"Close your eyes."

  "Why?"

His arms tightened around her. "Because we're going to fly again."

She chose to watch instead. This time, without fear, she observed as they rose floor through floor until they were outside, flying toward the sleigh. She looked up at the stars and the moon, and the bottom of their ride. A trickle of fear did race through her that she would crash her head right into it, but instead they flew right through it until they sat on the golden seat again.

They didn't speak for a moment as the reindeer galloped through the night sky and the stars twinkled overhead. But questions were bothering Noelle. Questions she needed answers to.

  "Where is Samantha's mother?"

"She was fifteen when the girl was born. She came from a very strict family, and her father would have killed her and the boy she slept with. So when she became pregnant, she hid behind baggy clothes until the baby was born. The boy who knocked her up dumped her the minute he found out, and she felt all alone. When she went into labor, she left the house and gave birth in the back seat of her car. She couldn't go home with the baby so she did the only thing she could think of. She wrapped her daughter in a blanket and drove to the other side of her neighborhood and placed the baby by a stranger's doorstep. After ringing the bell, she drove off and never returned again."

"She gave her baby up to a complete stranger?" That left a bad taste in Noelle's mouth. But who was she to judge when she clearly didn't walk in those shoes. "Doesn't she ever miss her daughter?"

"Of course she does. But at that time of her life, this was the only thing she could do. She expected the people in the house to be a couple, but she was wrong. It was a man. More than that, he was her algebra teacher, but she didn't know that. He always suspected he was raising her child, but he never spoke up. She eventually graduated, went to college, got a job, and she's living a normal life. But every night, her guilt kills her a little inside."

"What's going to happen to her?"

"She'll get her Christmas miracle next year. She always wanted to, always dreamt of going to that house to see if her daughter still lived there, but she was always too afraid to take that step. She never even drove past that place again. But next year on Christmas, she will. She'll find her daughter again."

"Will she try to fight for custody?" Would that be such a good thing, given that she wasn't even in the kid's life? "Will she try to take Samantha away from her dad?"

"At first she will, but Samantha needs a mother and her father needs a loving woman, and she'll be able to fill both roles. That's a bit of magic I'm looking forward to playing a part in next year, when I give her that final piece of courage she needs to face her child."

Noelle placed her hand over her heart and leaned into Santa. "That is so romantic."

He draped his arm over her shoulder. "I think so too."

Another moment of peace and silence passed between them. The stars danced around as the reindeer galloped and the magical sleigh glowed in the moonlight.

"What about the man who killed your dad and tried to kill you tonight? What's his story?"

Santa sighed and a look of pain crossed his face. "He was about seventeen when his family went to church on Christmas Eve, but his little five-year-old brother was very sleepy so he stayed behind to look after him. While his parents were out, he decided to raid the liquor cabinet and then go to bed before his parents came home. But he left a few bottles open and on the floor when he went to throw up after mixing vodka and rum. While he was in the bathroom, his brother woke up and was thirsty. He saw the bottles on the floor and had a few big gulps. He had alcohol poisoning.

"My father got into his sleigh and heard the cries for help instantly. He hurried to them, but once he got to the hospital, Dad was already too late. The little boy had died. He was so distraught that his magic faltered and for a short moment, he was visible. The older brother saw him. He saw Santa Claus standing there, not doing anything. The kid felt so guilty. Admitting to that guilt would have destroyed him, so instead he channeled it into hating Christmas and hating us. He became obsessed with us, finding out that we're real and hunting us down."

"What's going to happen to him now?" Should she care? He had led to his brother's death and tried to kill the man she lo–.

No. Wait. She wasn't about to think that, was she? Was she really falling for Santa?

"He'll stay in a mental hospital where they will teach him how to admit to his guilt and will convince him that seeing Santa was a hallucination."

She took his hand into hers and intertwined their fingers together, bringing both hands to her cheek. The warmth from his radiated into hers. A lump formed in her throat. "I'm glad he didn't get to you."

  "Me too."

Crap! What was she going to do? She was falling for a man she had met maybe fourteen hours ago, if that. Was it too soon to fall in love? Was it even that, or maybe a strange feeling of lust?

He took her lips with his. All her thoughts vanished. Instead, she indulged in his taste, the strong male scent, the beat of his heart when she gingerly touched his chest.

There was nothing but that moment, as they flew through the sky, their hearts beating as one, their desires warming each other.

Santa's hands traveled over her body. He caressed her. Held her. Slowly, her coat was unzipped and discarded. Her sweater followed.

His lips moved to her neck, as he cupped her breasts through the bra.

  "I want you," he whispered.

She wanted him, too. Wanted him more than she could even admit to. "Take me."

