“Well, what do you guys think of that scene?” Max asked, glancing around the patio table for an early morning meeting reaction.

“Mmm, what’s not to like?” Lizzy commented after closing her laptop. “I can’t believe after all that’s happened, you decided to let my character co-star in a kinky ménage.”

“I can’t take the credit, it was Chrissy’s idea,” Max said, leaning back into his chair. “What do you think, Becca?”

Lowering her sunglasses, she took a moment to stare directly at each co-author. “It definitely pushed the envelope a little more than Lizzy and I usually do in our domestic discipline writing. Has Peter read it yet?”

“No, I sent it to both of you first. I figured there was no point in letting him see it if you two weren’t happy. But he’ll definitely be the next one to read it. Do you think he’ll be okay with it?”

“You never know with my husband. Sometimes, he’s Mr. Conservative CFO, and the next, he’s my kinky dominant daddy. Your guess is as good as mine,” Lizzy joked, crossing her eyes.

“I’m sure Josh is going to want to take a peek at it, too. We wouldn’t want to leave him out,” Becca laughed, elbowing her friend.

“I know you said Becca and I were forgiven, Max, but …”

He held up his hand to stop Lizzy midsentence. “You both were punished and that subject is now closed. If the sensitive material I just showed you is okay with your husbands, we’ll move on. We only have a few more days here, and I’d like to finish the book and take some time to just relax…”

“Is this meeting almost over? We’re starving,” Peter said, stepping out of the sliding glass door. “Is anyone in the mood to go out to breakfast?”

“We don’t feel like cooking today,” Josh echoed behind him. “Let’s head for the diner down the street.”

Max closed his laptop and pursed his lips. “Sounds like a plan! And when we get back, you might want to check your e-mail. I sent you both a scene to read.”

“Really? You’ve never sent us a scene to look at before,” Josh said guardedly.

“Uh-oh. Are you in trouble again, Elizabeth Marie?” Peter asked in a stern tone.

Max laughed. “No, but this time, Chrissy and I might be in hot water.”

  Chapter Eighteen

As they all handed their menus back to the young server in the diner, Peter leaned to the right, tilting his head in Max’s direction. “I feel like a little kid who can’t wait for a surprise, so could you just give me a little hint as to what’s going on? You’ve all been winking at each other since we got here, and I can’t imagine what all the excitement is about.”

After unrolling the silverware setup and lowering his utensils to the placemat, Max dropped a paper napkin into his lap before making eye contact with Peter. “I wrote a new scene for the book last night and thought you might want to look it over before we make a decision on whether to include it.”

“But you haven’t shown me any other rough drafts…”

“That is correct,” Max concurred with a lopsided smile.

“So what makes this one different?”

“Your character is in a ménage,” he admitted, glancing over at Lizzy.

Peter’s forehead wrinkled in disbelief. “You’re kidding, right?”

Chrissy bobbed her head excitedly. “It was my idea!”

His fingers stroked the short, sandy brown stubble on his face. “Who else is starring in this scene?”

“Lizzy and Max complete the threesome,” she said, her eyes darting around the table at the amused faces.

“Oh, my God. I can’t wait to get back to the house and read it!” Josh said, elbowing Max.

“Naturally, I’ll try to keep an open mind,” Peter said, his lips curving up into a mischievous smile. “Of course, I trust that you and your editor will make good decisions regarding this… trio.”

“Thanks for saying that, Peter. I always appreciate your candor,” Max responded.

“I’m just curious, Chrissy. How did you come up with this idea?”

“Well, Max has been criticized in the past for ending his novels too abruptly and with Lizzy and Becca’s punishment happening so close to the end of our trip…”

“It’s completely understandable why you wouldn’t want to finish on that note,” he said, narrowing his eyes across the table at his wife.

“I thought it might be nice to show that Lizzy was completely forgiven after her punishment and in a unique way, Peter and Max were willing to go the extra mile to show how special she is to all of us,” Chrissy added, her eyes sparkling.

