Adva: Snow Queen Retold (Shadow Immortals MC Book 3) Page 5

by Daniela Jackson

Soon, the squeals of all the girls drift down to my ears.

My eyes slide over Adva and fix on her round belly. My heart jumps up to my throat. She is pregnant.

“You’ll have a son, Conah,” Rive says. “Happy?”

I’m speechless. A son. My son. Tears prick my eyes.

Kadmiel leaps at Rive and lifts her off the floor. “I missed you like hell, baby.”

“Me too,” Rive says as her face lights up and her legs wrap around his waist.

She is a nice little mermaid now and I see the ocean of love in her emerald eyes. This separation did her good apparently.

I step towards my wife and put my hands on her head. “How are you?”

  “Fine,” she says.

  “And the baby?”

Adva takes my hand and puts it on her belly. I feel the baby’s fierce energy.

“A little warrior,” Adva says. “Crude like you.”

“You love crude warriors,” I say and wink at her.

She rolls her eyes. I take her wrist and plant a kiss on her knuckles. She flashes me a half-smile that can mean anything.

“You must be hungry,” I say.

She shakes her head, chewing her lower lip.

“So maybe you could rest or something,” I say. I hold her hand and feel it tremble in mine. “The boys and I have built another extension. There’s a nice bedroom, a bathroom, a box room and a kitchen. Come on. I’ll show you around.” I pull her gently and we walk out of the clubhouse.

I can’t wait to have her only for myself. My hard dick can’t wait to be in her tight hot pussy to be precise.

Micah approaches us as we pick our way between flower urns. He buries Adva in his embrace and massages her pregnant belly with his palm.

  “Finally,” Micah says.

“Missed me?” Adva rolls her eyes.

“Declan missed you very much,” Micah says.

Adva pulls back, stands opposite him and raises her hands, palms facing the sky. A few sun’s rays penetrate past the leaves of the oak tree and licks her skin.

“They need me only as a good granny,” she says and nods at me.

“We need a good granny,” Micah says and scratches his shaved head.

Adva shakes her head as Micah slaps me on the back and walks off.

I lead Adva to the extension. It’s made of red brick and wood. Heavy brown shutters adorn the windows and two concrete pillars hold the roof above the front door.

  “Next to Talia’s,” Adva says.

  “Do you like it?”

“Yes.” Her eyes sweep over the façade. “Kind of futuristic.”

I chuckle. “Kind of. My own design. It’s not very big though.”

  “It will do.”

I pull her to me and throw my arm over her back. Her body shivers against mine. Her smell circles around me as sweet and intoxicating as a sip of aphrodisiac.

  “I thought I’d go mad,” I say.

  “I needed time.”

  “I know.”

We enter our kitchen. Adva sweeps her eyes over the raw wood that adorns the interior—two pillars hold the wooden ceiling and arched niches accommodate two cupboards.

  “It feels warm,” she says.

I wanted it to be our perfect little nest so I chose warm greens and light browns.

I pull her towards our bedroom. It’s decorated in an oriental style—I wanted something rich and bringing an impression of an expensive bordello to one’s head.

Adva sighs. “Very red and golden. Very sophisticated.”

“Maybe you’d prefer something more marine?”

“No, it’s unique. I like it.”

I set her back against my chest as my hard cock almost rips the front of my jeans apart. I nuzzle my nose against her hair and inhale her—seaweed, violets and her own musk. Blood thumps in my ears. My hand travels to her round stomach, and I massage it in gentle circles.

“Heather is happy,” I say. “Thank you.”

“She’s my daughter. That’s my job as a mother to make her happy.”

  “Can I be your husband?”

She stiffens in my arms. “I’ll try to love you.”

That’s not what I wanted to hear from her. I fucking love her like mad. Why can’t she love me back? We’re meant to be together like two halves of one soul.

“That’s a good beginning.” I kiss the top of her head. “I’m thinking…”

  “Yes?”

“Maybe we could do something together when you’re strong enough.”

