Sideswiping Mr. Lane: Fielding-Stone Gallery Book One Page 3

by Loni Ree

In the past week, I've filled her little pussy with gallons of cum. The thought of blonde twin little girls should scare the shit out of me, but instead, I look forward to her announcing our impending parenthood. I hear her come into the bathroom as I'm getting out of the shower, and I watch while she brushes her teeth and pulls her hair up.

"Any plans for today?" I ask as I dry off.

"Just school and homework. The usual." She leans over and kisses me, and I follow her into our bedroom to get dressed. Once we are ready, we head to the kitchen for breakfast for me and coffee for Cassie. While I'm making my toast, I look over and notice Cassie digging around in her purse. My heart drops when she takes a pill out and goes to get water at the sink.

"What are you taking?" I grab her hand before she can put the pill in her mouth.

Her eyes widen, and she looks at my hand holding her arm. "My birth control pill. At the rate we're going, we'll have twins running around if I don't take them."

"I want twins running around. Throw the fuckers away." I grab the little pill out of her finger and throw it down the drain.

"We need to talk about this…" she starts, but I hold my finger up to her lips.

"I love you. I have from the first moment I saw you in the Fielding-Stone hallway. You are it for me. It's fast, but I want you forever, and that includes babies. If we have twins, I'll consider that a two for one. Now, will you throw the fucking pills away and promise to stay with me?" As the tears fall from her eyes, I wipe them and pull her to me.

"I love you, too. I know it's fast, but I can't image my life without you." She sniffles, and a massive weight is lifted off of my shoulders at her words.

"I would offer to take you back to bed to work on those twins, but you wore my dick out last night." Cassie rears back and smacks me on the shoulder before laughing at me.

Later, at the office, I make plans to look for engagement rings. Before we have any kids, I plan on Cassie sharing my last name. When Grayson calls to inform me he found the asshole who damaged my car, I tell him to forget the whole thing. That asshole is the reason I met Cassie. One little dent is well worth finding the woman of my dreams.

  Cassie

After deciding enough is enough, I text my sister and tell her to get over herself. She immediately texts me back with a middle finger emoji, but the phone rings, and I'm relieved to see her funny picture and name pop across the screen.

"Please, just let me talk before you yell," is how I answer the phone before she can speak. "Trevor loves me. He wants to spend the rest of his life with me and for us to have kids," I rush on before she has the chance to rain on my parade.

"He better not hurt my Little CC, or I'll kick his ever-loving ass," my big sister growls into the phone, and relief flows through me.

"Big CC, you have nothing to worry about. Please, be happy for me," I beg.

"As long as you are happy, I'm happy. Now, tell me about the big asshole." I spend the afternoon on the phone with my other half telling her all about my whirlwind romance. Callie is going on an extended business trip in a few weeks, so we decide to meet for lunch later this week. I also promise to show up at our Saturday painting class at Fielding-Stone Gallery.

The next Saturday, Trevor has a big case he's working on, so while I'm at my painting class, he spends the day at the office. We agree to meet at the apartment in the evening for dinner. Callie is waiting at the door when I arrive at Fielding-Stone Gallery, and she nearly knocks me over when she grabs me for a hug.

"Don't you ever piss me off again." She pulls my ear after kissing my cheek.

"You know I'll piss you off soon." I put my arm around her, and we walk back toward the studio. "How are things going at work?" I ask while we unpack our supplies. "Mr. Quinlan still as hot as ever?"

"Fuck is he ever. But he thinks of me as furniture. His son is fun though. We hang out a lot." She starts laying out her paints, and I want to know more about this son.

"So, how old is this son?" I raise my eyebrow and wait.

"Twenty, and let's just say he's going to be as hot as his dad." When she starts fanning herself, I can't help but laugh.

"Don't you think twenty is a little young for you?" She laughs at my question, and her answer is cut off when Clayton starts talking in front of the class.

