And Zhong Yue had already bowed and thank her, “So it seems like I am the right choice.”

Celestial Emperor Fei Yan smirked right away and rebutted, “Don’t even dream of that! I will not aid you no matter what but I can help you to cultivate this little Bai. I will cultivate him to become strong enough in the future so that he can die with you!”

After that, she distant herself further away in fear of being entangled with Zhong Yue’s affair.

Zhong Yue was not offended at all. The path he was going to walk was almost a hopeless one. If he forcefully dragged Celestial Emperor Fei Yan into this path, it might cost her her life.

“Brother Bai, stay here and cultivate under Celestial Emperor Fei Yan. I pray that you will learn everything you need from her and awaken your True Spirit soon.”

They then stayed on this planet for another few days before parting ways with Bai Canghai. Before they left, Zhong Yue said, “I once promised you that I will find someone like you one day and I am happy that I’ve not fail you. Today is the day we bid farewell. Perhaps one day, we will cross paths again.”

Among the party, Zhong Yue was the one that Bai Canghai was closest to, thus, Bai Canghai was particularly sad at their parting. “Brother Zhong, if you were to stir chaos one day, I will definitely be by your side!”

“This is my mission, not yours….” Zhong Yue his head.

Bai Canghai, however, shouted right away, “To hell with it! Just think of how many times you’ve saved me! I will definitely be there when you need me!”

Zhong Yue remained silent while Celestial Emperor Fei Yan who was standing far away murmured with a smiling face, “Short life Bai.”

Zhong Yue and Bai Canghai then hugged and after patting each other’s back, Zhong Yue entered Heaven Origin Reincarnation Mirror with Yi Wanjun and the others before they left swiftly.

After they left, Bai Canghai remained looking up to the sky without moving an inch at all for a long time and Celestial Emperor Fei Yan got up to him and giggled, “Short life Bai, we Curse Innate Spirit Body do not need to be hot blooded. The more hot blooded you get, the faster you die.”

“You won’t understand.” said Bai Canghai with a shook, “Without him, I would have already succumbed to the Innate Yin Serpent God. The Innate Curse Spirit Body will first bring bad luck to themselves first before they shower the others with bad luck.”

Celestial Emperor Fei Yan was stunned by his words and after recalling her lonely life, she couldn’t help but agree with him.

After listening to his words, Celestial Emperor Fei Yan now saw Bai Canghai in a new light and she said, “Come with me. I will teach you how to cultivate. If you want to aid him in his suicide mission, then you should at least try to not be too useless when the time comes.”

Bai Canghai’s eyes lit up right away and he quickly followed her and said, “What if I learn everything you know?”

“You would probably still die.” said Celestial Emperor Fei Yan after she gave it a thought, to which Bai Canghai got slightly let down.

She then added, “But at least you will not die as quickly. Cultivate with me and you will at least be a nuisance to his enemies rather than just an ant.”

“What’s the difference?” said a disappointed Bai Canghai.

“You can tear away a part of their flesh with everything you learn from me.” said Celestial Emperor Fei Yan, “Besides, after you were bestowed with wars, you will grow continuously and achieve even more, perhaps you might be able bite their head off instead of just a piece of their flesh.”

Chapter 764: Second Layer of The Fuxi Bloodline, Unsealed! |

In the boundless space, the Heaven Origin Reincarnation Mirror flew in a spiral motion, leaving Celestial Empress Fei Yan’s cursed cosmic belt toward the Yong Ming Six Paths World. The mirror was now bigger than it was where Zhong Yue and the company stood on the mirror surface.

Then, Heavenly King Lu asked, “King, where will we go after reaching the Yong Ming Six Paths World?”

“After the Yong Ming Six Paths World, we will head over to the Tuo Shan Six Paths World.” Zhong Yue laughed, “It’s been a long time since we saw King Geng. Let’s go and meet him.”

Qian Shan, Bi Er, and the others of the Eighteen Emperors of Heavenly Cloud became excited. After all, King Geng was the true lord they vowed to serve It was only because of King Geng’s order that they followed Zhong Yue.