“I’m not sick just pregnant. By the way, there’ll be a party in the evening.”

  “Right. So maybe tomorrow?”

  “Okay.”

I scoop her up in my arms and lay her on the bed. “Rest.” I perch on the bed and massage her naked feet.

“Okay.” She flashes me a smile and rolls on her side.

I scratch my head. “I’ll make you a cup of tea.”

She nods and I feel like I’m five.

  “Ginger and lemon,” she says.

I rush to the kitchen and explore the cupboards. Yara and Murray bought everything for me—plates, bowls, mugs, food. They marked every box, bottle, or bag with a highlighter so I know the stuff inside. They taught me how to prepare tea for Adva. I’m going to surprise my wife.

As I walk into the bedroom with a mug in my hand, Adva inhales deeply and closes her eyes. A half-smile plays on her sinfully beautiful lips.

  “I’m impressed,” she says.

I perch on the bed as she sits up and takes the mug from my hand. She takes a sip and flashes me a bright smile.

I want to touch her, but I don’t want to ruin this nice thing between us now so I restrain myself. I just watch her sip the tea.

“Very good,” she says. “Exactly how I love it.”

I wink at her. “I’m at your service, sweetheart.” I lower my head and plant a kiss on her stomach. “And you little man, be a good boy.”

Adva chuckles and I stare at her.

Twenty minutes later, Yara invades my house without knocking, but I’m not surprised. Kai does the same thing. You can get used to it, I guess.

“Come on, you two,” she gasps. “The food is on the table.”

Adva changes her clothes and we go to the clubhouse. Joy sizzles in the air as we walk in. Heather and Kadmiel’s daughters bustle around the tables as all the people spread out to take their seats.

My family can celebrate, no doubt. The kids scream, the women laugh, the men rumble. It’s nice. Music starts to play and Micah invites his wife to a dance. Chants and squeals accompany him. He yanks Talia to him and they bend, evoking a wave of hoots. Micah kisses his wife passionately and the kids pretend that they’re throwing up.

I lean towards my wife. “You want to dance?”

“You can’t dance.” A half-smile plays on her lips.

  “How do you know this?”

“I’ve seen Kadmiel’s attempts to dance. That was embarrassing.”

“So maybe you could teach me.”

Adva looks at me, the depth of the dark ocean pervading her glance and I feel like a little boy once again.

I kiss her cheek. “Come on. Let’s dance. Let’s have some fun.” I rise to my feet and pull her towards the dance floor. Kai and Murray clap their hands. “You see. Let’s give them some entertainment.”

“You’re gonna give them entertainment for sure,” Adva says and tilts her head. A mischievous flicker dances in her eyes. “Don’t trample my feet.”

I brush my lips against hers. “Love your commanding attitude.” I kiss her knuckles. “I’m at your mercy, my queen.”

  Adva

His arm seizes me around the waist as his ravenous desire for me pricks every molecule of my body.

He is so much in love with me. Every glance, every touch, every breath radiate his love for me. He doesn’t even try to hide it. That amazes me, intrigues me and fills my heart with warmth. His nervousness touches my soul. He really is t
rying.

Heather watches us with tension on her face so I cling to him and put my hands over his shoulder blades. Her face lights up and she flashes me a bright smile. I see her drop onto the bar stool beside Theo and put her hands neatly on her lap. Her eyes trail circles with us as we sway around the dance floor. I rest my cheek against Conah’s chest.

I don’t want to disappoint Heather. She’s my little girl after all. She deserves happy parents.

She’s been with me for five months, giving me warmth, love and patience even though she hated being wrapped in the leaves of sea grass and hated singing even more. The sea is my environment—Heather was always cold and she struggled with breathing underwater. One of the mermen wanted to help her, but she almost decapitated him, so the men kept their distance.

She confessed to me that she had a crush on Theo.

Well, he’s too old to notice her, and she’s too young to be interested in him.

Conah strokes my head and brushes my temple with his hot lips. “What are you thinking about?”

