He glanced over at her. “You can always turn back, Eliza, but if you make that a habit you’ll miss out on the unexpected adventures of life.” He winked.
Todd certainly was an adventure so far. “I’m not interested in turning back now,” she said.
He smiled and reached over and squeezed her knee, which felt great until he nearly swerved off the road.
“Hands on the wheel, Sir. Let’s not kill ourselves before we start this unexpected adventure.”
“All right, all right.” He drove steadily, both hands on the wheel, eyes straight ahead, for a couple of miles.
“You know,” he said casually, eyes still fixed on the road, “I might have to keep my hands on the wheel but you don’t.” He cleared his throat, waiting for her to respond.
She gave him a sidelong glance. “What, Sir Montgomery, did you have in mind?”
He shrugged. “Oh nothing.” But he shifted slightly in his seat, and she saw that whatever the ‘nothing’ was that was going on in his imagination had resulted in a significant enlargement beneath his snug riding breeches.
“Is this a fantasy of yours?” she murmured, turning towards him and his growing erection.
“Uh, maybe. I’ve never done it before. I mean, had it done.” He coughed. He seemed nervous all of a sudden. “While driving, I mean.” And then he closed his eyes, as if he wished he hadn’t said that last part. And Eliza wished he hadn’t either, because now she pictured an unidentified, shiny-haired, female head bobbing over his crotch in the back seat of that black Mercedes while Albert drove. She shook her head to get rid of the image.
“Well, I haven’t either,” she said. “At least not while the car is moving,” she added. Let him picture that.
“Oh,” he said, but his erection looked just as hard and thick as it had before, maybe more so.
It might not be pleasant imagining him being sexual with other women, but Eliza had to accept it was true. And she knew that if it hadn’t been true then their sex together wouldn’t be as amazing as it was now. We are each the sum of our previous experiences, the good and the bad, and we can always choose to offer the best of what’s there to the person we’re with in the present.
Besides, he’d said this was something he hadn’t done before. This way. Which meant it would be a first that he would experience with Eliza. And it would be a first for her as well. In her other life back in Sheffield she’d given more blowjobs in the backs of cars than she cared to admit, but she’d not gone down on a lover while driving on the way to an unexpected adventure.
“You’d have to slow down, keep a safe speed.”
He immediately took his foot of the gas and they coasted until they had almost come to a stop.
“Not that slow!” She laughed. “Just, you know. Stay in control.”
He nodded obediently.
She shimmied over in her seat and leaned over the middle console. “You’re sure you can handle this?”
He nodded again. “Can you?”
She chuckled. “I have two hands free, while you, my darling, do not.”
He smiled. “That’s sweet. You called me darling.”
She fumbled with his breeches. “You like it better than Sir?”
She pulled back the pliable fabric and reached in, withdrawing his warm, wood-stiff cock.
He sighed. “Yes, yes, I do.” He wiggled in his seat so that she could pull out his full length and free his balls from their confines.
“Mmm… You feel good,” she said, stroking him and adjusting herself sideways. He started to tip his head back and then caught himself. “Eyes on the road,” he mumbled.
“This will take all your concentration, Todd.” Eliza gripped him with one hand as she tucked her knees up underneath her so she could extend toward his lap. “The horses and I are counting on you.”
He nodded and gripped the steering wheel tightly.
“Just tell me if you need me to stop, all right?” she said.
“Got it.”
She glanced out the window at the green rolling hills. They were in a valley and somewhere in the distance was the sea. The sky above was wide and blue.
“What if someone passes us?” said Todd.
“Smile and wink, if you like. Just don’t wave. Hands stay on the wheel.”
She kissed him on the cheek. She felt his impulse to turn toward her, to kiss her back, but she kept her lips firm against his jaw until he stilled.
“You may not be ready for this, I’m afraid.”
“I am! I’ll be good, I promise.”
“Good. Oh no, my darling Sir, I think this makes you a very, very bad boy now.”