However, Heavenly King Lu sensed something odd. He asked puzzlingly, “King Zhong, you brought us to the Tuo Shan Six Paths World, are you…”

The rest of the Eighteen Emperors of Heavenly Cloud also looked over, they pondered upon the hidden meanings behind Zhong Yue’s words.

Zhong Yue laughed, “We are going back to see Chang Geng and you will all be able to serve your old lord again, isn’t that a happy thing to celebrate for?”

Celestial Emperor Qian Shan exclaimed in shock, “King Zhong, you don’t want us to follow you anymore?”

The rest of the emperors frowned, they said, “King Zhong, your identity has been exposed and your life is now in more danger than ever. Without us, you will be in great danger! Although King Geng is also in a worrisome position, he has his own methods of surviving, his situation is not as precarious as yours!”

“King Geng ordered us to serve you as we serve him. You are now in danger; how can the Eighteen Emperors of Heavenly Cloud just stand on the side and watch?”

Zhong Yue was moved, then he smiled, “Brothers, sisters, be at ease. I may act rashly at times, but I always learn from my mistakes, so you don’t have to worry about me. I will be on my way to the Zi Wei Galaxy to fulfill my dream once my ascension into deityhood is achieved. If I bring you along, it will attract too many unwanted attention.”

Heavenly King Lu and the emperors hesitated, they exchanged a look and Demon Empress Bi Er asked, “King, you knew the trip to the Zi Wei Galaxy is one fraught with dangers, yet why do you insist on going?”

“Celestial Empress Fei Yan is right about one thing — one would never improve while standing on the same spot. If I stopped because there is a roadblock ahead of me, won’t I just be like standing on the same spot?”

Zhong Yue laughed, “Furthermore, I want to see it for myself, how much stronger the Zi Wei Qi Practitioners are compared to the Qi Practitioners in the 3,000 Six Paths World.”

He recalled what he had told Feng Xiaozhong before and said, “The universe is nearly endless, how can one not leave any regrets without exploring it all?”

Heavenly King Lu and the others remained silent.

When they arrived at the Yong Ming Six Paths World, Zhong Yue, Yi Wanjun, and the others entered the Heaven Origin Reincarnation Mirror; while Heavenly King Lu, who was the strongest, brought them into the Six Paths World’s Heaven Realm, looking for a teleportation portal to the Tuo Shan Six Paths World.

As expected, even the Yong Ming Six Paths World is wanting for King Zhong. Heavenly King Lu looked around and saw wanted posters for Zhong Yue literally everywhere in the Heaven Realm. By the looks of it, it would be the same for every other Six Paths World too.

Now that Zhong Yue’s escape from the Bo Luo Six Paths World was known across the 3,000 Six Paths World, he was immediately wanted all over the worlds, making it hard for him to even make any appearances!

Heavenly King Lu entered the teleportation formation and headed for the Tuo Shan Six Paths World, while he thought, Just maybe, heading to the Zi Wei Galaxy may be safer for King Zhong .

Inside the Heaven Origin Reincarnation Mirror, Zhong Yue was pondering at the beauty dressed back in her lady’s clothes. Then, Yi Wanjun smiled and said, “I’ve asked you before, would following you be any worse than staying the Prison Realm? Don’t ever dream of leaving me behind in the Tuo Shan Six Paths World!”

Zhong Yue’s heart shuddered for a second, moved and he said, “Jun Wudao once said, “Who said that women aren’t better than men?”, and I still clearly remember it even now. Wanjun, where did yo
ur manly air go?”

Yi Wanjun chortled, “Well back then, I just hadn’t met a man that I can entrust the rest of my life with.”

A confession, which the young man dodged. After all, if he answered her love, their relationship would change; but Zhong Yue felt he had too many relationships that he would become a burden to her if he accepted her love.

He calmed himself down and cast aside his other thoughts before carefully casting the ancestral blood given to him by Goddess Shen Hou.

Tempered by hardship and the mass acquisition of attainments in the Heaven Origin Reincarnation Mirror has now given him the courage to face the evil presence once again.

“When the seals are broken, your soul will come to me!” The evil presence’s words still lingered in his mind. He had almost 40% of the Fuxi blood unsealed but had been suppressing himself from breaking through the level of 40%.

