Reginald Bones: Part One

by Lucian Bane

Reginald finally realized. “I seeeee what you’re doing here.”

  Do you?

“You’re making me into somebody she feels safe with!” He remembered Bones had said that but he’d not connected it. “Thank you, I like that.”

She’ll be attracted to both. It’s part of the plan.

The plan? Did he have one? Aside from what they’d verbalized openly? Reginald would need to pay close attention to what Bones did. If he had other plans, he’d need to intercept them. He wasn’t worried about him doing something bad to her, he was worried he was doing something to shut it all down. That wouldn’t surprise Reginald, given the disposition he had with the whole idea to begin with. Operation Sabotage.

“Christopher Knight, here to make you feel safe.” And hopefully ask you on a date one day.

  Never.

Shit, he’d thought too loudly. “Not now, like years in the future if we’re successful.”

  Sure.

Sure. Reginald fought a smirk at the derision but he wasn’t about to argue with Bones about it. He didn’t need to convince him with words. The success of therapy was officially at a show and tell point with both planning to show and tell the other — see. I told you so.

Reginald hit the button, feeling like he’d detonated a bomb that would rock their world.

  CHAPTER SIX

“Too hot,” Reginald said when Bones set the shower to scalding. He had no reason to blister their skin, nothing had happened to warrant it. And why was he up so early. Was it even daylight?

“You slept hard last night, Reggie,” Bones whispered, his chest heaving in the steam.

Reginald went quiet, wondering what that meant. He’d implied many times that he didn’t like when Reginald slept hard but he’d never considered it could mean anything bad. Not the kind of bad he was sensing. All this time he’d thought it was his snoring or something, Reginald had even joked about it and Bones…. Shit. Bones never said anything.

  “What happened, Bones?”

  “Nothing, Reggie,” he whispered.

Reginald passed a hand over his shoulders in an effort to soothe whatever bothered Bones. He rubbed at the muscles in his neck, feeling the rock hard tension. What could have happened? A nightmare?

Reginald felt an odd tug in his stomach. He looked down as Bones lowered his hand and wrapped their cock in a tight grip.

Excitement and fear made it jerk, and he loosened his grip a little. “Can I, Reggie?”

Reginald watched as he stroked softly along the length, sending heat to make it pulse in answer.

“What are you going to do?” Reginald wondered, scared.

“I just… I promise not to hurt you, Reggie. Do you trust me?”

God. Reginald’s stomach trembled with terror at what he’d make him endure. But Bones’ need for Reginald to trust him made him brave. “I do, Bones.”

“You can,” he whispered, stroking along his cock slowly. When he reached the base, he squeezed with a rhythmic hunger, forcing the blood and growing heat to make it impossibly hard. He used his other hand to capture the entire head then moved it in circles over it, drawing his finger along the sensitive ridge.

Reginald’s breath shuddered out in several gushes as fear and lust met eagerly.

  “Feels good, Reggie?”

The hunger in his deep voice reverberated in his chest and licked like a fire in his balls. Reginald closed his eyes still rigid with fear all while he longed to really trust Bones. But God he could be terrifying.

The instinct to help Bones restored some of his courage. He let his head fall back and rest on the shower wall, his breaths coming faster at what Bones did. He wasn’t hurting him but the fear that he would hovered at the edges of his mind, causing his muscles to tremble in suspense.

“Relax, Reggie.” The strict order held him still as he slid a tight fist along his cock. When he got to the base, he pushed hard into his body with a grunt and Reginald pushed back. “That’s it.”

“Jesus,” Reginald gasped when Bones captured the head of his cock again, his fingers sliding rapidly along the wet edge. Reginald’s breaths came louder and faster as Bones stroked him relentlessly, right where it made it burn with a strange hunger. “Bones,” Reginald gasped, when the fire stole his breath.

Bones released the base of his cock and swiftly captured his balls. The greedy sound in his breaths and touch sent lust to knot his stomach and steal the strength from his legs. More deep groans reverberated from Bones as his thick fingers pressed onto the opening of his rectum. Reginald held his breath, dizzy with the pulse he created at the opening.

