The woman pulled Ashley’s face into her crotch, moving her hips up and down as she face-fucked her. Seeing this Ryan could not be gently anymore, his resolve went out the door and he began pumping Ashley harder. It didn’t take them both long to reach their climax and it was a beautiful synergy as they all cried out in the grips of an orgasm, Adrianna’s legs clamping around Ashley’s head momentarily.
They laid spent in ecstasy and Ryan pulled her into his arms, kissing her forehead as Adrianna extricated herself and made for the exit.
“See you tomorrow boss,” she said, giving Ashley a lingering kiss as she made her way out.
“Why do I get the feeling that I wasn’t the first woman you both took in here?
Ryan rolled them to their side and propped his head up on his elbow to look down at her. “Believe it or not, you are the first, and this is the first time I have ever crossed the line with Adrianna.”
In truth Ashley didn’t really care. This was not the first rodeo for her but she hadn’t done anything like this since her first college years. Nevertheless, it was all irrelevant because she had enjoyed every minute of it with him. She was not kidding herself either, that it had been this enjoyable because it was with him.
“I think I might be falling for you,” he whispered pulling her into his arms and kissing her softly.
She didn’t respond how she was inclined to. “It's quite possible because I am falling for material,” she said.
He laughed in her hair and pulled her closer. She somehow felt this was the beginning to a life of adventure with him, and she looked forward to the memories they would make however long they were together.

Chapter 1
Blair sat at the edge of her bed with her nose buried deep into a book she had to read for the summer. It was the summer before college and eighteen year old Blair could hardly wait to get out of her small stagnant home town where nothing exciting ever happened.
“Blair, my dear,” said Melissa Carter, Blair’s strawberry blonde mother. The hair was bleached, of course. Otherwise, how else would Blair come out with thick chestnut colored locks?
“Yes, mom?” she replied, sticking her gaze out of the book but only briefly.
“I hope you do not have any plans for the evening,” the mother stated, “I have scheduled an appointment for you with the gynecologist. Sorry I forgot to tell you beforehand.”
Blair groaned internally, “Why do I need to go to the gynecologist, again?”
“Your aunt Cathy was only just diagnosed with ovarian cancer, it’s terrifying! The chemo and all the after effects,” Melissa rambled on, she had a habit of talking a lot, and “I just want to make sure you are all healthy and good – after all, you are going away to college in two months.”
Blair understood the concern her mother had for her and even found it a little endearing but she thought it was thoroughly unnecessary. But at the end of the day, she had no choice but to comply. “Sure, fine, whatever. Mrs. Gertrude’s office?”
“No, no,” replied the mother, “Mrs. Gertrude has retired now. I’ve scheduled it with a new one – he’s very good from what I hear. I’ll give you all the details about the address and time, hold on,” Melissa said and bent over to pick up her purse from the table on the side. There, she fished out a neatly folded piece of paper and handed it to her daughter.
Mrs. Gertrude had been the family gynecologist for years and it felt a little strange for Blair to go visit a male doctor, but still, she shrugged it off and took the piece of paper.
On it, typed neatly in black ink were the following words with an address;
Dr. Daniel H. William M.D Gynecologist
Sighing and dreading the evening, she shoved the paper roughly into the pocket of her jeans.
“Bee!” Janet exclaimed enthusiastically from the other end of the line, “You need to come to the party tonight. Kelly Torres’ parents are away out of town and she’s throwing a major bash,” she gushed.
Janet was Blair’s best friend since kindergarten. But where Blair was relatively reserved and introverted, Janet was social and the life of a party. Often, she would ring Blair up and invite her to various events but the answer was always a feeble dodge via some made up. Tonight, though, Blair had herself a legitimate reason.
“I can’t! Sorry, J. I have an appointment with my doctor,” she replied, feeling semi-relieved that she did. At least this appointment is good for something, she thought to herself.
Janet let out an annoyed sound that told Blair that her best friend was not completely convinced, “Why, what happened to you?”
“You know, it’s nothing, just a scheduled meeting with my gynecologist,” replied the brunette, holding up the phone a little higher up to her ear, “my mom is forcing me to go,” she huffed.
“Well, after you’re done with some old lady inspecting your parts, can you then swing by to the party? It’ll probably go on till late night,” said Janet.
“Actually, it’s not a lady this time,” Blair sank her teeth into her top lip, “It’s some doctor named Daniel.”
“Ooooh,” came the reply, “Dr. Hottie inspectin’ you up!”
“Shut up,” the brunette dismissed her, a furious blush having crept up her cheeks, “he is a professional.”
Janet laughed, “Yeah, yeah, have fun. And show up tonight okay? James is going to be there.” And then there was a click of the telephone indicating that Janet had hung up.
