The Kriton government offered their most sincere apologies for the crimes against Saleeya. They were truly apologetic regarding their traitorous leader, and had already placed a new Minister temporarily in control. Soon they would inform their world publically of what had transpired here on Xihirah. The Kriton legal representative had contacted Saleeya’s parents, informed them that all was well with their beloved daughter, and invited them to Xihirah to be honored guests at a special event. The Kriton government did not give the Stayvels details as to why they were invited to Xihirah. They only arranged for the Stayvels to travel to Xihirah on the next luxury spaceship to leave Kriton for Xihirah.

As the day continued, Kael grew more tired and anxious to see his beloved mate. “Thyson, let’s return to our mates and see to our evening meals. I know Kalista is missing you. We need to check on Mother and see our new siblings too.” Kael waved Thyson in the direction of the door.

“Kael, after all this time, your mate is still at the pools. The guards say she’s like a child, so playful. She’s so delighted with the pools. She’s like Kalinda. She seems to have never seen water such as our pools. It seems she won’t leave the pools. The guards believe that even Kalinda is getting tired and hungry.” Thyson bent over laughing.

At the mention of Saleeya’s excitement regarding the pools of water, Kael’s body tensed with need. Water was always getting his mate into trouble, Kael thought and smiled to himself, recalling the explicit shower adventures they had shared.

Kael pushed the vid-com button. “Kitchen.”

  “Yes, Admoncor Braeden.”

“Please send two evening meals to the observatory pools for my mate and me to enjoy this evening. I’m on my way to join her there,” Kael requested. “Thyson, I’m going to join my water-crazed mate at the pools. I’ll be sending Kalinda back to Mother. Please keep Kalinda in the family wing. I’m going to enjoy some wet privacy with my mate.” Kael winked at Thyson. Both men grinned at each other, understanding Kael’s plan. “Give my regards to Mother. Tell Mother that Saleeya and I will see her before we return to our chambers for the night. Thanks, Thyson.” Kael started toward the door heading to the pools. Kael had never spent much time at the pools since he had grown to a man, but suddenly he had some new ideas of how to enjoy the warm pools, perhaps on a regular basis.

  * * * *

“Saleeya, are you hungry?” Kalinda yawned.

  “Kalinda, are you hungry?”

“Yes, I want to go get our evening meal and check on Mother and the babies. I’m happy you enjoyed our pools. We’ll come back tomorrow,” Kalinda suggested. As she got out of the pool, Kael entered the observatory. He walked to the edge and towered over the pool.

“Kalinda, a security guard will see you back safely to the family wing. Saleeya and I are going to take our evening meal here.” Kael patted his young sister on her wet head as she got out of the pool.

“Okay, Kael. I’ll see you later, Saleeya. I’m hungry.” Kalinda quickly dried off and wrapped her towel around her body. “I’ll go back to my suite to shower and change. Have fun, Saleeya. Save some swimming for tomorrow,” Kalinda said and waved as she dashed off with a guard following behind her.

“Hello, my wet mate. Are you wet for me? You indisputably have a thing for water.” Kael smiled down at her. “The kitchen is bringing our meals to us. Come, get out, towel off. Sit with me at the table.” Kael motioned toward the table. Saleeya was leaning back against the side of the pool, soaking up the enjoyment of the water.

“Okay, Kael, I guess I’ll get out for now, just for you.” Saleeya pouted. “These pools are heavenly. I’ve never been in a pool in my life. I’ve seen pictures of them on other worlds. Can you come and play with me?” Saleeya winked at Kael.

“You’ve certainly been a water-deprived individual who is shortly going to become a water monster. You’ll really give Tomron a reason to hate you,” Kael teased. “First, you mate with an animal, such as me, and then you turn into a water creature. Now you want to play in the water with your animal. What are we to do with you, Saleeya?” Kael put his hands on his hips and shook his head. “Do you even know how to swim?”

