on because of their pride-filled officials.

Luken guided her down a curve in the path. It led up to a large stone home. Colorful plants surrounded it and one wall was covered in a maroonish-colored vine that looked like it had some kind of fruit on it.

“We like to blend in with nature as much as possible. We believe nature has everything we need to live a good, healthy life so we embrace it with open arms. Thavon and his crew check out all of our technology to make sure none of it harms our planet.” Pride in his people flavored his words.

A smile lifted her lips. “From what I’ve seen of your people and planet, your way of life seems to be working very well. I wish we’d been more in tune with Earth’s health.” She wouldn’t be here right now if that had been the case. Her gaze darted to Luken and her heart skipped a beat. He was so handsome, and so far, he’d been kind and caring. Being here wasn’t bad at all.

He opened the door and gestured her in. She stepped over the threshold and looked around. The home was open and airy, with touches of masculine furniture. Dark stone countertops with a touch of blue gemstone livened up the kitchen. She didn’t recognize any of the devices in the rooms.

As large as the VisOrrentians were, she wasn’t surprised that their homes would be so open and huge. The ceiling had to be at least fifteen feet tall. Once again, Keneese felt small. It was such a weird feeling.

Thinking of small people, she turned and looked up at Luken. “Where is the other female staying?”

“You don’t have to worry about her. She’ll be staying in a suite of rooms at the rear of the palace. Several of our staff will be watching over her until we find her mate.” Luken caressed her shoulder soothingly.

“What if she doesn’t have a mate here on VisOrrenta? Will she be returned to Earth?” She couldn’t stop herself from worrying about the other woman.

“No, she’s needed here. If none of the males are her natural mate, she can be someone’s chosen mate. The chemistry between us makes you my natural mate. If a man can’t find his natural mate, he can choose one that seems to be a good match.”

“Oh. That sounds like what humans do, to a point. We each have several people we are drawn to naturally. But if we can’t find one, or a good one, that is, then we’ll settle for a good match.” Maybe they weren’t so different at all.

“Our research showed that your people mate the way we do. That makes it easier for human females to adjust to their new life here. We’d never have made our pact if humans and VisOrrentians were completely different.” He smiled down at her and pulled her toward the kitchen. He
then poured her a glass of something red. The tall male chuckled at her expression. “It’s juice. It’s good for you.” He took a swig of his own and she followed suit.

A sweet, fresh taste washed over her tongue. She took a long drink and then grinned up at him. “This is very good.” She tapped her finger on the smooth countertop. “Why is it that you seem to know a lot about humans in some areas, but not in others?”

A grin lit his face. “You’re as smart as you are beautiful. You and the other female are the first to come to our side of the planet. We scanned for women a few times in the past, but none were quite right.”

Her lips pursed automatically. “What does that mean? And where are the females that have been taken?”

“It means that they either had children or were married. A few were passed over for being too short. The one Tor picked usually wouldn’t be brought here, but he said she called to him in a strange way, so he brought her home. The other females are on my uncle’s side of the planet. That’s where we’ve gotten a lot of our information from. So far they are all happy, and so are their babies.” His mouth curled sexily on one side and his eyes lit up.

The thought of babies reminded her of how they were conceived. Keneese’s wayward gaze dropped to the front of his pants. The black material was tented. Heated desire pulsed through her core. That chemistry they had was tugging her toward him, toward his incredible touch.

The two shades of blue in his eyes started swirling lazily. Hunger sparked through them. “Would you like to see our bedroom? I need to see you spread out naked on the bed. You fire me up like no other, little one.”

Heat seared her cheeks. Keneese felt like a nymphomaniac. With her clit pulsing demandingly, she answered, “I need to be under you, on top of you, or in any position you’d like. You have an erotic pull I can’t refuse.” It may not have been wise to tell him that, but the fire building in her needed him badly enough not to care.