He knew for sure that if the Fuxi blood in him hit 40%, he would return to the days of a hundred thousand years ago and meet with the evil presence, face with its devilish eyes!

As more and more Fuxi blood was getting unsealed, the feeling brewed stronger and stronger in him!

Even though the Heaven Origin Reincarnation Mirror was a Heavenly Monarch’s treasure, it was still unable to stop the evil presence’s curse, can it? What should I do if my soul is returned to a hundred thousand years ago?

Zhong Yue concentrated himself, unsealing more and more of the Fuxi blood. Dragon scales start to emerge on his waist. It was the omen of the awakening of the innate dragon scales!

One by one, they covered his body, reflecting light away from its shining surface while revealing every tiny secret of the things that were reflected on it.

The innate dragon scales were one of Fuxi Celestial Race’s strongest innate talents. The dragon scales would even grow stronger along with the cultivator’s prowess, able to reveal and see through the weaknesses of higher-grade artifacts.

When the dragon scales covered his skin, marvelous totem patterns also materialized in his mind. This was the information contained within the dragon’s scales now turning into his knowledge so that he could better grasp the innate dragon scales in a shorter time.

If only I can bring Xin Huo with me, that’ll be a lot more safer . Zhong Yue thought,However, it is my soul that is brought back to a hundred thousand years ago, I can’t possibly bring Xin Huo with me… Hmm, my soul is now as strong as celestial emperor’s, I might just be able to bring Xin Huo with me… No, no, Xin Huo saved me the last time, the evil presence msust’ve known of his existence now and will be prepared for it. If I bring Xin Huo along with me, I’ll be putting him in a dangerous position.

His soul was now as strong as the ordinary emperors; while with his soul acting as the main and the subbed by the spirit in his Yuan Shen, theoretically, he would be able to bring the treasures in his Yuan Shen secret reams along with him, perhaps even his flesh and blood mortal body!

However, he would never allow himself to bring Xin Huo with him.

When Zhong Yue was thinking about how to realize his conjecture, bringing his mortal body and Yuan Shen along to meet with the evil presence, he suddenly shuddered vigorously and an unknown force seeped into his mind.

  Not good!

Zhong Yue immediately opened his eyes and removed the copper lamp from his Yuan Shen secret realms. He tucked it into Yi Wanjun’s arms and said solemnly, “Wanjun, if I don’t come back in a long time, shine this lamp on me!”

As he finished, he sensed a strange connection was established between his soul and a great presence!

At the same time, grand and deafening voices rang in his ears.

“Dao! Dao! Dao! Dao! Dao! Dao!”

A tearing sensation filled his mind and soul as the unknown force split his soul out from his Yuan Shen and mortal body!

It didn’t even allow him to bring his mortal body and Yuan Shen along, but only the soul!

“Dream on!” Zhong Yue gave a stern yell, closing off the openings in his mortal body and Yuan Shen so that his soul couldn’t be pulled out. The powers of the six Yuan Shen secret realms and the Six Paths Reincarnations were pushed to through their limits, pulsing energy through his soul and spirit, veins and muscles. Either the evil existence brought his mortal body and Yuan Shen along with his soul, or it took nothing at all!

The innate Qi was cast with full power, rooting themselves in his Yuan Shen and mortal body to his soul, while the Six Paths Reincarnations continued to brim its energy in him.

Almost immediately after Yi Wanjun was given the copper lamp, Zhong Yue’s aura had unleashed itself in full strength. His blood essence rumbled like thunder and swirled above his head as if Zhong Yue was fighting with some imperceivable forces in the universe.

Yi Wanjun was dumbfounded by the sudden change, and abruptly, a voice shouted within the copper lamp, “Little girl, shine me onto his body!”

The young lady was shocked greatly but acted without any delay. She raised the copper lamp and shone its light on Zhong Yue.

When the light shone on his body, it revealed a piece of darkness darker than any color she had ever known, that it could redefine ‘dark’. The darkness originated from Zhong Yue’s body and expanded from there, eventually swallowed him in the blink of an eye.

Then, an eerie eye was seen tardily opening in the midst of darkness; she couldn’t even think of any words that could describe it’s ghastly air!