“Some, I used to vacation with my parents at Kriton’s Great Sea, and we’d attempt to swim in its tepid, murky waters. For Kriton it was the best we had. There’s not enough water on Kriton to have pools like these. The Great Kriton Sea is the extent of my swimming experience. It’s nothing like these warm, clean, and clear pools. This is utter paradise.” Saleeya swirled around dramatically, making waves in the water. At that moment, the serving staff entered with a cart filled with food. The aroma reminded Saleeya that she was famished. Kael directed them to the poolside table and they set it up for their evening meal.

“Guards, you can return to the family wing. I’ll keep my mate safe. I want privacy with the Princess,” Kael dismissed the remaining guards. After the serving staff finished setting the table and arranging the food, Kael and Saleeya were alone. “Come, let’s eat our meal. Then I’ll show you what utter paradise truly is and how to better enjoy our pools. You’ll need to be wet for me. I’ll play with you.” Kael offered his hand to help her out of the pool. He wrapped her in a dry, warm towel.

Saleeya sat down at the cozy dining table, wrapped in her towel. For a while, they sat in comfortable silence eating their meal. The atmosphere was relaxing and romantic. The sky outside darkened. Rain began to fall against the glass roof of the observatory. The room’s automatic lights adjusted up to create a dim but comfortable environment. “Kael, you told me you would explain why the animals didn’t eat me in the Zicox Jungle,” Saleeya interrupted the comfortable silence.

“Yes, I did tell you I’d explain later. Do you really want to talk of that now?”

“Yes.” Saleeya toyed with her food.

“On Xihirah, the animals native to this planet don’t attack or eat the Xihirian shifters. The only danger to us in the jungle is never finding our way out. Especially out of the Zicox Jungle, it’s further from civilization. It’s far more immense than the Ziriacan Jungle. If a Xihirian shifter is lost in the jungle and remains shifted for too long, it can become lost to its civilized self. We fully give ourselves over to our feral half. Our planet’s wild, indigenous animals will devour aliens to our planet. They consider them prey. The Woftars protected you for me. They knew you were a not-yet-fully-transformed mate to a Xihirian shifter. Your scent indicates that fact. They watched over you as if you were a babe. Woftars aren’t simple creatures—they’re intelligent. Of course, they’re not as intelligent as we are, but they’re capable of some reasoning and communication with Xihirian shifters. This is one more of our special secrets of Xihirah.” Kael seemed to enjoy sharing this information with Saleeya. Interested beyond words, she listened closely.

“That’s amazing,” Saleeya exclaimed, stunned by his explanation.

“If you’re finished eating your meal, let’s go for a swim.” Kael stood and quickly removed his uniform. He stood fully naked and walked to the edge of the pool and turned. He held his hand out to Saleeya. Every time Saleeya saw Kael fully naked, she marveled over his magnificence. His cock jutted up proudly. It thrilled her to know that it was all for her. “Join me, my mate. Let’s enjoy the water together in our special way.” Saleeya allowed her towel to roll off her shoulders to the ground. She reached for his extended hand. His hand was warm and strong as he gripped hers. He swiftly pulled her toward him. Kael walked Saleeya down the steps to the bottom of the pool. He stood well above the water where it covered her breasts. “Come here, mate, wrap your legs around me. Put your arms around my neck. Let me hold you,” Kael invited, lifting Saleeya. She clung to him as he walked her around the warm pool, the water gliding around their bodies as they moved. She could feel his stiff cock ready between them. Kael walked her to the far edge of the pool where a bench lined the pool wall, sat her down. He began to remove her swimwear. “Let’s take this off. It’s in our way. You don’t need swimwear when you’re
alone with me. You don’t need clothes when you’re alone with me.” Kael gently pulled down her swim top and kissed the side of her face.

“Kael, are we going to make love in here? What if someone comes in on us?” Saleeya looked toward the doors.

“No one will interrupt us,” he reassured her, kissing her lips. “And if they do, they’ll quickly leave.” Kael pushed her swimwear bottoms down to her hips. Saleeya kicked them off. She was completely naked next to Kael in the pool. “Come, Saleeya.” Kael took hold of Saleeya around her waist, lifted her, and guided her down onto his waiting shaft.

“Oh, Kael, you feel wonderful,” Saleeya whispered as she slid her tight pussy down over his throbbing cock. She pulled herself close to him and hugged him tight.