She turned away from the green hills and blue sky and looked down at the beige fabric of his lap and the veined animal filling her hand. “But you bad boys taste the best.”
She brought her face down toward his hot tip and licked her lips. “Mmmm…. Forget the picnic. This is all the meal I’ll need.”
He groaned with anticipation. When her mouth wrapped around his head he drew in a breath. She felt the car swerve for a moment and then right itself.
“Sorry,” he whispered.
She sucked slowly, gently, trying to set a calm rhythm while he got his bearings being pleasured and in charge of heavy machinery. Her cheek was tucked close to his stomach so that she didn’t knock into the steering wheel. Taking her hand off his gearshift, she pulled his shirt up so it she could rest against the soft smooth skin of his tummy.
She guided him slowly toward the back of her throat and then out again to just inside the curve of her lips. Swirling her tongue around the smooth cap of glans skin, she let the tip of her tongue draw a line along the corona ridge and up the little trail leading to meatus tip where beads of pre-come had gathered. She licked up these delicious drops.
Todd sort of moan-hummed to show his pleasure. “Eyes on the road, eyes on the road,” he mumbled between moans.
She gripped his base tighter with her right hand, squeezing and releasing. With her knuckles pressed into his belly, she couldn’t easily pump up and down, so, with her left hand, she cupped his balls and pulled gently at the top of the sack, where the skin attached to his perineum and the base of his cock. She slipped one finger deeper underneath, following the path of his perineum toward his anus. He moaned deeply, and nervously, as he felt her pressure. She didn’t go all the way; it being too hard to access with him sitting and both of them wedged between the seat and the wheel, but she made a small pleasurable moaning sound to indicate she was curious, and planned to try again another time.
She brought all her fingers back to his balls and tickled and tugged lightly. Then she curled her thumb and forefinger around the base of his cock and allowed her right hand grip to slide upwards slightly. She focused on her mouth moving up and down and let her saliva drool through her lips and lubricate her hands. She twisted and kneaded and stroked his slippery length while pressing and squeezing his base. Her tongue danced circles around his circumference between dives into her throat. Todd groaned happily. Eliza wiggled in her seat, her arousal creating a warm wetness between her legs.
And then Eliza felt something on her back just above the waist of her riding pants. A firm, warm pressure dug under the fabric and tried to slide lower. She stilled her hands, let her gorging mouth release its banquet, and rested her teeth on the smooth helmet shaped skin of Todd’s pulsing erection. She bit down lightly.
Todd jerked, his fingers flinching away from her back. “Why did you do that?”
“You’re a bad boy. You took your hand off the wheel.”
“Just one. I wanted to touch you.”
She shook her head, her hair brushing the skin around his crotch and his stomach. “Uh, uh. Do I have to stop now?”
“My eyes are on the road. They haven’t left, and that’s so hard when I can tell—with my peripheral vision—that you’re writhing around over there.”
Was she? She hadn’t noticed that she was moving any more than simply adju
sting her position over him. But she was turned on, and it was possible she had been trying to tuck her heel up between her legs to get some much needed pressure there.
“For this to work, you need to focus on driving, not on me,” said Eliza.
“But I can’t help it. Are you wet?”
She laughed and kissed his stomach. “Is that a rhetorical question?”
He groaned. “I want to feel you.”
“Later.” Though she sighed inwardly as she ached to be touched.
“I want you to feel good, too.”
“I do feel good. I love having you in my mouth.” Though that sensation got every other part of her riled up. Later, she reminded herself. She kissed the tip of him again. “But I can’t do that and talk at the same time so I need you to cooperate.”
“Call me darling again.”
“Will you cooperate, darling? Or are you going to be a bad boy and make me give you a spanking?” His cock twitched at that suggestion. Interesting, she thought.
“I’ll be good. For now.”
She drew him into her mouth again and sucked him like a popsicle. He tightened his grip on the steering wheel as he gave in to her oral pleasuring. She built up a good rhythm with her mouth and hand colliding along his shaft and increasing the friction. He was tense with concentration and his breathing grew fast and shallow. He started moaning a kind of warning and she felt the deep throbbing pulse build toward his climax.
