It was glorious and torture. At the same time Vicus was kissing them both and his hands—oh damn, those hands!—were spreading Ran’s legs wide, stroking, touching his thighs, caressing. It wasn’t long before Ran was panting and whining, needing more. Vicus gave him what he needed, cupping his balls and rubbing them, then leaning down and nibbled and sucked.
Ran saw stars as he came, body jerking and taut, head back, crying out in pleasure.
Extraordinary. Amazing. He couldn’t wait for more!
Fortunately, his mates didn’t stop. Deakin was groaning as he nipped on Ran’s nipples, thrusting his body back. Looking down, Ran could see Vicus was prepping their mate and panted a little more at the sight.
He was startled when a large finger rubbed against his hole and blinked up at Vicus. Man, the Avenger was multi-talented. That was the last coherent thought Ran had as the finger slid in. Then he was groaning and thrusting up, hard again, needing more, his body going into overdrive.
He needed to claim his mate. His wolf spirit was healing and the mating need had begun, and was now hitting him hard. Ran groaned and clutched at Deakin, body spinning out of control.
“What’s wrong?” Deak squeaked, flushed.
“Our mate is feeling the wolf need. He needs to claim us. And he shall. Have our wolf, mate.” Vicus now had three fingers inside and wasn’t hurrying.
Deak grinned and swung a leg over Ran’s hips, hands going to his chest. “Mine. All mine.”
Vicus wrapped an arm around Deak from behind. “Ours, my feisty sprite.”
“Ugh, right, yeah, mine.”
Ran grinned until another clawing need hit him. “I’m anyone’s right now!”
That got a reaction and growl from both mates. His erection was covered in lube and held in a big, warm hand, and then Ran felt Deakin’s hole press against his head and panted, so needing inside his mate. Deakin popped himself down past the first muscle, hands gripping Ran’s chest. He breathed for a moment, Ran managing to get his hands up and stroking, soothing his mate. With a smile and sigh, Deakin began moving and didn’t stop until his butt was flush against Ran’s thighs. They both groaned at the amazing feel.
Deakin was hot and tight, squeezing Ran’s erection. He couldn’t help but thrust and didn’t protest when Deakin began slowly riding him, sliding on Ran and leaning down to kiss him so lovingly, so full of passion.
When his legs were moved up and lifted over hard thighs, and a hot, lubed erection pressed against his own hole, Ran just remembered to breathe out in time as it pushed against his muscle, not stopping until just inside. With Deakin riding Ran in that sensual, slow way, any discomfort and pinch of pain he may have felt from the size of Vicus was reduced to minimal.
He groaned, one arm flung back, one hand gripping Deakin’s thigh as Vicus bottomed out inside him.
Man, the mate was frigging humongous! And felt sooo good.
After that it was a blur of moans, groans, and sensations. What began as slow, sensual lovemaking turned into a heated vortex between the three, driving them to heights none had ever imagined. It was like their bodies were entwining, little threads sinking into one another. Ran’s canines dropped. He ached. He needed. His body was so tight, full of sensations. He came with a cry, grabbing Deak blindly.
“Claim me again, babe. This time, leave the mark where everyone can see it,” Deakin said breathlessly. “Lordy, Lord, I’m coming.”
Ran did as his mate said, scenting Deakin’s release and feeling it over his chest and stomach. He jerked Deakin down and with a quick, instinctual snap of his mouth, sunk his teeth into the man’s smooth neck, high enough positioned that it would show above the collar of one of Deakin’s snazzy work shirts.
“Oh my Gods!” Deakin screamed out and came again, his channel squeezing Ran’s cock.
Vicus growled, his erection still inside Ran as he kissed and nibbled along Deakin’s back, stroking, loving on him. When Deakin was plaint and boneless, Vicus lifted their mate up and nuzzled his mouth with his own, kissing in a tender way. Deak sighed and smiled, lifting himself off Ran, and lay down next to them.
Ran reached out a hand and took one of Deak’s in his.