“You’re wet all over.” He nuzzled her ear. “Now you can easily bounce up and down in the water.” Kael stood firm in the water as Saleeya did exactly and enthusiastically as he suggested. Their tension built to such a friction their explosive, ferocious climaxes caused Kael to lose his footing. He slipped, dumping Saleeya into the water. Saleeya and Kael fell apart and rose to the surface laughing and splashing each other. Kael’s animalistic, intense eyes fascinated Saleeya. At first glance, his bestial eyes, dancing with fire, looked terrifying, but his smile and laugh told a different story of satisfaction, playfulness, and sexual desire. Saleeya’s heart thumped with the passion of his expression. Her heart sang with love and happiness. She continued to giggle so hard she could hardly get herself back under control. She was happier than she had ever been. This alien man had changed her life forever in such a short time.

Kael reached for Saleeya and kissed her sweetly, nibbling her lips. “I love you and I’m not done fucking you in this pool. We’ve found another playground for our lovemaking.” Kael pulled her through the water toward him. He took her hand and led her to the gradual steps that led down into the pool. He laid her down carefully on the steps. She was part in and part out of the water. Swiftly he buried his cock into her again. “You like how this feels, my mate?” Kael asked in his coarse voice. “You like how I take you.” He growled.

“Yes, it feels so good.” Kael rode her hard on the pool steps. The steps were slightly rough on her soft behind and the bend in the step hit her back. Saleeya made no complaint. The pleasure was too great. Kael gave her unbelievable pleasure. After great sexual satisfaction with their aquatic fun, Saleeya grew sleepy. “Kael, can you take me to our bed? I’m exhausted and a little sore.” Kael stood up, scooping her into his arms, walked her out of the pool. He gathered a towel and dried her tenderly.

“Here’s a robe. Put the robe on and let’s go back to our suite. I want to hold you in my arms and sleep.” He helped her into her robe and kissed her shoulders sweetly. “Do you feel well enough to stop on the way to our suite and say goodnight to Mother?”

“Yes, I’d love to see how they’re all doing. I feel bad that I stayed here too long. I didn’t get back to spend time with Carlista. The babies are precious.”

“We can have precious ones of our own,” Kael suggested to her, kissing her neck with loving tenderness.

Kael and Saleeya left the observatory and pools. They headed back to the family wing hand in hand. The Palace was dimly lit and quiet, settling down for the night. The atmosphere was perfect, dreamlike, a tropical paradise. Xihirah was a beautiful and tranquil place. Saleeya was in love with one of its powerful Princes. She could hear the rain falling. It gave her a soothing feeling. They held hands as they walked down the long corridors toward their suite.

“We have much to plan for our Joining Ceremony,” Kael stated unexpectedly. “I have gifts for you. You have to be rested for all the shopping you, Mother, and my sisters will want to do. Not to mention, that you’ll still have to keep your energy up to fuck me on demand,” Kael taunted Saleeya. He wiggled his eyebrows. Saleeya squeezed his hand and smiled up at him in response to his tease. “I’m looking forward to our celebration and showing you off to everyone. My unmated brothers and friends will be envious of my good fortune. I know that Xihirians will love their new Princess. Many of the Council members are staying for our ceremony and celebration. Father announced our joining today and invited them to stay for the festivities. Xihirian Joining Ceremonies are very special, especially a royal family joining. The Joining Celebration has music, dance, food, spirits, and much joy. Afterwards there is more alone time for us to have great sex.” Kael’s eyes sparkled with his excitement. “Your parents are on their way to Xihirah,” Kael informed Saleeya and smiled down at her.

  “Really, who sent for them?”

“The Xihirian legal representative arranged to have your parents sent after he heard of our joining. The Kriton government is very apologetic for what happened to you at the hands of Vitalion and Manntree. They’ve left Vitalion to the mercy of the Council’s determinations and discipline. Your parents don’t know anything about Vitalion or your abduction. They don’t know of our joining. Your parents think they are invited to an important function you helped organize. They’re being transported on a luxury spaceship.” Kael smiled even more brightly. “I suppose they presume you’ve performed a magnificent job here and are being rewarded with their surprise attendance,” Kael explained. “Actually you’ve done a magnificent job as my mate. I’m surely pleased with what you do to me. Additionally, my feisty mate, you’re a most excellent communicator,” Kael quickly added to avoid any quarrel with his mate. The look on her face was a warning to any wise man. Evidently, Kael was learning.

