  For Tia's Pleasure

  The Kinsey triplets own and operate a very successful BDSM club in town. Having their pick of submissives on a nightly basis is starting to wear thin. They’d always dreamed of finding that one woman to share their lives with, the one woman strong enough to handle their dominance in the bedroom and submit to them, body, heart, and soul.

  Tia is that woman—strong, independent, and submissive as hell in the bedroom. But taking on three alpha males wasn’t what she wanted. She’s left a marriage to a man who would do anything to get ahead in business. She has a daughter to worry about, and adding one man, let alone three, just isn’t in the cards for her. But the more time she spends with Ryder, Sam, and Dan, the deeper she falls for them. With a crazy ex determined to get what he wants, will the triplets be able to show Tia just how much they really care for her?

  Prologue

  Walking out of the courthouse, the only thought going through Tia’s head was I’m finally free.

  Free from the marriage that, over the past five years, had turned into nothing more than the occasional try at bad sex.

  She and James had been married for almost fifteen years. They’d produced a beautiful little girl who was smart, precocious, and wild. But slowly, year after year, James had started pulling away from them. At first, it just seemed like he was always busy with work. He had received a small promotion and now was one of the head techs of a pharmaceutical company, so Tia realized that he would be spending longer hours at work. But then he started bringing more and more work home with him and still he worked long hours. Maybe she just didn’t want to see it. After all, she had been busy growing her online virtual assistant’s business and raising Shay. So it was a real eye-opener when she went onto his computer to get some information and found all the naked pictures and sexy e-mails from Lacey.

  Three years…three fucking years he’d been seeing his assistant, and I didn’t have a clue. Lacey was always sweet and kind when I visited the office. Bitch. No wonder, she was sleeping with my husband. After she had found out about them, James swore it was over, and they went to counseling and tried to get past it, but Tia knew it wasn’t over. This wasn’t the first time, and she knew it wouldn’t be the last. Tia was uncomfortable any time she went to see James at his office but he refused to have Lacey transferred to another division, and his late nights at the office continued until finally she had had enough and surprised them at the office late one night. Tia had learned a lot from the previous affair that he had had. She already had the proof she needed after hiring the private investigator, but she wanted to make sure James knew he’d been caught once again.

  They were naked and screwing like a couple of teenagers when she walked in. James had all kind of excuses, and for the first time in a very long time Tia felt liberated. With a smile on her face she walked out and the next day filed for divorce.

  James tried to fight her on it with every trick he could think of. He even fought her for custody of Shay, which really surprised her because he had paid little attention to her since her birth. He had no idea how to take care of a child, let alone one like Shay. He would do everything to stifle all that wild, creative spirit that she had, and that was something that Tia just wouldn’t allow.

  James had denied having continued the affair and even had the balls to have Lacey come and testify for him. She said how much James loved Tia and Shay and that they had stopped seeing each other socially because he wanted to make his marriage work. Lacey cried out her apology to Tia, saying how bad she felt for hurting her and that James loved her so much.

  Her attorney smiled when he stood to cross examine her, and after a few mundane questions asked the judge if he could introduce some rebuttal evidence. Well, that let the cat out of the bag.

  After showing the defense and the judge all the pictures and recordings that the private investigator
s had gathered, James reacted.

  “You bitch,” he screamed at her across the courtroom. “You had me followed?”

  Tia didn’t say a word. Her lawyer had told her not to react to anything he may say. James’s violent outbursts during their marriage had left her battered and bruised enough to know that his reaction to her in the courtroom was just a small showing of what he was capable of.

  The judge slammed the gavel on the bench. “Mr. Jameson,” she yelled repeatedly. “Sit down right now or I will have the bailiff escort you from the courtroom.”

  James continued to glare at Tia but sat down and shut his mouth.

  “Now,” the judge said, “Mr. Kelly, please continue with your cross of Ms. Douglas.” Tia looked at Lacey, who sat in the witness chair, her beautiful face now ashen in color.

  * * * *

  “All right then, Ms. Douglas…”

  And after that Tia was free. Free from James, free from the feelings of being trapped, just free.

  The judge had ordered full custody of Shay to Tia and also a generous amount of spousal and child support.

  “Your honor,” Justin Kelly, her lawyer, stood and said, “Ms. Reynolds, formerly Mrs. Jackson, would like to address the court if possible.”

  The judge looked at Tia and nodded her head, “Please, Ms. Reynolds, this has been an odd case from the beginning. Why stop now?” She smiled.

  Tia stood, her legs shaking but her resolve solid. “Your honor, I am in no need of any support from my ex-husband. I would, however, like any money he is ordered to pay me put directly into a trust account for our daughter. As you are aware, I make a very good living on my own, and I also have the trust that my parents set up for me before their deaths. I want nothing nor do I need anything from Mr. Jackson.”

  That said she sat down again and waited for the judge to speak.

  For the first time since their deaths Tia was glad that her parents had been wealthy. They’d set a trust fund up for her on the day of her birth so that she would never have to worry financially about anything. She had loved her parents but they’d tried to raise her in the same strict environment they both had been raised in.

  Having had her later in life their views on marriage and sex had never wavered. Sex was between a husband and wife and only as a necessity to produce children. Tia knew that they loved her but by the time they had decided to have a child they were both set in their careers and neither wanted to spend any time with her. This left her in the care of a number of nannies over the years, something she was determined would never happen with her daughter.

  Tia didn’t have to wait long, and it definitely wasn’t what she expected.

  “Ms. Reynolds, I understand and agree that all monies awarded to you will go to a trust for your daughter. I will also order that you are the trustee of said account. I will also order that Mr. Jackson have limited visitation with your daughter until such time as he completes an anger-management course and begins to fulfill his financial obligations to her.”

