Tyler lowered his eyes shyly, smiling.

“I told you I’m not good at this man on man thing,” Jordon said. “Do I sound like a clingy woman?”

Tyler’s crystal blue eyes met his again. “I would love to live with you, Mr. Buck.”

A chill of delight washed over Jordon’s body. “Thank fuck. I didn’t know what I would do if you said no.”

“You’d convince me? Wrestle me for it?”

  “I love you, Mr. Holliday.”

“I love you too, Jordon.” Tyler kissed him again. “Right. Let me go. I’ll be here at around four? Suit you?”

  “Bring your PJs and toothbrush.”

  “I sleep naked.”

  “Growl!” Jordon’s pulse soared.

“But I’ll bring the toothbrush and change of clothes. How’s that?”

“Perfect.” Jordon didn’t want to let him go. They were attached at the mouth and in a delightful full body hug. “I know you have to go.” Jordon panted in excitement.

“Want a quickie for the road?”

  “Yeah?” Jordon’s cock throbbed.

“Yeah.” Tyler picked Jordon up over his shoulder and carried him to the bedroom.

“Another blowjob? Am I dreaming? I’m in head-heaven!” Jordon laughed as he was set down on his bed.

“Take off your pants, Buck.” Tyler grinned down at him wickedly.

“I’ll do you too.” Jordon shimmied out of his slacks.

  “Oh? Wanna try sixty-nine?”

The wave of excitement that washed over Jordon’s body felt like a swoon. “Yes.” He swallowed in anticipation, dropping his pants off the bed.

  They were naked in seconds.

Jordon lay back with his head on the pillows, watching as Tyler’s gorgeous body was revealed to him once again. “I can so get used to this.”

Tyler’s amused chuckle made the chills wash over Jordon’s skin. “Are you ready for me?” Tyler asked.

“Let the games begin.” Jordon reached out for him. When Tyler straddled Jordon’s head, Jordon sighed in pleasure. Before he could even touch him, Tyler was already devouring Jordon’s cock deeply, wasting no time.

“Holy shit!” The intensity overwhelmed him. He latched onto Tyler’s hips. Jordon had yet to make a move, closing his eyes, tensing his body, the urge to come already washing up his cock and churning in his balls.

“Did I lose you again, Mr. Buck?”

Jordon shook himself out of his dream and held Tyler’s engorged cock, sliding it inside his mouth. The moment he had, Tyler spread Jordon’s ass cheeks and lapped at his ring and balls zealously.

Groaning with his mouth full, Jordon became a helpless mass of quivering lust. He clamped his hands around Tyler’s cock to keep it in his mouth as Jordon’s body rocked and rolled. Jordon whimpered and almost levitated off the bed. His balls were sucked, his ass explored with wet fingers, his cock drawn on like a Hoover, and all the while he whimpered in ecstasy as Tyler pumped gently against his lips and tongue. The combination finally worked its magic. Tyler’s fingers massaging inside him, his hand fisting in tandem with his mouth, Jordon convulsed in a climax.

When Jordon came, he sucked hard on Tyler’s cock, kneading Tyler’s balls, rubbing hot friction on Tyler’s root to his ass. It was his turn to taste come.

His mouth was filled. Jordon thrust his hips up and down, still fucking that fantastic mouth that had the mystical power to prolong even the most intense orgasm. He allowed Tyler’s dick to slip out of his mouth so he could breathe. Jordon continued to fondle those heavy balls, languishing in the softness of the skin around them.

“My God,” Jordon gasped, “they keep getting stronger and lasting longer.”

“Mm…” Tyler rubbed his face into Jordon’s crotch.

Jordon stared up at the sight above him and caressed Tyler’s tight ass cheeks. “I know you have to go, Mr. Holliday.”

“I do. I’ll be back at four.” Tyler carefully raised his knee to spin around and drop on Jordon so they were face to face. “Want a taste?” Tyler licked his top lip, teasingly.

  “Do you?” Jordon laughed shyly.

Tyler cupped behind Jordon’s head and drew him up to meet his mouth. Jordon swooned in rapture, feeling dizzy. When had sex ever been so fulfilling? Erotic? Passionate?

After they parted, Tyler gazed seriously at Jordon. “Are you sure you’re okay here?”

“I am. I’m fine.” Jordon said, “Are you kidding? I’ve never been better!”

“Good. Let me go.” Tyler climbed off the bed to get dressed.

While he did the same, Jordon couldn’t stop smiling. He was so happy it was criminal.

He walked Tyler out, reaching for Tyler’s hand. “Take these.” He dropped the set of keys into Tyler’s palm.

A look of complete surprise followed. “You’re sure?”

“Am I sure?” Jordon laughed at the absurdity.

Tyler embraced him, kissing him. “I love you.”