Then Vicus began moving and the clawing need hit back with full force, demanding, needing his other mate to claim and be claimed. The sight of Vicus over him, his normally light complexion flushed, his golden eyes practically glowing, that beautiful white hair out and wild, coupled with that humongous cock hitting him in the right spot had Ran climaxing, his free arm thrown back, body twisting slightly sideways, legs wrapped around Vicus’s thighs and holding tight.
His canines ached desperately. Vicus’s movements were harder, deeper, faster. He took Ran with passion and adoration, hands still touching, tweaking, stroking, and gripping. Ran cried out and grabbed for his mate, needing to claim him. Vicus complied, lowering his head and giving Ran his long throat. Ran didn’t hesitate. He sunk his fangs in and lapped at the Avengers rich, full blood, needing it. He felt Vic jerk, his cock spurt hot spunk inside and filled Ran.
As Ran came down from that high, his eyes snapped open as he heard a low, deep growl and found his mate’s gorgeous face close to his own, those golden eyes glowing.
“Mine.”
Vicus struck fast, his teeth sinking deep into Ran where shoulder met neck. The Avenger pounded inside him, coming again as Ran did from the claiming bite, his free arm wrapping around Vicus’s neck and holding on for the ride before everything dimmed and lights shot off in front of his eyes.
Chapter Seven
“Oh, donuts, that is so hot! I want some more.”
Ran frowned, nose twitching. He’d blacked out, he was sure of it. Until he heard Deakin’s voice. And not out loud, but inside his head. He turned and glanced at Deak, who lay on his side, eyes wide, lust permeating the air. They still held hands.
Vicus stirred on top of Ran. Thankfully he wasn’t squashing, most of his weight to the side. His cock had gone down enough that when he moved off Ran and to his other side, he slid out. That was a bit of a weird feeling, and disappointing.
He frowned again. “How did I hear you in my head, babe?”
“We’re all fully joined now. We can hear the thoughts of each other when we do not block, and very occasionally, catch glimpses of thoughts and feelings.” Vicus slid fingers into Ran’s hair and toyed with the strands.
“Wow, for real? What am I thinking?” Deakin sat up, crossed his legs and pulled a “thinking face.”
Ran grinned, having no idea what his mate was thinking, just that he looked cute and ruffled sitting there in that pose naked.
“You are thinking about filing systems and chocolate.” Vicus pulled Ran closer so they were pressed tightly together. “And now that it would be fun to have chocolate in bed and poured over us as long as there was a protective throw away sheet on the bed so as not to damage the linens.”
Deak nodded and asked about how he could hear their thoughts. While Vicus explained that, Ran thought of the stickiness drying on him, a hot shower, and a beer. As he thought, he carefully began extracting himself from Vicus, and after three minutes found he had to do the same as when Deakin was holding him. Which was to wiggle and slide downwards, out of his mate’s arms. As quick as that, he rushed to the bathroom so neither thought to grab him. Deakin often had tried to after Ran wiggled free.
He got the shower to himself for all of a minute and a half, then his mates were there and he couldn’t tell who was touching who and even if it was lube or soap that was getting passed around. Then he was passed between his mates as first Deakin had him up against Vicus’s solid chest, Ran practically howling and clawing for more, and just as Deakin finished inside him and sagged, Vicus took his turn, placing Ran against the shower wall face first.
Afterwards, he didn’t recall much, his body loose and satisfied. He remembered snuggling into the big bed naked and Deakin rushing around saying something about organizing dinner and didn’t Vicus know you couldn’t
plan a dinner with two hours’ notice!
When Ran woke he was alone and clothes had been laid out for him on a bench at the end of the bed. As they were perfectly pressed and labelled, as was Ran’s forehead, which was a bitch to get off, he guessed Deakin had an OCD moment brought on by the thought of organizing dinner with two hours’ notice. Probably Vicus would learn from this experience and not be so spontaneous next time.
