  CHAPTER TEN

AS SOON AS Anna caught her breath, Drake still inside her, she asked, “so, do you want to go out to dinner or eat at home?”

The question brought Drake out of his thoughts. He had already been planning their next encounter. “My vote is for home. I’m not done ravishing you yet. I don’t think we’ll be getting much sleep tonight.” After over a week of no sex, he planned on using tonight to make up for lost time. With a quick kiss to her cheek he stood and pulled out of her, helping her stand. He turned, disposed of the condom, and tucked himself back into his slacks.

Turning around he stood and watched Anna fixing her outfit and then finger comb her hair. God she was gorgeous! He had been infatuated with her from the first moment he had laid eyes on her and still was. If anyone had told him a year ago she would walk into his life and turn him upside down, he would’ve bet everything he owned that they were wrong. But now, he would gladly admit that he was totally smitten and would do anything to please her.

Anna noticed Drake watching her and couldn't help but grin. The man was an enigma. Strong and demanding, but once you got past his thick outer layer he was also sensuous and caring. What had she done her life to be fortunate enough to have met him? Staring at him, she watched as he walked over to her and gently kissed her lips.

“I love you Anna Thompson, more than life itself. Thank you for this. This week has been one of the best gifts you could have given me,” and Drake meant it. It wasn’t everyday you find someone to satisfy your needs, much less love you.

“I love you too, and anytime you want to take me over your desk again, I’m game,” and that was the truth. It had been almost six months ago when Drake had revealed his secret fantasy. It had turned her on that he had a vision of seducing one of his female interns or paralegals and fucking them over the top of his desk. She knew he thought that it might be too much for her, knowing his desires, but it wasn't. She loved him and wanted him to be able to experience it, as long as it was with her.

When Ethan’s last paralegal had left the company it had given her the perfect opportunity to put her plan into motion. She had immediately gone to Brenda in HR as well as Carolyn, Drake’s assistant, and asked for their help. She needed them in order for this to work and they had both been more than willing.

She had almost lost it when she introduced herself as Ethan’s new paralegal. She somehow had maintained a straight face, even while wanting to burst out in laughter. She couldn’t help it; the look on Drake’s face had been priceless, especially when it dawned on him what she was doing. She had told him the day before she was going out of town for the week on business, but instead she had taken vacation and set up his fantasy.

Drake’s kiss brought her back to the moment and she realized they better get going or round two was about to begin. Unfortunately her hips couldn't take another beating against his desk today. Drake slid his hand in hers, “come on sweetheart, time to go home.”