“Oh yeah, there… Like that… MMmmmaaaahhh….”
He shot a thick creamy load into her throat. She swirled it around with her tongue, taking small gulps and extra sips as it oozed out in pulses.
"Mmmm….” She moaned taking him all in. He was trembling from his release and the car had coasted almost to a stop. When Eliza lifted her head she saw that they were on the shoulder of the road with the seaside just up ahead.
“Beautiful,” she murmured.
“Oh, my, yes,” said Todd leaning his head back on the headrest with his eyes closed.
Eliza smirked. “I was referring to the view.”
“Hmmm?” said Todd, still with eyes closed, still lost in a dreamy post-climax haze.
A car passed and the whizzing sound got Todd’s attention. He was, after all, sitting with his crown jewels out for all the world to see. And what jewels they were. Eliza was drenched and swollen and in need of her own release. Patience, she thought.
He tucked himself back in and turned to her, grinning boyishly.
“Could we do that again sometime?”
Turning into the car park above the beach, they saw only two other cars parked at one end. In the distance, at the eastern edge of the beach, Eliza, saw two figures and a dog. Todd lined up the Range Rover and trailer horizontally at one end of the pavement.
They sat in the car for a few minutes kissing and looking at each other, and occasionally looking at the view. The beach before them curved to the west. The waves rolled in gently, breaking on the pebbly shore with the barest hint of froth. One of the walking figures threw a stick toward the waves and the dog went bounding after it.
“We should check on the horses,” murmured Eliza between kisses and staring into Todd’s blue eyes; they were the color of the sea on a fine clear day, just like today.
“Yes, we should,” he agreed cupping her chin in his hand and drawing her in for another lingering kiss.
“You promised me an adventure,” she said.
“That I did.”
Todd backed the horses out one by one. They seemed restless and curious, lifting their muzzles to inhale the scent of the sea and looking left and right to take in their new surroundings. Todd tightened the saddles and packed up the blankets, towels and contents of the picnic basket. Despite what Eliza had said in the car, she was anticipating some of Marjorie’s delicious food. Todd kept aside a bottle of sparkling water. He smiled shyly as he passed it to her. Sweet, he was thinking she might need to rinse her mouth out. It did feel good to freshen up her mouth and dilute the residue in her throat, but she didn’t know how to tell him that his come was nourishing in more ways than one.
Todd helped her up on to Honey. Eliza patted her mane, and whispered she’d be good and wouldn’t make her do anything crazy today. Todd locked up the trailer and Range Rover, mounted Fanfare, and led the way down the path to the beach.
This beach was quite pebbly at the water’s edge so Todd guided Fanfare west along the upper part where more sand mixed with the pebbles made an easier path for the horses.
The fresh salt air revived Eliza; a balmy breeze off the water made her hair blow about wildly. Following Fanfare‘s lead, Honey moved strongly and purposefully beneath Eliza. With her legs astride this powerful beast, Eliza felt powerful herself. Her previous arousal had spread throughout her limbs, torso, even her mind, to bathe her in a kind of regal glow. She felt like a pagan Queen riding behind her King. With her head held high, she grinned when Todd called back to her, “Are you ready for a ride?”
“I’m ready for anything!”
He spurred Fanfare from a trot to a canter and soon the wind in her face forced her hair to fly out behind like a royal banner.
Pebbles gave way to dense sand as they neared the western edge of the beach where a bluff rose up to block their path. In the water, rocks jutted up sharply, tiny echoes of the bluff they were connected to under the water. Eliza wondered if the water were shallow enough for them to weave through the rocks and around the bluff. But as a few waves crashed, sending plumes of white spray skyward, she knew she had misjudged the depth.
Todd slowed down and Honey sidled up next to Fanfare. Todd pointed up the shore away from the water, where dense foliage created a natural barrier between the beach and several stately houses perched on the right side of the bluff.