“That would do the trick,” Peter agreed with a Cheshire cat grin.

“Selfishly, it was also fun for me to be involved in the book.” She glanced over at Max, who couldn’t have seemed more pleased.

“Just so you know, there are no hard feelings over here for not being chosen in the lead female role of this triangle,” Becca said, waving her hand in the air.

Peter winked across the table at Lizzy. “Shall I assume our characters had a wonderful time playing in that little scene?”

  “They had a blast!”

“I’m really going to miss you folks. Our friends in Boston are nowhere near as much fun,” Josh interjected. “Ah, here comes our food, we might want to lower our voices, or change the subject…”

“Who ordered the ham and cheddar cheese omelet?” the server asked, approaching with a tray of breakfast dishes.

  Chapter Nineteen

“Okay, girls. We’ve got the perfect idea for our last night here!” Max said excitedly, walking out to the pool area.

Chrissy adjusted her lounge chair to a sitting position. “Geez, I thought we already decided to go out for a fancy dinner.”

Becca turned her e-reader off and put it on the table. “Do we get to vote, or have the guys already decided?”

“Are you serious? I was planning to get dressed up tonight,” Lizzy whined, peering over her sunglasses.

“Come on, ladies—it’ll be fun. We’re going to order pizza and eat buttered popcorn… and Max found a scary movie for us to watch,” Josh coaxed, walking outside with a take-out menu.

“By the way, has anyone spoken to my husband recently?” Lizzy asked, glancing at her watch. “It’s almost five o’clock and he isn’t back from the grocery store yet.”

“He just sent me a text and is on his way home. Believe it or not, he got hung up in the ice cream topping aisle,” Max joked. “What do you think about a sundae bar for dessert?”

Chrissy picked up her tote and slipped into her flip-flops. “This is starting to sound like my kind of party. Come on, girls, let’s take showers and put on our baby doll jammies.”

Max and Peter were busy spreading out large blankets all over the living room floor as the doorbell rang.

“It’s probably the pizzas we ordered. I’ll get it,” Josh offered, walking out of the kitchen, reaching for his wallet.

“This was such a good idea, daddy. What movie are we renting tonight?” Chrissy asked, carrying her king-size feather pillow into the living room.

“Can we eat pizza while we watch the movie, or do we have to sit at the table?” Rebecca maneuvered the billowy soft object out of Chrissy’s arms and smacked her in the head with it.

“Oh, no—there will be none of that,” Josh scolded in a firm tone, returning with two large boxes of pizza. “This isn’t our house, and I can’t afford for you to break anything during a pillow fight.”

“What is Lizzy doing? If we have to wait until she dries that thick mane of hers, this party won’t get started until breakfast,” Chrissy complained.

“Bitch!” Lizzy called out, strutting from the bedroom, swinging her wet hair in a ponytail.

“Whore!” Becca said with a giggle, pointing at Lizzy.

“Slut!” Chrissy sang with outstretched arms.

“Sure, now that we’re leaving tomorrow—they all decide to get al
ong,” Max observed with a wry smile. “I’ll download the movie from Netflix if you guys want to help the girls get a slice of pizza.”

“This movie is going to freak them out,” Josh whispered, laughing.

“I’m just hoping they don’t have nightmares tonight.”

“Okay, ladies—grab a paper plate and a juice box and let’s get comfortable. Max will turn out the lights as soon as we’re ready.” Peter walked out of the kitchen with napkins and a box of pizza, ready to serve everyone.

“Oooh,” Chrissy squealed, making herself comfortable on the floor. “Watching scary movies is one of my favorite things, right, daddy?”

Max laughed. “Mine, too, kitten. Okay, is everyone ready?” he asked, glancing around the room to make sure the group was situated.

“What about the popcorn? Are we still going to have some?” Becca whispered to Josh.

“We agreed to pause the movie halfway through, pumpkin. And we’ll put out all the fixings for the sundaes at the end.”