A tingle runs down my spine. “About Heather.”

“She’s kind of ill-mannered, but I’ll make sure she behaves herself.”

“No, she’s a really nice girl. It’s just that—“

“What? Did she upset you or something?”

“No. She’s just wild. Wild like you. She needs a mother to soften.”

“I did what I could.” There’s torment in his eyes.

“She had knives and swords instead of dolls when she was a young child.”

Conah flashes me a grin. “She loved hunting demons with me.”

“Really? She told me she’d been scared of demons and she’d had no girly clothes.”

“Why would she need any girly bullshit? Our lifestyle required useful clothing.”

I shake my head as we stop on the edge of the dance floor. We stare at each other. He really treats her like she’s his clone and my God, he can’t see anything wrong about this.

“I want to do big shopping for her,” I demand.

“Alright. We can go tomorrow.” Conah nods and kisses my forehead.

We sway in rhythm of the music as he encloses me in his arms and grunts into my ear.

“So good with you,” he says. “Everything feels so normal. So delicious at the same time.”

His hands move down my back, and he squeezes my ass.

  “Behave,” I say.

  “Kiss me.”

  “Later.” I roll my eyes.

“Kiss me now or I’ll die.”

“Well, I don’t want any corpses on me.” I rise on my tiptoes and press my lips against his.

He grunts into my mouth and his love for me floods me. I feel dizzy then euphoric.

  “Conah…”

“I fucking want to hear you moan my name when I’m inside you.”

  Conah

Adva’s eyes radiate warmth. Her wisdom and royal power surge through me like a gust of wind. She is a queen. She’ll always be a queen. My queen.

I settle myself in the couch and pull her onto my lap, stroking her belly. My hard dick wants to jump out of my pants. My balls are painful. I can’t focus on anything other than the prospect of fucking my wife tonight.

  I’m addicted to her.

I will always be addicted to her.

I plant a kiss on her neck and she shivers against me. Her face turns to mine as her lips part. Fuck me. My wife is the most beautiful woman on earth.

I nibble on her earlobe. “I need to be inside you.”

“Here?” Her eyebrows arch as her lips form a line.

“Somewhere private. I’ll go mad, woman.”

“The party is not over yet.”

“Let’s sneak out for a few minutes.”

Adva strokes my cheek and I realise I have no authority over her. She has the absolute authority over me.

  Her eyes widen. “It’s gone.”

  “What?”

  “My submission to your kind.”

“So what?” My mind is blurry and her scent pulsates within me. “Adva, baby, I’ll do anything. Give me one quick fuck. That’s all I’m asking for.”

“Alright. What about polishing the floor in the kitchen, huh?”

  “The floor?”

  “Yes, it’s dirty.”

I nod. “We’ve got a deal.” I can’t polish a floor for shit, but I can learn. It can’t be that difficult.

Adva smirks at me. I see more flickers that are mischievous in her eyes.

“Three times a week,” she says.

  “Alright.”

“You’ll take me on a shopping trip twice a month,” she says. “You’ll bring me to my kingdom twice a year.”

  “We’ve got a deal.”

She turns her head and watches Theo. My daughter is clearly pissing him off, but the guy’s trying hard not to be rude to her. Well, she can be irritating sometimes. I know something about this.

Heather grabs Rebel and smothers him with hugs and kisses like he’s her favourite teddy bear. The boy snorts and giggles as Theo chuckles.

Heather leans towards him, Rebel squeezed between them, and she talks to him. I’ll bet Theo will vanish in two minutes. My daughter can burble.

  Adva

Heather turned seventeen two months ago. I’m sure Theo is very aware of that fact. I can see how uncomfortable he feels around her now.

I see him sweep his eyes over her.

Heather is a pretty girl. Theo winces and averts his face. Right, he has just noticed that my stepdaughter is a young woman. A beautiful woman. Oh dear.

I know everything about everybody. That’s my job after all. I watch over them and interfere when needed.