Downstairs he sniffed and followed his nose into a good size room that was relaxed and unpretentious—comfortable though. Vicus, Deakin, Drax, Lacy, River, Eber, Tripp and Trekk Croggen, Urian and his mate-seer Finn were all relaxed and chatting. Spotting a bar, he ambled over and looked around for Luka. Drax quirked a brow at him.
“Beer?” he asked.
“Yeah, and none of that imported shit.”
There was another huge, industrial-type fridge that held so much alcohol, all he could do was stare a moment. He snapped out of it though when spotting his favorite kind of beer, and grabbed one for Drax also.
The dinner went well and even Deakin didn’t have any meltdowns. After he sat quietly talking to Drax about the training, and even listened without panicking over the training to use his calming gift. It seemed extensive and excessive, but what did he know? Absolutely nothing about training, and he trusted Drax. They were family. He felt that deep inside.
Just like he did for his mates, and even their families. Having claimed both and been claimed, they were fully connected and it made a huge difference, to Deak also, by the feel. He wasn’t being possessive and territorial, though he did give the stink eye a few times when someone went to touch Ran in a friendly way.
After, Vicus had important Avenger work to do and took Eber with him to the offices they had in the mansion.
“Deakin, Ran.” Lacy stopped them from leaving and waved at the seats opposite her in the family room. “Vicus mentioned that creatures are drawn to Ran and touch him without permission. We see this as a problem that requires immediate elimination.”
“Yes! See, they understand!” Deakin exclaimed, hands waving about. “I was going to buy a witch potion. That should solve it.”
“Yeah, I’m not sure I want a witch potion. No offence, Lacy, but side-effects don’t sound pleasant.”
Lacy smiled. “Yes, Vicus mentioned the witch potion Deakin was wanting. I recommend a distinct spell, one that encompasses a warding to stop creatures touching or feeling like they want to touch Ran, as well as to protect him from harm. I do talismans and spells. I’m not good with potions. My spells, though, are excellent. I am well tutored by Lady Delilah of the Armstrong coven. So I suggest we do that, which is something I do for my siblings also, including a protection spell for Vicus, though he does not believe he requires one. He tolerates my need to take care of him.”
“Okay, okay, sounds good. When will we do that?” Deak whipped out his iPad Mini.
“I will double check my calendar and send you an invitation to the spell casting. I will also do a protection on you, Deakin.”
“Me? No one wants me!”
“I assure you, they will. You are mated to Vicus, an Avenger. He is also an Aston and we are in high demand. And I am sure your mates feel very differently about no one wanting you.”
“I want you.” Ran tapped his mate’s smooth, slender hand, smiling at Deak’s startled expression. “You’re cute and taste delicious, and I love the way you squeal and make smoothies.”
Deak laughed. “I want you too, babe.”
“And, I’ve always admired how you plan everything out, ’cause, babe, we wouldn’t have made it anywhere without everything you do. You’re strong and smart and eccentric.”
“Oh, that’s adorable. Now, I’ve got to get to work, got a late shift at the hospital. Deakin, we will discuss your human brother and I will begin discreet enquiries over finding his mate. Ran, no jumping out windows. Have a good night, brothers.”
They watched wide eyed as Lacy swept out of the room. The witch was awesome.
“Okay, what do we do now?”
“Well, I should organise the pantry—”
“Nah, bo-ring. Let’s see if we can find a television and watch that Supernatural marathon you were wanting to see. We’ll need popcorn, with butter.”
While Deakin made the popcorn, without butter, Ran sniffed a tantalizing scent and followed it through the mansion and stood at a closed door sniffing. It opened a few seconds later, Vicus gazing down at him questioningly.
“Yes, my wolf?”
“We’re making popcorn and watching Supernatural.”
“As you wish.” Vicus ran a hand over Ran’s hair. “I will be there soon.”
“OK. I’ll wait here then for you.”
Vicus frowned down at him. “Is Deakin not waiting to watch the television with you?”
It was Ran’s turn to frown. Hmm, this was a dilemma. His wolf didn’t like his mates in two different places. Ran had an idea and nodded.
“Okay, I’ll get Deakin and be back in a minute.”