Halfway through class, Callie gets up to take a closer look at the nude model, and Clayton growls and causes a scene. Jenna and I watch in amazement as Callie and Clayton furiously argue at the front of the room. The class is cut short, so we decide to have an early lunch before heading home. The next two weeks are filled with long days of missing Trevor while he's at the office followed by nights of intense lovemaking.

With the end of school coming, I'm furiously working on completing all my assignments and finally finishing college. My parents still don't agree with my life choices, so they won't be at my graduation at the end of the month, but at least Trevor and Callie will be there to support me.

  Chapter Five

  Cassie

Trevor’s fingers slide slowly into my pussy while he bites gently on my clit, and I come hard. “It’s about time you wake up, baby,” he groans as he climbs up my body.

I don’t even have time to recover from the orgasm before he thrusts his massive cock into my still quivering core. We both moan as he starts pistoling into me. “Fuck, I’ll never get enough of you.” Trevor bites gently on the tendons on the side of my throat while he wraps his arms under my shoulders to hold me in place. The bed bangs against the wall from the force of his pounding, and another orgasm soon rushes through me.

The veins in Trevor’s neck stand out as he thrusts hard a couple of times before I feel his cum filling my pussy. He rolls us to the side, saying, “That was the time that made the twins, I’m sure of it.” I stiffen in his hold. “You’re going to have to marry me now.”

The early morning sunlight shining in the window lights the room, and I turn to look at him. “What?”

“You have to marry me. I won’t take no for an answer.” He shrugs. “I’m sure I’ve knocked you up, and I love you. So, we need to get married.” He looks into my eyes and kisses the tip of my nose. “I want to marry you more than anything in the world. It’s a done deal.” He leans over and kisses my shocked mouth then climbs out of the bed.

“Come on, lazy bones, it’s time to get up,” Trevor calls from the bathroom door like he didn’t just demand that I marry him a minute ago.

A little while later, while we are having breakfast, I finally say, "Are we really engaged?”

“Yep, I’ll have your ring later. Sorry, I didn’t do the whole down on one knee thing, but to be honest, that’s just not us. I’m having a special ring made for you, and it’s almost ready.” When he finishes, I rush into his arms and tell him the ring isn’t important. I’m so excited to spend the rest of my life with him.

Trevor has been working so much, I never see him anymore, so I decide to surprise him at the office. It'll be my first time at his office, and I dress up for the occasion. The guard at the front desk gives me a visitor’s badge and shows me the elevator. After arriving at the eleventh floor, I open the glass doors with Lane, Halls & Tremont etched on them and walk inside. The front desk is empty, so I walk down the hall and see a large wooden door with Trevor's name on the brass plate.

As I approach the door, I hear Trevor speaking and almost turn around since he's busy, but then I hear his words. "Of course, this baby will always be loved. No matter what.” I peek around the corner, and Trevor is holding the stomach of his hugely pregnant secretary while she cries on his shoulder.

"God, Trevor, I don't know what I'd do without you," she says, and I turn and flee before I lose control in front of the jerk and his pregnant other woman. Wait, am I the other woman? The confusion runs through me, and I try to outrun my erratic thoughts. The bitch gave me snide looks every Monday night when I came by the office to pick up my checks, but I never realized she was fucking Trevor.

p; As the tears fall down my cheeks, I wonder how he could be so cruel to sucker me in while he had a pregnant girlfriend waiting at his stupid office. After rushing to his apartment, I gather my things so I’ll never have to face the asshole or his bitch again. As I'm hastily bagging up my belongings, the front door opens, and Miranda waddles into the front hall.

When she sees me standing there with my bag and the coffeemaker Trevor bought me, she starts yelling, "Ms. Landon, what are you doing in Mr. Lane's apartment during the week? This is trespassing, and I could have you arrested."

"I was getting my things. I'm leaving." As I try to walk past her, she blocks my way.

"You're stealing from my fiancé. Put his coffeemaker back and get out." The tears silently fall, and my heart rips in two at her words, but I place the stupid machine on the counter and race for the door.