Conah grazes my chin. “Adva, baby, can we go now?”

I turn my face to his. “Did you think about Heather’s future?”

  “What future?”

“Like normal social life? Occupation. Family.”

“She’s a warrior. She doesn’t need that stuff.”

He is so serious I burst into laughter. My God. His daughter is growing up and he hasn’t even noticed that.

  “What?” He kisses my cheek.

  “Nothing.”

I feel like I’ve found my place in life, like I’ve found my purpose.

“I’ll fix everything,” I say and peck Conah’s cheek. “Everything you’ve messed up so far.”

“You’re my queen,” he says and waves his hand in a gallant gesture.

I throw my arms around his neck and rest my forehead against his. “We should sneak out of here.”

  “We should.”

  “I’ll go through the kitchen.”

  “I’ll go through the attic.”

  Conah

I catch up with her in our kitchen. She giggles like a teenager as I pull her dress over her head and toss it over the chair. My eyes roam over her round stomach and pride surges through me. My woman is pregnant with me. I fucked this baby into her. I’m gonna fuck at least three more babies into her. I scoop her up in my arms and carry her to our bedroom, laying her on the bed. She unhooks her bra and wiggles out of her panties then sits on her heels. I peel off my clothes and sit in front of her with one knee bent, gliding my palm over her full breast.

“You like what you see?” she teases.

“I love everything about you.” I hold my dick and give it a squeeze.

  She sighs. “I know.”

Her arms wrap around my neck and she presses her lips against mine. We kiss slowly like we have eternity for this one kiss.

“Tell me what to do?” I ask.

“You don’t know what to do?” Adva tilts her head and smirks.

  “I mean you’re pregnant and everything…”

I sit on my heels as she holds my hard cock, stroking me up and down. Her fingers caress the head and squeeze one of my balls. My body shivers and a drop of precum emerges from the tip of my cock. Adva turns her back to me and sits on my lap with her knees on either side of my body. My co
ck throbs against her lower back.

“That’s what I was thinking about,” I say.

Her arms encircle my neck as I stroke her breasts, rolling her nipples. My hand travels to her mound and I run my finger along her slit, tasting her arousal. My inner warrior growls in excitement.

Our lips meet. Adva lifts her hips and slides on my cock. Slowly, inch by inch.

Heat shoots to my toes, and my mind spins.

“Fuck,” I growl as her cunt clamps around my cock.

Adva grinds her bottom against my hips and moans. I’m on the brink.

“Don’t move,” I say, making her chuckle.

She sinks her fingers into my hair and lays her head on my shoulder as I caress her big tits. My thumbs circle her nipples. My fingers pinch them. Her sweet moans fill the air. Her smell diffuses into my lungs as my heartbeat speeds up.

I search for her clitoris and rub my thumb against her swollen nub. She’s drenched. She pulls at my hair, arching her back against my chest.

I am on the right track.

I massage her sensitive point harder and her breathing accelerates. She moves her hips up and down, every stroke of my cock against her walls like bliss.

I pinch her clit and she lets out a long moan. Her cunt contracts around my cock. I’m insane. I hook her under her arms and move her up and down on my cock. My orgasm rolls over me like a violent storm.

  Chapter 5

  Conah

We lie down on the bed, facing the same direction.

“So you’re going to be my wife, right?”

  “Yes.”

  “Forever?”

  “You’ll get bored with me.”

  “Never.”

“We’ll see tomorrow. Kadmiel hates doing shopping with me.”

“I love shopping.” Pain jabs the side of my chest. Right. I’m not allowed to lie. “I’ll learn to love shopping.” I kiss her shoulder. “The moment Heather was born I knew I wanted a family. A real family. You’ll be happy with me, I promise.” I shower her face and head with kisses and she wiggles and giggles. “What do you think about starting business?”

  “What kind of business?”

“I want to be a builder.”

“Kadmiel wants to be a mechanic.”

I nod. “We could work like decent men.”

  “Like humans.”
