“Starlight Audio Magic” is inspired by Michael J. Malone, founder of Audio Environments, Inc. (now DMX), a Seattle-based company that pioneered the concept of providing “foreground music” to businesses such as retail stores and restaurants. Founded as a competitor of Muzak, AEI became very good at influencing customers’ moods and energy levels by tailoring the tempo and mood of the music that they hear while shopping or dining.
Candice Bergen really did go out on a date with Henry Kissinger, although I have changed the timing and circumstances a bit.