The hand circling the head of his cock suddenly became like an iron vice and jackhammered along his shaft. Bones pinned him against the shower, hot breaths filling his ear.

Reginald gasped on the rage of heat scraping his insides.

“You want this?” Bones barely pushed his finger into the opening of his butt and Reginald lifted his leg in answer.

  “Tell me,” Bones growled.

Reginald ’s breaths turned sharper as Bones’ finger pressed with eager hunger while his other hand jackhammered on his cock. “Fuck, Bones,” he strained, looking down at his hand moving at that speed.

Reginald saw her as clear as day, on her knees, her pretty mouth around his cock.

Bones gave an angry growl and shoved his finger inside, knuckle deep, shattering the vision. His nails became vicious teeth along his cock and the burning pain mixed with the impossible heat that churned until it tore out of him in a strained roar.

Winded and dizzy, he braced a palm on the shower wall, vaguely aware the water had gone cold. Bones stroked along the back of Reginald’s neck as he heaved in the aftermath of the strange gratification. His eyes remained clenched shut, and he wasn’t sure he wanted to open them again. The burning on his cock and in his ass said there was probably blood.

Bones slowly pulled his finger out and Reginald stood there, waiting for what he’d do next. Was he done?

Reginald realized Bones had grabbed the soap and lathered his hands. Usually Reginald did the washing but he wasn’t going to interrupt as Bones covered their body with soap. But the motions felt more like careful touching, not washing.

Where was his mind? How did he feel about what he’d just done? For Reginald it was awkward, but it was all new to him. Did Bones think he was mad or didn’t like it?

Reginald tried to hear his thoughts but ran into a wall of silence. He’d closed himself off.

“You were right,” Reginald finally whispered.

Bones adjusted the water to hot, but not too hot, and moved under the shower.

“I’m sure I’ll never have an orgasm like that again.”

Bones placed his palms on the shower wall and lowered his head under the water. The heavy weight of darkness inside him, pressed against Reginald.

“Talk to me Bones,” Reginald begged quietly.

He stood there in the water, barely shaking his head. The slight gesture felt impossible for him.

“Listen to me, Bonesy,” Reginald tried again. “I know bad things happened. I know you did bad things. But you can trust me. I won’t leave you, I won’t hate you. I won’t run. I won’t hide.”

Reginald waited in the long silence.

  “You should,” Bones finally whispered.

Reginald reached up and stroked a hand along the back of Bones neck and squeezed. “I can’t.” He petted the wet hair softly. “You know I can’t.”

Again he waited for his response.

  “Why?” he wondered, sounding confused.

Emotion heated up their chest and Reginald struggled to breathe. “You know I love you, Bonesy.”

Bones barely shook his head, a dry chuckle escaping him. “Nobody loves me,” he barely said. “You’re not even real, Reggie boy.” He lifted his face to the shower. “You’re a fucking ghost.”

  ****

Reginald couldn’t speak for the next thirty minutes. Mostly because he d
idn’t know what to say. And when he did know what to say, he couldn’t say it because he was too furious to talk. You’re not real, Reggie boy. You’re a fucking ghost.

And you’re a fucking bastard, Bones. You’re a mean, cruel, bastard. Reginald couldn’t remember ever being so pissed in his existence. Not real? Is that what he was? He called utter bullshit on that, but there was no doubt in his mind Bones believed it. And how dare he believe that stupidity?

Reginald quit. He wasn’t doing anything anymore. He could be normal without him. Can’t wait to see him do that.

Bones walked with coffee out onto the back porch of their miserable home and sat his miserable ass on that miserable rusty metal chair. “What’s your problem?” Bones muttered, cupping his hands around the large black mug of nasty, wake-the-dead brew Reginald kindly let him defile their body with every morning before having a normal cup.

  Don’t talk to me.

Bones gave a chuckle and lowered his head. “Don’t tell me you’re pissed about what I did to you.”

Did to him? Clueless imbecile. Why would I care if you jack yourself off and fuck yourself in the ass, Bones?

Bones shrugged a shoulder. “Take it you liked it then.”