James was another guy that used to go to their high school with them. He was tall, muscular and empty headed – fit right in the textbook cliché definition of the typical jock. Lately, ever since they had graduated, he had taken a liking to Blair; he would consistently ask her out and make any and all attempts to hit on her whatever chance he got.
Blair, however, was not that interested. Granted, he was not bad looking – he had a conquest of women in his ledger to prove so. But in Blair’s eyes, he was good looking only in the sense of a juvenile young boy – so high school.
Janet warned her that if she was going to continue turning down every guy that presented an interest in her, she would go to college being the prude virgin she was. But Blair could not help it – she was not interested in pursuing vacuous flings with jocks who had nothing to offer her besides a muscular bicep to onto.
Call it pretentious but having graduated as the Valedictorian for her high school, she did not simply relate to these guys. In her eyes, they were self-absorbed and had an inflated ego the size of a hot air balloon. Instead, what she wanted in a partner was more stable and mature – a man, not an immature boy.
Of course, being in high school, coming across such a person was rare. So here she was at eighteen, about to start college but never ha
ving had a boyfriend more serious than two dates, let alone having lost her V-Card to. At the thought of that, Blair groaned and buried her head in her pillow.
Chapter 2
The weather for that particular afternoon was dreary and dull – the grey clouds loomed over the horizon and thunder clapped aloft in the clouds. The clouds were threatening to declare war with its water soldiers and Blair hoped she would make it to her appointment without soaking herself to the bone. After all, her mother had insisted her to take her bus there.
Clad in a plain ensemble – a gray shirt with some acid washed jeans - she made squinted her eyes to read the writing on the paper and then scoped her head around to see if the bus had dropped her off to the right location. The clinic was just across the street from the bus stop – a single story small building, eggshell white – plain and boring; just what you would expect a doctor’s office to be.
Blair walked in. Instantly, she was hit with that strong medicinal smell associated with hospital. She wrinkled her nose as she walked up the front desk.
“Hey,” she said to the lady on the reception. At once, Blair could see that she was very attractive for a receptionist. With her hair pinned up to the side and dark pink lipstick on, she could may as well be a prop for a medical boon in Hollywood. “I’m here for my appointment.”
The pretty lady smiled back, “Oh, yes. Miss Blair…Carter?” she asked and received a nod from her side. “Good. You have your 5 P.M with Dr. William. Come with me,” she said and gestured her to follow her.
They entered a small room that had the doctor’s name on the door and the receptionist went to a corner, to put on some plastic gloves and a nurse hat. Seeing the look of confusion on Blair’s face, she chuckled.
“Oh don’t worry,” she said while chuckling, “I am the head nurse here. I was just filling in for our receptionist – he’s gone on a coffee break. My name is Kate.”
Blair nodded. Oh so that made a lot of sense.
“The doctor will see you in a few moments,” the nurse Kate said, “but until then, can you please change into a robe and lay back down on that table when you’re done?” she instructed, pointing to a flat white table on the corner of the room.
Blair nodded. She took off her jeans and shirt and slipped on the mint colored robe. Even that had that distinct medicinal smell, Blair noticed with a grimace on her face. Still, she changed quickly and went to go lie down on the table - the fluorescent lights straight overhead her, blinding her almost.
There was some shuffling and the sound a door opening followed by footsteps.
“Good evening, Miss Kate,” the voice was deep and throaty. Blair felt her enjoying the sound – she loved deep masculine voices. Well, at least there was one perk of coming to this checkup today.
“Good evening, doctor. The patient is here to see you now.”
“Very well,” he replied, “Hello, Miss Blair? You may sit up to talk to me,” he instructed. Blair straightened up her back and hoisted herself up to look at the doctor. Instantly, she was taken aback.
She could not help but notice how the man in front of her was so well kept and dare she say it, handsome even. He did not look too old – possibly in his late thirties, perhaps forty at most. But even so, he had maintained himself very well. What a refreshing change from Mrs. Gertrude – who was in her sixties and spoke with a speech impediment.
Blair suddenly realized she was staring and corrected herself. “Um – right,” she uttered out, half embarrassed as she realized the doctor had caught her staring. He just flashed her a smile though, which nearly knocked her out. God dammit.
“I take this is your first appointment with me, Miss Blair?” he asked her in that deep throaty voice of his and Blair found herself struggling to concentrate.
“Yes – well, my mom – she sort of forced me to come, really,” Blair replied shyly, her right hand flying upwards to rub her neck.
“Smart that you listened,” he replied, “Regular checkups are pivotal to maintain health – a young lady like you should be aware of that.”
Blair just nodded. “Now, I want you to get comfortable. Let go of those nerves, okay?” he told her, “I am your doctor and only have what’s best for you at heart.”