“There’s a trail through there. It’ll take us where we want to go.”
Eliza didn’t see a path. It all looked like impenetrable hedges and briars to her, but she trusted Todd knew where he was going.
She paused for a moment, reflecting. She trusted Todd? When had that happened? She was curious. She had been holding back, expecting the worst, since she’d first met him, and she’d had a few unpleasant surprises, it was true, but they had turned out to be obstacles made of smoke so far. She didn’t know what lay ahead. They might have more seemingly impenetrable hedges and thickets to navigate, but she did have a strong sense that Todd was leading her somewhere, that her feelings for him were guiding her toward a new chapter in her life. She gulped back some of her feelings. She couldn’t tell if that chapter would be the beginning or the end of their story. Eliza followed him, intent on finding out.
ALONE TOGETHER
They followed the thick brambly path up a narrow trail, which soon opened up onto a grassy headland from where they could see the coastline in both directions. The beach they had just come from stretched out to the northeast. The couple and the dog were mere specks now. Eliza could see the trailer and the Range Rover in the distant car park. The sun glinted off the windshield.
“Isn’t it magnificent?” said Todd, his hair whipping in the wind. His voice seemed to pass her on the breeze.
“It’s glorious!” she called up to him.
“What’s that?”
“Stunning!”
“It’ll be easier to talk once we’re out of this wind!”
But Eliza didn’t mind. The wind made everything seem wilder, more primal and earthy. She felt safe on Honey as she walked steadily several paces behind Fanfare.
They meandered along what seemed like a trail but may have just been natural ruts carved into the earth. The houses were behind them and ahead, above this beach, there wasn’t so much as a road to interfere with the natural beauty.
As they drew nearer to the opposite side of the headland, Eliza could finally see the beach extending below. Todd’s favorite beach. It reached southwest, a curve of pristine golden sand with a few dramatic rocks curving out from the shallower water; she could tell it
wasn’t as deep because the color was brighter, nearly turquoise and clear over the golden sand. At the far end another rocky headland projected into the sea, but between these two she didn’t see a road or a house or another living soul. They could have stepped back in time, it seemed so untouched. Todd’s own private beach, she mused. Our private beach. She was beginning to get ideas that created a surge of saddle heat.
They had to pick their way carefully down a steep trail on the other side. When Honey slipped on a loose rock, Eliza gasped. Todd whipped around in his seat. “You okay?”
She nodded. Honey didn’t seem phased at all and had regained control as easily as she had nearly lost it. Eliza patted Honey’s mane to reassure her, and herself, of her trust in Honey’s ability. There was that word again. Trust. It seemed to come up when you were balanced on a precarious edge not sure if you would make it safely to level ground—on earth or in relationship. Risk seemed to require trust, and adventure required risk, and love was an adventure, wasn’t it?
Once on the beach, Todd headed directly for the water line where the wet sand was smooth and dense.
“Are you ready for a ride?” he said looking back at her with a mischievous grin.
“I am riding,” said Eliza.
He laughed. “Trust me, you’re about to really ride. Sit high in your stirrups and hold on tight.”
She gripped the reins and dropped her weight into her heels. When she looked up, Fanfare was sprinting away. Honey must have looked up at the same time because she suddenly leapt forward, shifting from an easy walk to a chaotic blend of trot and canter until her strides lengthened and she fell into powerful gallop.
Eliza’s breath caught in her throat. This wasn’t like the other day when she forced Honey into an uncontrolled sprint across the meadow in her effort to run away from Todd. Honey’s movements were fluid, graceful, purposeful. Her mane flew out behind her in rippling waves.
Tears streamed from Eliza’s eyes. She hunkered over the saddle, becoming one with Honey’s movements. The powerful thrusts of her body seemed to undulate beneath Eliza and she had to flow with that power, surrender to it, merge her strength with it. It felt terrifying and exhilarating. She’d never felt so much animal power before—horsepower— carrying her forward through the air, across the ground, toward her lover.