He took a sip of the coffee and Reginald spit it out. “And I take it you’re crazier than I realized,” Reginald said out loud, disregarding their little unspoken rule of verbalizing one at a time to avoid looking “crazy”.

“I see you’re truly pissed at me.” He smiled. “It’s almost like we’re an old married couple.”

“You wish,” Reginald said. “I wouldn’t marry you if you were the last insane man on the planet.”

  “Course you wouldn’t.”

“You’re a fucking bastard,” Reginald said at hearing the you couldn’t because you’re a ghost in his tone. “I’m not a ghost, I’m real.” Reginald poked his chest roughly, making sure he felt just how real.

Bones laughed, and Reginald jerked the coffee cup forward, shooting the hot liquid in his face. It was his turn to laugh boisterously as Bones wiped his face. Oh, the burning was so worth it.

They both jerked their head at the sound of knocking on the front door.

“Who the hell is that?” Bones muttered.

Reginald wondered the same, his heart immediately racing. Nobody knocked on that door. Ever. “Thomas, maybe?”

“Thomas doesn’t come to this house, he calls,” Bones reminded quietly as they crept their way around the house and peeked through the bush at the corner.

Reginald spotted yellow hair. It was the girl. Cinnamon.

Bones spun around and Reginald stopped him dead in his tracks. “Don’t fight me Reggie,” Bones whispered.

“How could I Bones? I’m not real.”

There was a moment’s hesitation before Bones pushed into Reginald, knocking him off balance. “Is that what your problem is, Reggie? I hurt your feelings?”

Reginald’s anger spiked and he slammed his weight into their body in the opposite direction, putting him on his ass.

“God dammit, Reggie,” he hissed, grabbing him around his throat.

“Gonna choke yourself now, Bonesy?” Reginald remembered he had as much right in that body as he did. “Hey!” he yelled to Cinnamon, pushing Bones into the ground and pressing him with all his weight.

Bones rolled with him left and Reginald copied him in the opposite direction.

“Oh my God, are you okay?” a voice said behind them.

They both froze, gasping with their face pressed into the ground. “Sorry,” Reginald said when Bones refused to speak. “I was… “

“Being a little pussy,” Bones, muttered, holding him down still.

  “What?” she asked, coming closer.

Reginald grunted and hissed in his mind, Get the fuck off me I swear I’ll tell her everything about us.

God I’m going to hurt you later.

A weight lifted off of Reginald and he made his way to his feet, brushing his overalls off. “There was a… little pussy…” At seeing the look in her eyes as she stared at his body, he remembered he wasn’t really dressed for work yet. Bones didn’t wear a shirt under his coveralls until he hit the graveyard. She appeared out of breath suddenly and Reginald recognized the look from the other day, the appreciative one, only it was multiplied times ten and made his cock hard.

  “A-are you o-okay?”

Reginald’s cock throbbed with a need all of its own. “There was a… cat in the bush.”

“A cat?” Her green eyes flashed up to his and Reginald felt Bones engaging now too, his eyes scanning her body.

You better be nice. Reginald gestured to the bush. “Yeah, I thought it was a possum.”

She took in his body again, making him need things in that second. “You were fighting it?”

Her forehead puckered a little and she licked her pretty lips. He stared at them and his brain had him in the shower again and her mouth on his cock.

Bones barked a laugh and she jumped a little. “Sorry,” Reginald said, raising a hand. “I just… I find you… fuckable. Fucking Christ,” Reginald muttered, turning around as Bones laughed. “I’m sorry,” Reginald said, shaking his head while Bones laughed still. “I’ve been at this graveyard way too long. Maybe I am crazy,” he said.

  “It’s okay,” she said softly.

“Of course it’s okay,” Bones muttered. Go ahead, Reggie. Turn around and see how she liked that. She’s ready to be fucked by the crazy man tending the graves. Bet she’d like it on her brother’s grave.

“Stop it,” Reginald grit, turning to face her.

See what I mean? Bones said. There it is. Did you notice her nipples are hard?

  Reginald did. God he did.

Yeah take a good look at what you’ll never touch, Reggie. I’ll cut this dick off before you do.