Saleeya and Kael checked in on Carlista and the babies. After saying goodnight, they made their way to their suite. Saleeya was so tired she could barely make it through her shower. Kael helped her and dressed her for bed. He held her all night. Saleeya felt safe and secure.

  Chapter Fourteen

Seven sunrises passed swiftly. Saleeya had never been so content. Her days were filled with joy and loving Kael. They returned often to the pools and made love. Kael was voracious. When he allowed her time off from their sexual pleasures, Saleeya helped Carlista plan the babies’ public blessing and her Joining Ceremony. Mia had remained on Xihirah to assist and to be Saleeya’s honored friend as part of the Joining Ceremony. Kael had invited her to stay as long as she desired. Mia fit right in with everyone. At family evening meals, Kael began to pray to Xian that Mia be granted the gift to transform and be gifted a loving Xihirian shifter mate to care for her and give her children. Mia was ambivalent about that requested fate. Saleeya’s parents were due to arrive on Xihirah soon.

Carlista insisted that the females be permitted to go into Ferileson once before Saleeya’s parents arrived. Carlista had stated that she wanted to buy gowns to greet Saleeya’s parents and outfits for the babies’ public blessing ceremony. Carlista reminded Kael that he needed to purchases gifts for Saleeya and Saleeya’s parents. He needed to have them ready to present as tokens of his gratitude for bestowing their beautiful daughter upon him.

Kael and Kliven reluctantly agreed to the shopping trip. They decided to accompany the females the next sunrise. The shopping expedition became a big Xihirian security event. Six military transports were readied. Sixteen guards were assigned to accompany the royal family. Kael and Kliven were taking Tomron’s continued threats very seriously. As the shopping excursion approached, Kael and Kliven became increasingly irritable with the prospect of taking the females and the children out of the Palace; however, Carlista prevailed in her demands. Kael and Kliven lectured the females on safety and protocol regarding stores, dressing rooms, cleaning chambers, and every possible scenario. Kael threatened to put Saleeya in the Palace holding cell near to Vitalion’s cell if she didn’t follow his exact orders on safety. Carlista assured Saleeya that all of the overboard security was not a normal occurrence.

“Saleeya, don’t worry. When they capture and arrest Tomron, we’ll be free to leave the Palace normally. This is only temporary. Even with all of the guards and our two overprotective mates, we’ll have a wonderf
ul time.” Carlista rushed around her rooms getting herself ready to meet the males in an hour at the Palace’s Grand Entrance. “Girls, I have four stores on the agenda for jewelry, gowns and shoes. Kliven has already informed the stores to be ready for us. After we shop, I have insisted that our mates take us to Xiferia Eatery. Thyson, Klayvin, and Veric will try to meet us at Xiferia to eat a meal with us. It’s my favorite restaurant,” Carlista excitedly relayed the agenda to all of the excited females.

The stores were notified to expect seven females, three babies, Kael, Kliven, three nursery helpers, plus the Palace guards. The restaurant was told to expect additional royal males to make an appearance joining their females for a meal.

The flight into Ferileson was smooth. In twenty-five minutes from leaving the Palace, Saleeya could see the enormous city in the distance. Ferileson Municipality was the most amazing city she had ever seen. It was two times larger than Kriton’s capital and four times larger than Earth’s Restored New York City, the capital of Earth’s western hemisphere. Buildings towered high above the streets. A variety of stores lined the crowded streets. The city was bright, colorful, clean, and well organized. It was a testament to the superiority of the Xihirian civilization. Saleeya could understand how the demented Realmist followers were crazed with envy and hatred that these uniquely different humanoids could achieve such obvious greatness. This city was a metropolitan paradise. It was only one of the shining examples of the Xihirians’ superiority. As the transport got closer to the Municipality, Kalinda and her mother chatted more excitedly about all of the upcoming shopping. Saleeya sat next to Kael on the lead transport.