Max’s hand was poised at the light switch. “Come on, girls. Your daddies have this under control. Now, can we please start the movie?”

As the opening credits began, Chrissy chewed and swallowed a large bite of pizza. “Oh, my God, this is The Sixth Sense with Bruce Willis!”

“Have you seen this movie?” Lizzy asked, grabbing a juice box.

“No, but I hear it’s really scary,” Becca said. “I’ve seen advertisements for this one. The kid sees dead people…”

“Okay, that’s enough, Rebecca Sue,” Josh said sternly. “Let them find out for themselves.”

“Oh, my God… I can’t watch this,” she said, her hand partially covering her eyes.

“Get out of there, hurry up and get out of the kitchen, Cole!” Chrissy screamed to Haley Joel Osment, the child actor on the screen.

“Why can’t I write something like this?” Max deadpanned, leaning toward Peter.

“In my opinion, this was the perfect psychological thriller. It really plays with your mind.”

“Shhh! Don’t tell us what happens. We want to be surprised,” Lizzy said, chomping on her pizza crust.

“You’ll definitely be amazed! The ending has a real twist.” Josh leaned back, interlocking fingers above his head.

“Why haven’t I seen this before, daddy? We watch scary movies together all the time,” Becca whispered.

“I don’t know, but this movie was filmed in 1999…”

  “Shhh!” everyone scolded.

“Okay, this a good place to pause it, Max. Want to turn on the lights and we’ll make some popcorn?” Peter asked.

“Great movie choice, daddy. I love it so far.” Chrissy said, still holding onto Max’s hand.

“Is it too scary for you, kiddo? You’re holding onto me pretty tight.”

“No, but I thought it might be nice if we walked over to the light switch together,” she joked as they stood up.

“Max, what would you think about us writing a mystery with you?” Becca called out, glancing over at Lizzy to see her reaction.

“Are you talking about a horror story or suspense?”

“I don’t know if I could write horror. I’m thinking something along the lines of a psychological drama.”

“Didn’t you girls already attempt that?” he asked with a gleam in his eyes.

“Hmm. Maybe next time we should try our hand at an occult thriller. People seem to like the supernatural genre.”

“It never stops. Either my Becca’s writing, or thinking about what to write!” Josh said, carrying in two large bowls of popcorn. “Okay, I think we’re ready. You can hit the lights, Max.”

When the room went dark, Peter stood in the corner and turned on a flashlight that was placed under his chin for effect. “Now pay close attention to the rest of the movie. I’m promising you, you’ll never forget it,” he warned in a deep, raspy voice.

“Daddy… stop! The movie is scary enough!” Lizzy squealed.

  Chapter Twenty

Rolling over in bed, Chrissy gazed at her handsome sleeping husband. After quietly slipping into the bathroom, she quickly pulled off her nightgown and tossed it into the hamper. Tiptoeing back to bed, she silently eased under the warm covers and felt Max’s legs stir.

  “Is everything okay, kitten?”

“I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to wake you.”

Rubbing his eyes, he rolled over onto his side. “What’s wrong, sweetie? You look a little sad.”

“I’m going to miss our new friends. I have to admit this vacation has been pretty stimulating in more ways than one.”

“And all this coming from my girl who didn’t want to leave California. I’m so happy to hear you feel that way, but I sense there’s something else going on inside that beautiful noggin,” he said, tapping a finger to her forehead.

Chrissy’s hand reached to rub the inside of his warm thigh. “I was just thinking about that last scene you wrote. It was pretty sexy.”

Max’s eyes grew large and wide. “Are you telling me you want to participate in a threesome?”

“What I’m thinking is… it would be fun to fantasize about having one,” Chrissy whispered, edging her hand further up his leg, gently massaging his cock up and down.

“You have my undivided attention,” Max said with a quick wink, caressing her silky blond strands.