“Did you come for a reason?” Reginald forced out of his mouth. “Or did you just want to come on my cock,” Bones added.

She gasped and Reginald forced his head lower, shaking it with his eyes clenched, groaning in pain from the holes he’d bit into Bone’s tongue.

“Sorry,” Reginald gasped, looking at her. “My mind isn’t right some days.”

“It’s… it’s okay,” she whispered, looking concerned. “I should go. I was coming by to let you know that I’d be doing something new at my brother’s grave. Didn’t want you to think…” Her eyes lowered to his groin and she swallowed.

Reginald looked down to see his hard on pushing through the overalls. He shoved his hands in his pockets and pulled the material away from it. Jesus. Bones bit his tongue when he went to apologize, pissing Reginald off again. He fought Bones. “I’m… s-s-s-s-s-SORRY!” he finally got out, gasping from the effort.

Reginald jumped when she hurried to him and put a hand on his arm. “Hey, you’re okay. Look at me, now,” she said softly, concern puckering her brows. “Nobody’s perfect and you…” her head went in small circles as she fought to find the words, “well, nobody’s perfect. You don’t have to try so hard. Don’t worry about what people think of you,” she went on in hushed tones.

While Bones was momentarily stumped with her strange behavior, Reginald devoured everything about her. She smelled edible and wow, her eyes weren’t green but blue with yellow in the center. “You’re so beautiful.”

Reginald panicked when he heard his thought out loud. But then she smiled and wiped away his fears as she stepped back with her cheeks red and her grin growing by the second until she gave a small laugh. “That’s sweet of you.”

“She’s a fucking pig,” Bones burst. “Oh God, my mother!” Reginald hurried when her eyes grew wide like he’d slapped her. “My mother was a pig… lover,” Reginald finished at seeing insulting his mother wasn’t any better. “Loved pigs to death. She had many for pets.”

“Okay,” she said, still looking unsure.

“What’s your name?” Reginald hurried. “If you don’t mind me asking.”

  “Winter. Winte
r Rose.”

“Winter Rose,” Reginald repeated, loving her name and mesmerized with how quickly her green eyes went from clear to cloudy.

“Winter Rose Brown,” she mumbled, lowering her head then peeking up at him. “I know, you don’t have to say it. Like a pretty song until the Brown. Then it’s like…

“Like the record scratches,” Bones said, making the obnoxious screeching noise. Bastard. “I bet that’s what all the dumb fucking assholes used to say?” Reginald asked.

She giggled and lowered her eyes, flooding him with relief. “Something like that.”

“Do you want to…” Bones grabbed his balls and Reginald turned to stifle his agonizing groan and fighting to get his hand unlatched. “Do you… want to have dinner sometime?” Reginald had to yell to pry the words from his mouth.

  “Oh, I… I can’t,” she said. “I’m… I have to work. A lot.”

With the decline, Bones settled and Reginald turned, searching her face for more answers. “When you’re not working,” he hurried.

She glanced over her shoulder as though worried, then looked around. “I… I really can’t,” she said, like she wished she could. “I have a job,” she repeated. “I never know when I’m gonna have to work. Crazy hours.”

“What do you do?” Reginald asked. “Suck cocks?” Bones shot out. “Fuck, Bones, really?” Reginald grit, lowering his head.

  “Who’s Bones?”

“I am,” Reginald said. “Reginald Bones.” Please, I’m begging you, Bones. Let me be normal. Please!

“It was nice to see you again,” she said, turning. “I’ll be back this afternoon. I have to start the new ritual,” she said, looking at him over her shoulder as she walked.

“Okay,” Reginald said, back to happy. “I’ll… I’ll be here.” He bit on his tongue in case Bones wanted to add something that would stop her.

“Bye then,” she said, fully turning away from him.

Bones fought to speak and Reginald held his jaw clamped tight then marched his ass to the back porch. When they were out of danger, he let go.

“You little fucking prick,” Bones seethed, pacing up and down the porch, his fists opening and closing. “Ohhhh, ho, Reggie, Reggie, you little mother fuuuucker, I’m going to kick your ass!”