“Fire of the Universe Soul, the legendary magical lamp, I’ve been searching for you a very long time…” A cold voice that could infuse fear in even the hearts of the gods said. Then the eerie eye opened like a mouth, a hand extending out from it like it was coming from the other end of the universe and reached for the copper lamp in Yi Wanjun’s hands!

Yi Wanjun couldn’t move not even a single finger and watched in intense helplessness as the hand closed in on her!

Fear and terror undulated within her heart like rising tides, slowly yet surely swallowing her from the bottom of her feet, then her ankles, her waist, her throat, and finally, drowned her within, suffocating her.

It was at that moment that a low drone from a saber blade broke the silence. The dark hand that was inches away from grasping the copper lamp suddenly flashed back into the eye and the eye closed rapidly!

As the eerie eye closes, the boundless darkness also flowed back into it.

Yi Wanjun regained control over her body and finally came back to her senses. She gritted her teeth as she saw the closing eye was on the verge of disappearing and leaped into the darkness with the copper lamp in her hands.

Xin Huo was shocked, he shouted, “Little girl, what are you doing!?”

As she leaped into the darkness, Yi Wanjun found herself in a space of darkness, there was absolutely nothing around. Everything around was dark and quiet, only their voices could be heard and the copper lamp emanating the only light source. She said, “To find Zhong Yue!”

Upon hearing her explanation, Xin Huo grew furious, “He asked you to wait outside and shine my light onto him so that he can guide himself out from the darkness! He didn’t ask you to bring me and find him! Didn’t you see how terrifying the eerie eye was? Little girl, do you not know the fear of death!?”

Yi Wanjun continued moving forward bullishly, “Yinji said it, he is my man and if my man is lost, I will find him back!”

Xin Huo burned in anger but sighed a few moments later. He looked at the lamp oil in the copper lamp and whined, “Whatever, do whatever you want. My lamp oil is running out soon, it can only last for another few years before I am extinguished.”

Yi Wanjun immediately turned nervous, she too was afraid of the endless darkness, she quickly asked, “How long can your lamp oil last?”

“Maybe three to five years?” Xin Huo replied.

“If we can’t find a way back before the lamp oil runs out…” Yi Wanjun suddenly shivered in fear at her thought.

Xin Huo looked at the galaxy inside of the lamp and
lamented. The galaxy was slowly turning in a spiral. Every completed orbit of the star that is furthest from the center of the galaxy is said to be a galactic year, which would be translated into about three hundred million of Ancestral Star’s years.

  Chapter 765: Xin Huo |

With the lamp in her hands, Yi Wanjun continued walking forward; this place seemed like it had no heaven and earth, no seasons, no time, no light, no sound, no color and only the copper lamp in her hands that dimly lit up the surrounding darkness.

  This was emptiness.

  A total emptiness.

  Where are we?

She continued forward but saw no end to the darkness no matter how far she seemed to walk.

But she was a stubborn if nothing else. After she set her eyes on the direction she thought was correct, she believed that she would reach the end sometime.

She eventually lost track of how long she had been walking and fear began to fester in her heart as the seemingly eternal darkness began to suffocate her senses.

The panic began to seep, but she continued to walk relentlessly as that was the only thing she could do now.

Time slowly passed and she began to feel the presence of vile creatures lurking in the dark, waiting patiently for a chance to have a taste of her flesh. Yi Wanjun felt the stench of these creatures’ breaths, but thanks to the copper lamp in her hands, these vile creatures would turn into shadows each time the light land on them.

This place was a nightmare and it was as twisted as a dream.

One day, as Yi Wanjun was on the verge of breaking down, she heard a familiar sound, the sound of a saber zing, the clear zing of Zhong Yue’s divine saber.

Her depression was quickly dashed by the saber zing as she quickly ran towards the direction of the sound. After months of chasing, the saber zing became louder and clearer and she witnessed something astonishing.

She saw light, a man and a saber.

But this man was more like a god than a mortal because he was perfect in all ways. The Fuxi True Form had no flaws and each movement coming from him seemed to overflow with an elegance and grace that was reminiscent of the Dao itself.