“We haven’t used any of my big girl toys since we arrived, so I was wondering if we could play with my little friend this morning. You know, pretending we have a third party here.” Chrissy reached back and opened the drawer on the bedside nightstand. Without looking, she fumbled her hand around and finally found what she’d been searching for. With a sly grin, she began rubbing a pink dildo over the tip of her left nipple. “Can I invite my friend to play with us?”

“Of course, kitten. You know your friends are always welcome.” Lovingly, Max stroked the outside folds of Chrissy’s wet vagina with the broad tip of his misty cock, and as he drew her closer, his ever-growing member slightly penetrated her velvety skin. Teasing her, he pressed inside only slightly at first.

“Mmm, that feels wonderful,” Chrissy purred, handing Max her pink toy. Contorting backwards, he stretched for the tube of gel on their end table. “This should make it little more comfortable for you,” he said, applying the clear substance to the toy. “Where would you like him to play this morning?”

“In my tushy,” Chrissy murmured in a small voice, wiggling her backside.

Effortlessly, Max rolled his petite wife on top of him to straddle his torso. With a devilish grin, Chrissy arched her back while taking hold of her nipples, twisting and pulling them until they were good and stiff.

“I’m going to put myself inside you now, so be a good girl, bend forward, and lift that beautiful bottom for me.” Lowering her to his chest, he carefully guided the bulbous fleshy end of his hardened shaft inside her and with deft, quick hands, parted her buttocks, rubbing the wet silicone on her nerve-filled anus.

“Please be gentle,” she begged, feeling the cool, moist tip at her rear entrance.

He eased the dildo inside, Chrissy’s eyes instantly closed, and as he inched forward, she dug her short nails into his broad chest.

“Move with me sweetie, rock back and forth,” he instructed, flinching as she grabbed his skin. As she lowered herself onto him completely, he pushed deeper inside her bottom and she could feel both shafts driving further into her body.

“Deeper, daddy. I need it deep and hard!” she screamed and trembled, burying her face into his neck. Grinding her vibrating clit furiously onto his rock-hard cock, Chrissy twisted and shook as Max pressed the pink toy further and deeper into her narrow tunnel. As she planted her face completely into Max’s neck, the walls of her vagina and anus suddenly stilled, taking hold of their intruders before a painful explosion erupted. Breathlessly, she shuddered and quaked as his hardened length released a force of pulsating hot semen. Collapsing with her head locked un
der his bristly chin, she finally managed to breathe normally as both their heart rates slowed down simultaneously.

“Did you just call me daddy?” he whispered.

She stared at him, puckering her lips.

  “You don’t usually when we…”

Chrissy giggled. “It might have been my idea, but you were the one who wrote that ménage scene, remember?”

Max kissed the top of her head, inhaling her scent. “I know it’s going to be hard leaving today, but this will be a vacation that none of us will ever forget.”

  * * *

“Chrissy, you’re in a chipper mood,” Lizzy pronounced, pouring six glasses of freshly squeezed orange juice. All three girls stood in the kitchen preparing their final vacation meal together while the men were packing and planning their departure.

“I was depressed at first this morning, but Max and I had a long talk and he reminded me of the great time we all just had together.”

“That must’ve been some discussion. Remember, the walls are pretty thin around here,” Lizzy pointed out with a mischievous grin.

Chrissy’s face reddened before refocusing her attention on cracking a dozen extra-large eggs into a clear mixing bowl. “We’ve become like a family, and I’m sure we’ll be getting together again, right?”

“I sure hope so,” Becca remarked. “Except for editing, our book is almost finished, and I’m thinking that an annual collaboration might benefit all of our careers. Although Max did point out that Lizzy and I should leave the mystery writing up to him…”

“Do I smell coffee?” Josh bellowed, turning the corner. “We’re all packed and ready to go, Becca. Has anyone seen the other guys?”

“Peter is a neat freak so it might take him a bit longer. And rumor has it that Max got a late start,” Lizzy teased.

“I want a place with thicker walls next time!” Chrissy joked, stomping her foot on the floor.