"Tell your cheating, asshole fiancé to fuck off." After slamming the door on my way out, I feel a little better.

Once I throw my shit in the backseat, I drive straight to Callie's house. She's out of town for the week, and this will be a great place to stay overnight until I can get a plane ticket somewhere to lick my wounds. I dial her number and brace for the "I told you so."

"He has a pregnant fiancée," flies from my lips before she even has a chance to say hello.

"That motherfucking asshole, dickwipe, creep. I'm so sorry, Little CC." She always makes me feel better, and my sobs ease a little. "I'm in London until Saturday, then on to Rome. Fly out to meet me, and we'll get you over the asswipe really quick," she continues.

"I'll see about a ticket tonight. It won't be that easy, but I want to be with you. Love you, Big CC." After hanging up, I arrange my rushed getaway.

My flight to London is long and painful. After seeing Trevor's face every time I close my eyes, I give up on sleep and read a book instead. The words run together, and I find myself reading the same pages over and over again. Finally, we land in a gray and rainy city, but at least I have my sister to ease some of my pain.

Callie is waiting, and the tears that I have managed to hold back begin falling as soon as I see her worried face. "I'm going to castrate that manwhore."

I wrap myself around my big sister and let her comfort me. "Let's try to forget all about him. It's only been three weeks. Surely, I can forget him now." Even as I say the words, my heart knows I'm fooling myself.

When we get back to the hotel, I meet Callie's friend Thane. He's also her boss’s son, so the relationship is slightly strange, but they make it work. Thane is the one who asks, "You lived with this guy for three weeks and never knew about his other fiancée?"

My sister looks at Thane, who shrugs his shoulder, and then turns to me and says, "I agree, that seems awfully strange. Did you not even meet his brother?”

"He was always gone. I only saw him at night and first thing in the morning. I guess she had him the rest of the time. Jeremy seemed shocked he was with me. Maybe he was wondering what Trevor was going to do with the pregnant girlfriend?” Even as I say the words, I wonder how Trevor managed to keep two women, but I know what I saw and heard. My heart shatters again from thinking about him.

  Trevor

Miranda knocks on my door and waddles into my office with tears falling down her cheeks. "Joe left me this morning. He said to cancel all the wedding plans. He doesn't want to be a father." As she sobs, her large stomach shakes, and I worry this can't be good for the baby.

After getting up and walking around the desk, I hug Miranda and try to reassure her. "Fuck Joe. No matter what, this baby will be loved."

Her eyes shine with relief, and she thanks me before I continue, "Everyone at this firm will stand behind you and help you." Before I can elaborate further, Terry, one of our paralegals, comes running in to inform me about an emergency with one of our prominent clients.

After deciding I'll have to be the one to take care of the emergency, I ask Miranda to drop off my dry cleaning at the apartment. In my haste, I forget to tell her to find someone to take Cassie's job. As my wife, Cassie will be occupied with other things, and I want to find a full-time housekeeper to replace the job she is doing now.

Once I put out the immediate fires, I decide to stop by the office to grab some things to work on at home. Cassie’s ring was delivered today, and I’m dying to get home to give it to her and celebrate. I’m standing in the lobby with Terry and Jared when Miranda returns. She looks at me and bites her nail as she says, "Trevor, I messed up badly."

"Okay. How?" Slight tremors are visible throughout her body, and a sense of dread runs through me.

"When I got to your apartment, Cassie Landon was standing in the foyer with things in her hands, a coffeemaker and other stuff…" I interrupt her.

"Why was she taking the coffeemaker?" I rub the back of my neck and turn to grab my cellphone from my office.

"Wait, Trevor. It's much worse. I never realized Cassie was your girlfriend until after I told her I was going to have her arrested for trespassing because, well, um, because… I'm your fiancée, and then she said to tell my cheating asshole fiancée to fuck off." The last words are barely whispered, but I hear them and nearly explode.