  Turning to James, the judge smiled in a very peculiar way and said, “Mr. Jackson, having witnessed your behavior in my courtroom and having listened to the testimony of all parties, as well as having read all the psychological reports submitted to this court, I hereby order you to pay, into a trust that will be set up by this court and Ms. Reynolds, the amount I set forth. And honestly, Mr. Jackson, I hope that you don’t comply with the order.”

  James and his lawyer looked at each other, and his lawyer stood and said, “Your honor, Mr. Jackson will comply with any order given by this court.” James’s face grew angrier at that comment.

  “Whose side are you on?” he yelled at his lawyer. “I want full custody of my daughter, and I want it now!” he screamed at the judge.

  Again the judge banged her gavel. “Mr. Jackson, after having spoken with your daughter and the court therapist, I am of the opinion that you, sir, are a complete ass. You have no idea about raising a child, let alone one as incredibly bright as Shay is. You only want custody because it would hurt your ex-wife. Not because you want your child. Since the day she was born, you yourself have admitted that you have spent little or no time with her because you were so busy building your career. Well, Mr. Jackson, we all now know just exactly what you were doing instead of spending time with your wife and child. You’re selfish and arrogant and somehow seem to think that because of the wealth and privilege that you have been afforded you deserve to get whatever it is you want in life. I’m here to let you know that’s not the case. Since you have never been interested in your child’s life why would I give you custody? Your ex-wife has shown that she has been the steady influence on your daughter, and furthermore, she even started working from home so that she could be there for her all the time. You on the other hand, did everything in your power to be elsewhere.”

  “But, your honor”—James stood and tried to look contrite—“I have had to build my career over the past several years and haven’t had the luxury of being able to stay at home with Shay!”

  “Let me just say this, Mr. Jackson, and I’m sure that I will get censured for this, but…what you just said to me is bullshit…” The courtroom erupted in laughter. Pounding on her bench, the judge ordered quiet. “As the photographs and recordings indicate, you have not been working late to ‘build your career.’ You have been working late having an affair with your assistant. All the late nights and working weekends were spent with her, not your wife and child. I suggest that you attend the anger management classes and with the visitation I do allow you, try to build a relationship with your daughter before it’s too late.”

  With a sputter from James, the judge rose and spoke to the lawyers. “I’ll have the support and custody order drawn up and sent to your offices in the next few days, gentlemen.”

  To James she said, “Heed my warning, Mr. Jackson. If you don’t comply with my order there will be significant consequences. I won’t feel one iota of remorse throwing your sorry butt in jail for contempt, so if you want to push me I’ll be more than happy to oblige.”

  Chapter 1

  That had been six months ago, and things seemed to have gone downhill from there. For the first few weeks James attended his classes and kept to his court-ordered visitation but by the sixth week everything changed.

  “I just can’t do it today, Tia. I can’t take Shay today,” he yelled at her. “Lacey’s parents have invited us up to their home for the weekend. It’s a big family gathering.”

  “Well isn’t Shay part of your family, James?” Tia responded, trying to keep as calm as possible so that Shay didn’t come into the room to see why Mommy was yelling.

  “Lacey’s parents are very particular about family, Tia. They’re old school and won’t accept her that easily,” he whined. “I’m doing this for her. The connections that Mr. Reynolds has will spring my career forward.”

  “It’s your loss, James. But when you get back there are a few things that we need to discuss.”

  “Yeah, yeah, when I get back I’ll sit down with you whenever you want.” And that was the last time she or her daughter had heard from him for some time.

  Calls to his office were blocked by Lacey, calls and messages left on his cell went unanswered until finally she got the message when he completely changed his cell number. James stopped attending his anger-management classes and stopped putting money into Shay’s trust.

  The final straw came when she had her lawyer contact his lawyer and was told that James wanted to sign over all parental rights to Tia. God, what a bastard!

  * * * *

  Tia tried talking to him by going to his office and speaking with him, but the only reason that he would give her was that Shay just didn’t fit into his lifestyle at this time in his life. His lifestyle!

  Hearing that, Tia finally lost it. “Your lifestyle!” she screamed at him. “Don’t you mean Lacey’s parents’ lifestyle doesn’t fit? If you do this, James, you’ll regret it for the rest of your life. You’ll be givi
ng up the one good thing that you’ve ever done with your life.”

  “You see, that’s where Lacey and her parents understand me. They realize how much I want to focus on my career and that having to tear myself away from work to babysit Shay would cramp things right now. Maybe in a few years things will be different.”

  “Fuck you, James. You don’t get to walk in and out of her life. So if this is what you want, sign these papers that your lawyers had drawn up and all your ‘problems’ will be solved.”

  Lacey had come into the office then to stand beside James, and looking up at him, she motioned with her head for him to sign the papers. He did.

  Tia picked up the papers, turned and walked out, went straight to the courthouse, filed the papers, and left to pick up Shay from her friend Rena’s house. Sitting in the car outside the courthouse the dam finally broke, and she burst into tears. Tears for her daughter and the pain that she would have to face knowing that her father had signed his rights away.

  After about ten minutes of a complete meltdown, there was a knock on her passenger window. Quickly, Tia grabbed some tissue and tried to fix her face.

  * * * *

  Judge Simone Kinsey stood outside the door looking in at the woman who she believed to be one of the strongest women to have come through her courtroom in decades.

  The judge opened Tia’s car door and leaned in. “Are you all right, Ms. Reynolds? Do you mind if I sit with you for a minute and talk?”