“I love you too. Go so you can get back here,” Jordon said, patting Tyler affectionately on the bottom.

“I’ll see you later.” Tyler pecked his lips one last time.

“I’ll be here.” Jordon watched Tyler walk down the hall, waiting until he was in the elevator. Jordon received his thrown kiss and shut his door. He was still grinning and figured he would be all day.

He headed back to the bedroom to make some phone calls about work. Jordon paused and stared down at the diamond ring. “What the heck am I supposed to do with this? She should have kept it.” He was about to move on when he noticed the guest list. He wondered how many people knew about the cancellation and figured his mother and Blithe could do the honors. After all, they had only announced the engagement, nothing more.

He scanned his mother’s list, curious to see who she thought was important enough to include. A name stood out. Suddenly a light bulb went on in his head. He grabbed the phone.

“Spencer and Epstein Modeling Agency. How may I direct your call?”

“Claire Epstein, please,” Jordon replied, tapping the diamond ring on the table anxiously.

“Who may I tell her is calling?”

  “Her cousin Jordon.”

  “One moment please.”

Jordon chewed his lip, losing himself in the sparkle of the brilliant-cut diamond.

  “Hey, cuz!”

“Claire! How the hell are you?”

“Busy ogling gorgeous men. Life’s a bitch.” She laughed. “What are you up to? Mom told me you were getting married. She said Aunt Maureen asked if she and Dad were going to fly in from Seattle for it.”

“There’s no wedding, Claire. It didn’t work out.”

“I’m sorry, Jordon. Did the invitations go out? Is that why you’re calling?”

“No. Thank God. They didn’t. We didn’t get that far.”

“Oh. Yes. That’s a good thing.”

“Look, Claire. I have a huge favor to ask you.”

“Anything. I owe you for all those times you supplied the weed when we were kids.”

He replied, “Christ, don’t tell my mom that.”

  “What’s up, Jordon?”

  “I met this man.”

“Uh oh… you’re gay? Christ, is everyone?”

“I’m beginning to think everyone is.”

“First my brother Scott, then your brother Bryan… is it contagious?”

“When are you going to find a nice girl to settle down with, Claire?” Jordon teased.

“Believe me, it’s something my business partner Jenine and I have discussed. We suck at straight relationships, but that’s another story. Tell me about your man.”

“He’s too beautiful to describe. Seriously.”

  “Ooh, I like him already!”

“He wants desperately to be a model, Claire.”

  “And?”

  “There’s a catch.”

  “And what’s the catch?”

“When he was a young man, he did some x-
rated gay porn films.”

  “Crap.”

Jordon tried not to sink. “Claire, please. Take him on. Get him the kind of work he loves.”

“That shit always comes back to haunt a guy, Jordon.”

“Can’t you do anything? Change his damn name so no one can find him?”

“It’s worth a try. How old is he now, and how long ago were the movies? Give me details.”

“He’s twenty-eight, and he did around a half a dozen of them when he was between fifteen and eighteen.”

  “Jesus!”

“I know. It’s terrible he was taken advantage of like that. I just don’t think he should pay for it for the rest of his life.”

“What’s he doing to earn a living now, Jordon?”

Jordon replied, “He was my wedding planner.” Instantly he heard his cousin rolling with hilarity at the other end. “All right, Claire. Calm down.”

“I love it!” After she regained her composure, she said, “Bring him in. Let’s see how he photographs.”

  “When?” Jordon’s heart skipped.

“Tomorrow? Any time. Just get him to change his name, Jordon.”

  “I don’t think he’d mind. Seriously.”

  “What’s his name?”

  “Tyler Holliday.”

“How about Tyler Buck?” she giggled. “I love the way that sounds.”

“Tyler Buck? Do you still smoke dope?” he teased. He loved the way it sounded as well.

  “I’ll never tell.”

“How’s Scott doing?” Jordon reclined in the chair.

“Good. In Hollywood rehearsing his latest film. Some crime drama. He plays a detective.”

“Nice. Is he still with that British model?”

“He is. But Ian’s all over the place. He’s been in Europe quite a lot, but when he’s in the States he stays in L.A.”

“That must be hard.” Jordon couldn’t imagine not having Tyler with him all the time now.

“It is. Scott goes nuts, he’s so jealous, but Ian’s loyal to a fault. And the boy gets offers, Jordon, believe me.”

Jordon asked, “Ian Sullivan is loyal to Scott, even though he’s out of the country a lot?”

Claire asked, “Why does it sound like you have a hard time believing that?”

“I guess the concept that gay men can have a monogamous relationship is new to me, Claire. Bryan’s a slut.”

  She cracked up.

“He’s also going to be opening in a new play.”

  “Great!”

  “Hair. You want tickets?”