Her fingers fumbled with the need to touch the hem of his thick sweater. It came off over his head and she threw it onto the floor of the sleigh. She kissed his chest, his abs, her fingers racing over his skin.

He unhooked her bra and let her breasts fall free into his hands. His mouth descended over them, taking one nipple, then the other into his mouth.

She moaned. Her hips rocked up, eager to have him inside her. Noelle rushed to get his pants off, her own pants off. Once they were both naked, she was soaking wet. Producing the condom from her purse, she knelt beside him and took his cock into her mouth.

He tried to pull her up. "I want to be inside you."

Who was she to deny him that? As much as she wanted to taste that peppermint cum, the need to have him fill her was too much to deny. She rolled the condom on him and straddled him. Her pussy lowered over his cock, and the stars seemed so much brighter when he entered her.

Her hips rose and fell over him, taking him as far as she could. His mouth loved hers and his arms tightened around her.

They didn't rush. Didn't try to fuck, or rock each other's world. Instead, they took it slow. Let their bodies, mouths, and hearts mate and mingle together. When her orgasm came, it was stronger than she'd ever had before, and for a moment, she was weightless and empty and suddenly full of every magic known to mankind.

Her entire body quivered as the aftershocks raced through her and he ran his hands up and down her back.

Once she could finally stand, Santa moved her to the edge of the sleigh. For a moment, the fear of falling assaulted her, but she reached out and touched what felt like a border or window keeping her safely inside. He stood behind her and held her.

His cock entered her tight anus and she gasped at the pleasure that created. He moved slowly inside her, making love to her in a way she had never done before.

Her gaze fixed on the brilliant lights as they flew over Chicago, LA, and New York. They took in smaller cities and towns, saw Christmas trees lit up in public parks and people's windows. All this time he was buried inside her. Their bodies merged and became one. When he came, so did she. They both trembled. They both quivered. They both collapsed to the sleigh floor when his hot cock left her ass and he discarded the condom and left it abandoned on the edge of the sleigh. They closed their eyes, and held each other tight, as their bodies still swam through the bliss they had felt.

; The sun was already over the horizon when the sleigh descended into its spot in the park. Noelle and Santa climbed off and he walked her to her car.

"Where do we go from here?" he asked.

Her heart squeezed, and she really hoped this wasn’t goodbye.

He held her hands, kissed her lips. "Are you going to see your family?"

She nodded. "That's the plan. You?"

"I'll visit my mom. She's the only family I have left now."

Noelle hugged him. "I'm sorry about your dad." Not wanting to let go, her hands tightened around him. She had to let go, and did so. "Do you need a ride to her place?"

"She lives a few blocks from here. I'll walk."

She nodded. "Well, I hope you have fun with her. I'll see you around." She smiled, although her heart was breaking already.

  "See you."

Noelle climbed into her car, buckled in, and watched through the rearview mirror as Santa walked away. Sadness filled her. She missed him already.

Closing her eyes, she willed those emotions away, when a knock on her window caused her to jump in her seat.

Her eyes shot open as Santa opened the driver's side door and crashed his lips onto hers. His hand covered her core and she was already wet for him. Once he pulled away from the kiss, he held his phone in hand. "I want to see you again, Noelle. What's your phone number?"

"What? You can't magically look up my number?" she joked before providing it for him.

He kissed her lips again, her hands, her forehead, and this time when he walked away, she was certain he would call her.

  Chapter Five

The rest of the Christmas holiday was a blur. She arrived at her parents' house, dined and wined, as Wendy secretly teased her about the man who ran away.

Her mother had bought her peppermint ice cream and cookies, and candy canes. All she wanted was that magical candy cane that came attached to a very hunky man.

The few days she stayed with them had been a blast, but when she arrived home back to Memphis, it had been truly heaven.

Santa had texted her a few times when she was in Wisconsin and now that she was home, they had made a date.

She looked in the full-length mirror one more time, making sure she looked perfect when the doorbell rang.

When she answered and saw him, her breath gushed out of her. He wore all black, and he looked like a sexy spy or a supermodel. In his hands, he held a single red rose.

  "Come on in," she said.

"You look beautiful." He handed the flower to her.

She was wet just looking at him. They had plans to go out to dinner, but who was she kidding? They never made it beyond her front door.

Santa leaned against the closed door. His pants pooled around his ankles, and the rose lay forgotten on the floor. Her head moved back and forth, taking his cock further into her mouth.

His hands tangled in her hair as she sucked him, licked him, tasted him.

When he came, she took it all. Every last drop of his minty, chocolate flavored cum. She loved it.

They didn't make it to dinner. But Noelle didn't complain as she locked him in her bedroom and had her way.