“Yes, Doctor Williams,” she found herself answering.
“Now tell me, Blair,” he said, with a purple file in his hands. Blair could not help but notice how firm and strong those hands of his looked. Quickly catching herself in mid thought though, she shook it off and concentrated on what the doctor was saying to her.
“It says in your file this is your first time getting a major exam done,” he said to her, “tell me, have you ever visited a gynecologist before?” he asked, eyes still on that file.
“Well, yes – once or twice,” she replied, “but with my mother when I was younger. To get on birth control – you know? That’s all,” she said.
“Good, okay, so I trust this is your first time having a major examination done? And that, too on your own?” he prodded.
She nodded and then uttered a small, “yeah.”
“How old are you, Miss Blair?”
Blair shot him a quizzical look. Surely, he could tell that by just looking at her file. Still, she answered anyway. “Well – I turned eighteen in February. So, eighteen years and-“but she was cut off mid-sentence.
“And four months. Yes that is what is says on the file – very well, then,” he replied back, flashing her one of those smiles yet again, “I trust you are off to college soon?”
Blair was surprised that he was going off track now but then she thought it was probably his way of making her feel more comfortable. She gulped and replied back, “Yes, actually. I got in my top choice of school - very excited for that.”
“Brilliant. You do strike me as a smart girl,” Dr. William praised and then, at the end of his, flashed her a hint of a smirk. Blair gulped loudly – suddenly the room was getting much warmer.
“So today I am going to just run a few tests on you – standard stuff, really. Us doctors have to do this every day, so I want you to feel comfortable, okay?” he reassured.
She nodded in compliance, knotting her hands together at the front of the robe. But she could not help but feel a little nervous. Previously, she had been okay with having a pelvic exam performed on her by a male doctor but since meeting Dr. Williams, she realized it might be a little harder.
Still, she gulped back her conflicting emotions and reminded herself what the doctor already told her – he was a professional and he probably did this stuff on a daily basis. She shouldn’t feel weird about it.
“Okay have you had any partners in the last three months?” he asked and Blair felt a blush creep up on her cheeks.
“Um, no actually – I’ve never -,” she said embarrassed.
“Oh – right,” the doctor replied but then smiled reassuringly, “that is perfectly okay. We just need to ask and make sure.”
Blair nodded; already feeling red faced and bothered. It should not matter to her, she reminded herself, but the rush of blood to her cheeks was inevitable.
“Okay, are you ready Blair?”
“Yes,” she almost purred back but then caught herself midway, realizing the horror of her tone.
The doctor raised an eyebrow at this but then chuckled. “Very good,” he remarked in that velvety deep voice and Blair’s two front teeth sank further down her front lip. “Please lay down so we can begin.”
“I want you to relax and try not to make a lot of movement,” the doctor said bending over in front of her and slipping on his latex gloves, “please open up your legs a little.”
Blair suddenly felt immediately self-conscious. Dr. Williams noticed this hesitance at once and began to calm her down.
“Please feel comfortable Blair,” he said, addressing her by name. “I do not want you to hide yourself way or else I will not be able to conduct the exam,” he finished.
“I’m sorry,” stuttered Blair awkwardly, “it’
s just – this is weird, sort of? You know – with my mom not being here and you -,” she stopped her sentence right then but what she really wanted to say was that how he was totally not the most conventional looking doctor. In fact, he was very handsome and that was the reason why Blair suddenly felt so self-conscious.
The doctor chuckled yet again, “You are a grown woman, Blair,” he said and Blair felt something stir up inside of her at the words. “You do not need your mother to accompany you on every trip to the doctors now, do you?” he said, looming over her with a devilish smile.
“No, um,” Blair cleared her throat, “you’re right. I guess – I’m just nervous? I didn’t expect to see you here.”
Dr. Williams raised his eyebrow at her as she said these words, “Oh? Well what does that mean exactly?”
“It’s just –,” Blair was awkwardly fumbling around with her words now but thought that she might feel a little lighter and less nervous if she let it out, “you’re much better looking than what I am used to for doctors,” she admitted, the blush deepening to several shades of scarlet.
Dr. Williams roared with laughter hearing this, “Well, well, Blair. I am very flattered that you think so but I am only just your medical health care professional,” he said, still having an edge of delightedness to his tone.
“So it would be best for you to relax now, young Lady,” he told her, “besides, I think it would help you immensely if I told you that this doctor thinks that you are much better looking than what he is used to in patients too,” he said, adding a small wink at the end.
Blair nearly felt as though she would faint – had the handsome doctor just returned her shy compliment and then proceeded to wink at her? Oh my, she felt like she needed to go fan herself, just for that.
“Thanks – I,” she stuttered out awkwardly, “that’s good to know,” she breathed out.