  “Of course I do!”

“I’ll make sure you get a pair. Bring Jenine,” he said, his tongue in his cheek.

“I will. Don’t you worry. Okay, cuz, call me or stop by here tomorrow. We’ll get a look at your pretty new man.”

  “I promise you’ll be impressed.”

“I better be. I wasn’t impressed with Fawn. Who names their kid Fawn?”

“Better than Bambi.” Jordon stared back at the ring.

  “True. See ya, Jordon.”

“Bye, Claire. Thanks again.” He hung up and smiled happily. He couldn’t wait to tell Tyler.

While the owner of the florist shop watched anxiously, Tyler inspected the flower arrangements. “These roses will open too soon. You have anything closed? It has to last until Saturday, Derek.”

“They’ll be in the freezer, Tyler.”

“That’s no guarantee. I don’t want a floor full of white petals, you got that?” Christ, he hated this work. Tyler ran his hand through his hair in annoyance.

  “They won’t be.”

“They better not be.” He turned around, checking the centerpieces. “Same goes for these. People don’t need flowers on their dinner plates.”

“If they blow open, I’ll change them.”

“Good. That’s all I ask.” Tyler shook Derek’s hand. “Just get it right and you’ll get more business from me.”

  “That’s my aim.”

“Good man.” Tyler left, checking his messages, hearing a frantic woman’s voice. He dialed as he hailed a cab while walking down the busy sidewalk. “Carla?”

“Tyler! My dress! They ruined my dress!”

“Calm down. Where are you?” He read his watch.

  “West Twentieth Street!”

“I’m on my way.” He disconnected the phone at the same time that a yellow taxi pulled over. After he relayed the address, he rested his head back on the seat and closed his eyes. There had to be a better way to earn a living than this.

Ten minutes later, Tyler paid the fare and jogged into the bridal shop. “Carla?” he tried to shout quietly as he looked around.

He found the plump bride-to-be standing at a triple mirror, near tears.

“Tyler!” She reached out for his hand.

“What is it, sweetie? You look like a princess.”

  “I look fat.”

“Nonsense.” He released her hand and fluffed out the layers of lace and satin. “Carla, you don’t look fat.”

“What about here?” She pointed to a roll in the waist.

Tyler drew the employee that was assisting her closer. “Can we add a layer of Chantilly lace here? Just three inches? Drape it over the waistline?”

“We could do that.” She nodded.

“Carla?” Tyler held her hand. “If they sew a tiny slip of lace here,” he touched her lightly, “no one will see anything.”

“You sure?” She dabbed a tear at the corner of her eye.

“I am, Carla. Trust me. You look ravishing in this gown. Don’t be nervous.”

“Oh, Tyler.” She hugged him, almost knocking him off his feet from her enthusiasm.

“Don’t worry, dear. Everything will be perfect for your special day.” He petted her hair gently.

“What would I do without you?”

Tyler wished he knew the answer to that question. He wanted everyone in this business to do without him.

  ***

Jordon wore his workout shorts and tank top, pacing, checking the time. He refrained from calling Tyler. He wanted to make sure Tyler was still interested in modeling and speak to him in person about it.

When he heard a key turning in his lock, Jordon raced to the door. Tyler was there, a big smile on his face, wearing his seductively tight Lycra shorts and top, carrying his gym bag. “Honey, I’m home!” Tyler teased.

Jordon closed the gap between them, swinging Tyler in his arms and kissing him passionately.

“Wow!” Tyler dropped the bag and keys and hugged him tight. “Now that’s a nice way to be greeted after a hard day’s work.”

“Come here. I have something to talk to you about.” Jordon held his hand and brought him to the sofa in the living room.

“Have you reconsidered me living here?” Tyler sat down next to him.

“Why? Have you?” Jordon’s smile vanished.

  “No.”

“No, neither have I. Stop being like me and be confident of our love.”

“Sorry. What were you going to say?” Tyler dug his hand into Jordon’s hair, making him tingle.

“Look, how much do you like what you do? You know, planning weddings?”

A snarl instantly formed on Tyler’s lip and he dropped his hand to his lap. “Like what I do? Are you being funny on purpose? Didn’t we have this conversation?”

“I just wanted to be sure. I have a surprise for you.”

  “Oh?” Tyler perked up.

“Have you ever heard of Spencer and Epstein Modeling Agency?”

Tyler tilted his head warily at Jordon. “They’re the biggest modeling firm in the state, maybe even east of the Mississippi. What’s your point?”

“You have an appointment for a shoot with them tomorrow. If you want it.” Jordon rubbed Tyler’s thigh up to the edge of his gray Lycra shorts.

A skeptical look followed. “Don’t joke about it. Jordon, I’ve sent letters to them before, they had no interest
in me.”