"You fucking told her what?" Jared grabs me by the shoulder, and I shrug him off.

"I'm so sorry. I thought she broke in and was stealing from you." Miranda is sobbing and wringing her hands around in front of herself.

Before exploding and tearing the place down, I run and grab my phone and dial Cassie's number. When I get a recording, I realize she has blocked my fucking number, and I throw the useless fucker against the wall. How the fuck did things go so bad just a few hours? I left her in bed this morning, satisfied and ready to marry me as soon as I could arrange the wedding. Now, all my plans have gone to shit, and I have no idea where to find my real fucking fiancée.

"Jared, get Grayson Cole to find out all the information he can on Cassidy Landon. I want it now!" I yell down the hall and hear Jared scurry to follow my instructions.

While I wait to hear from Grayson, I pace my office and get more pissed by the minute. I keep wondering why she was packing her things in the first place, but finding her and correcting this misunderstanding is what's most important right now. Grayson finally sends over a complete report on Cassie. She is twenty-three, two minutes younger than her twin sister, Calista, or Callie Landon. The girls have been inseparable their whole lives until Callie graduated college two years before Cassie and took a job as a personal assistant to one of the wealthiest men in the world.

Cassie graduates from college in two weeks, and I plan to keep her barefoot and pregnant, so she never has time to worry about a career. But first, I have to find my missing girl. The latest information on Callie puts her in Europe right now, so I don't bother looking for Cassie at her place. I wait outside of Cassie's apartment all night, but she never shows up, and my patience is completely gone by early morning.

Before sunrise, I call Grayson and ask him to find Cassie. He tells me to hang tight and he'll have answers soon. When he finally gets back with answers, I'm so pissed. I want to wring Miranda's neck for lying and causing this problem, and then I plan to spank Cassie's ass for believing her and running off without giving me the chance to defend myself.

I book myself on the first flight to fucking London and have Jared rearrange my schedule. I'm so pissed at Miranda, and I'm not sure our working relationship will survive the damage she has caused with her lies. After arriving in the dreary city, I check into the same hotel they are staying at and plan how to approach Cassie. Grayson has supplied all the information on her movements yesterday and the plans of Callie's employer for the next week.

Hoping to catch them leaving dinner, I change clothes and go to wait in the lobby. My prayers are answered when Cassie and Callie walk by with some young, asshole punk. As they walk by, I stand and approach them. "Cassie, I need to speak with you."

She turns, and her mouth drops open when she sees me. Callie steps between us and points at
me. "You need to leave and go home to your pregnant fiancée, asshole. Leave my sister alone."

Before they can get away, I try to get to Cassie, but the little bastard stops me. "You need to leave, my friend."

I shrug his hand off my shoulder. "I'm not your friend, and I'm going to talk to Cassie."

"Cassie, she isn't my fiancée. She's my secretary," I call to her, but her sister steps over to me, and the jerk and Callie block me while Cassie slips onto an elevator.

"Likely story—the old, I'm fucking my secretary and a college student, too, story. You fucking sleazeball." Callie sneers, and I run my hand through my hair and snarl.

"I don't know why she lied to Cassie, but it's the goddamn truth. Cassie is the only woman I'm fucking, and I plan to marry her. Miranda was at my apartment to drop off my fucking dry cleaning. That's all."

"Oh, yeah, then why did my sister hear you tell your secretary how much you love her baby." Callie looks at me with squinted eyes, and the asshole shrugs at the same time.

"What? I never said I loved her baby. Where the fuck did Cassie get that from?"

The confusion must show on my face because Callie explains, "Cassie went to your office to meet you for lunch and heard you telling your secretary how much you loved the baby. She left there crying and went to get her stuff from your place."

"Jesus, my secretary had just come in crying to me and told me her fiancé dumped her. I told her the baby would be loved, not that I loved the baby. Cassie misunderstood what she heard." They look at each other and then at me. Goddamn, what a fucked-up mess.

"Please, help me talk to Cassie so we can straighten this mess out."
