HATE ME AGAIN: a bad boy romance novel Page 23

by Jaxson Kidman

Her body shook for a second and then she jumped at me again.

I succumbed and dropped down to one knee, and the damn puppy jumped into my arms. She licked and bit at my face. Scratched at me. Within seconds I was on my ass and holding her up. She squirmed and growled a cute little puppy growl.

I put her down and she dove right at me again.

“She loves you, Mason,” Violet said.

“You really brought a dog into my place?”

  “Our place,” she said.

She sat next to me on the floor.

The puppy then dove between the both of us, so happy to be alive and have attention.

I petted the puppy and she gnawed on my hand with her tiny razor teeth.

“How much do you hate me right now?” Violet asked as she put her head on my shoulder.

“You know… I’ve wanted a dog since I was a kid. A retriever just like this. When I was kid I had a stuffed animal and I would pretend it was a real dog. I was a total fucking dork, dragging the dog down the sidewalk on a leash, talking to it. My foster father at the time thought I was gay and beat me for it. Then he took the stuffed animal and burned it and made me watch. But I’ve always…I’ve always wanted a dog like this.”

“And what would you name her?” Violet asked.

  “Honey.”

  “I love that.”

  “Yeah?” I asked.

  “Yeah. Honey. That’s her name.”

The puppy curled up between my legs and plopped down. Her eyes were shut a second later.

I looked at Violet. “I’d be a liar to say I wasn’t pissed off right now.”

  “But you’ll forgive me, right?”

“Only if you earn it,” I said.

Violet kissed my cheek. “Why don’t you put the puppy away and play with a pussy?”

I raised my eyebrow. “Filthy. I’ve turned you into a filthy woman…”

“And you love every second of it,” she whispered.

Our lips gently touched. “Yes…yes I fucking do.”

We kissed. And we kept kissing.

We had time. We had a life. We had love. And now we had a fucking puppy.

But the thing was…it was much simpler than that.

I could be as greedy as I fucking wanted.

Because as long as I had Violet, I had everything.

  Epilogue

  Headboard Banging (Again)

  (Violet)

I grabbed Mason’s shoulders and pulled. I crunched forward and bit at him as I felt the wild pressure between my legs. I groaned each time he thrust, fucking me deeper and harder. Behind me, the headboard was smacking the wall like a metronome trying to keep a piano player in check.

I could barely breathe for a second as he sped up even faster as he reached his own climax. His hands slipped around my back as he grunted, thrusting deeper than ever, letting go. His beautiful cock pulsing, filling me to my max and then some. Pounding hard at me with each pulse of his cock.

We fell down onto the bed, wrapped up in a mess of hot afternoon sex.

That was the perfect way to relieve some stress after a crappy morning with work.

  “Holy shit,” I whispered.

  “Yeah…that’s what you…”

I heard pounding again and looked back at the headboard.

  It obviously wasn’t moving.

“Mason. That’s the door. Someone’s at the door.”

  “Fuck it,” he said.

He kissed me. There was that pounding again.

I broke the kiss. “We have to see who it is.”

  “Why?”

“What if it’s another wife of yours?”

“That’s not cool,” Mason said. “I only had one wife. Or, at least, I think. Shit. Maybe we should get the door.”

We both scrambled to get out of bed and get semi-decent. I put on my favorite bathrobe while Mason put on jeans and nothing else.

When he opened the door, a guy stood there. He was semi-bald, wearing glasses, and some fancy sweater and jeans.

“Can we help you?” Mason asked.

“Yes. I’m your new neighbor. My name is Jerry. Can you two please keep it down?”

  I gasped. I was mortified.

I felt all the heat rush to my face.

The headboard. Hitting the wall. Pounding the wall.

  “I’m so sorry,” I said.

“No,” Mason said. “What the fuck are you doing listening to me and my woman? Huh? You want me to smack you, asshole?”

Mason stepped forward and Jerry jumped back.

“Jesus, no,” Jerry said. “I work from home. I’m a computer programmer. I don’t mind some noise, but when I’m in my living room and I can hear the picture frames rattling in the bedroom…”

“Then take the fucking frames down,” Mason said.

He was being rough and tough. Just to be an asshole.

“Well, to be fair…,” Jerry tried to say.

“Fuck fair,” Mason said. “Get used to it now, man. You’re going to fucking hate me. Ask her.”

  Mason nodded to me.

I looked up at him. He winked.

“It’s true,” I said. “You’re really going to hate him. I can’t stand him. He’s the biggest jerk I’ve ever met in my life.”

  “Then why are you…”

Mason stepped back into the apartment and slammed the door.

We both smiled at each other.

“Well,” I said. “So much for making new friends.”

“Fuck that. I don’t need new friends. No time for it.”

“What about the bedroom?” I asked. “He’ll probably call the front office or the police.”

Mason stepped toward me and scooped me up. “Nothing is going to keep me from fucking you, babe.”

I let out a little cry and he walked me right back to the bedroom.

He put me on my feet and stripped me of the robe.

His lips touched my skin, sending heat everywhere.

  “Mason…oh…we can’t…”

“Yes we can,” he said. “Watch.”

Mason moved me aside and then bent over and grabbed the bed. To my shock, he pulled and walked the bed to the middle of the bedroom. He did it with such ease, too. Fuck, he was so strong and sexy.

Mason turned and grabbed me and threw me to the bed. He opened his jeans and shoved them down.

“There,” he said, nestling his cock between my legs. “Now I can fuck you as hard as I want. And when the bed hits the wall, I’ll pull it right back here. Because nothing can keep my hands off you.”

Mason started to thrust but I stopped him. “Hey. I meant what I said. You really are the biggest jerk I’ve ever met. And I really do hate you most of the time.”

“I know,” Mason said. Then he grinned.

  Those dimples…ahh….

  “What’s so funny?” I asked.

“You hate me…but you love me just the same,” he said. “And you’re going to love me even more in three…two… one…”

Mason thrust forward and plunged deep inside me.

I crunched forward again and kissed his neck, groaning.

  He was right.

I did love him even more.

Inside me or holding me, it didn’t matter.

The biggest jerk I ever met that I hated so much…?

  He was alllll mine.

  THE END. FOR GOOD.

  From Jaxson

So darlin’ … that’s the end of Mason. For good. He will never return in any of my books again. Thank you for reading both books. Thank you for the support. Thank you for the reviews. I hope you never forget Mason, but I also hope you never ask me about him again.

Also, darlin’, take a minute and leave a review. Or at least email me what you think: [email protected].

Thank you for reading, darlin’. And please don’t blame me… or hate me… this is all Mason’s fault. But remember: he’s gone for good now.