Vicus stopped Ran with a hand on his shoulder. “Instead of collecting our mate, the popcorn, and sitting on the floor watching the show on Deakin’s iPad, I will bring my work to the lounge and join you.”
Happy with that, Ran nodded and ambled away, completely trusting that Vicus would do as he said. Because that is what Vicus was like. No deceit, not even minor things no one would consider deceit, like a white lie or evading the truth. Once he and Deakin were in their suite and had the show cued up, Vicus arrived with a laptop and thick folder. Twenty minutes in the movie, the laptop and thick folder had been put aside and the Avenger was leaning forward, eyes narrowed on the screen.
He was appalled. Deakin thought it was hilarious and kept laughing his ass off as Vicus declared that vampires were not like that! And witches did not do that! Ran tried to explain it was just fiction and, though the story line was cool, Deakin and Ran just loved watching Dean and Sam. Vicus growled under his breath about that and proceeded to eat popcorn. Deak cuddled up to him.
That made Ran happy. Both mates here with him, happy and eating, loving on one another.
There would be no more loving on Ran tonight, his butt was still sore from earlier!
Relaxed and with a contented stomach, Ran fell asleep sprawled on a sofa.
* * * *
“What are you doing?” Deakin asked sleepily
Ran jumped back guiltily. “Shh, don’t wake Vicus. I’m real hungry, back in a minute.”
Deak just snuffled a bit and snuggled against their mate’s chest. Ran quickly grabbed his jeans from the floor and bolted before either one woke up properly and forestalled him. He was starving! All that sex made a wolf pup very hungry. And he had a little thing to do which could only be done when Deakin, or anyone else for that matter, weren’t around.
Managing to get out of the apartment without incident, he bolted through the large mansion and skidded into the kitchen, only to yelp and jump to the side as Eber, the big frigging gargoyle, looked at Ran with eyes the same as all the Aston’s.
“What are you up to, pup?”
“Err…hungry?” Ran inched along towards the massive industrial fridge that took up half a wall.
Eber quirked a brow. “Are you asking if I am hungry? Or are you asking if you are?”
“Well…ahhh!”
Jayce stepped out of the fridge, the siren loaded up with containers of food. When Ran gave a cry of surprise, so did Jayce, the containers flung in the air. Eber was quick, grabbing containers and tossing them onto a marble counter top. Ran watched in stunned amazement how quick the gargoyle was, and he didn’t miss a single one! He did claw one, which Jayce wailed over when white stuff came out. Ran smelt yoghurt.
“That was my special yoghurt! Now you’ve had your nasty ass claw in it, it’s ruined!!” The siren could really cause ear drums to bleed.
Eber gave a little snippy growl. “My claws are clean. Eat your damn yoghurt. Now, what are you doing up, Ran?”
r /> “Hungry.” Ran eyed the food up, his stomach growling loudly. “Ugh, any real food here?”
“What are you saying? This isn’t real food? Just because it’s not a carnivore’s wet dream doesn’t mean it’s not real food!” Jayce got a freaky look in his eyes.
Eber held up a clawed finger. “Settle down. Remember how Lacy explained the differences in species and what we each prefer to eat? Well, Ran falls into the same category as Vicus, River, Zander, and myself.”
“Huh, okay. What about Deakin?”
“He’s a vegetarian, so, yeah, he likes all this stuff.” Ran waved a hand at the piles of food Jayce was piling onto his plate and inched towards the fridge. “Real hungry.”
“I can smell your hunger.” Eber got up and came around to the fridge. “See these symbols? This one means vegan or vegetarian.” He moved to the next door. “This one is carnivore. This one is baked goods. And the last is ‘F’ for fresh fruit and vegetables. The freezer is divided up the same way, but with a premade meal section. You are very hungry so we will go to the freezer and select you a few dinners under the carnivore section.”
Ran was wide eyed and glazed. “What? I’m hungry.”
“I told you it would be easier to just put our names on the shelves that have our type of food. But, noooo, you have to go and be tricky and look what happens. We all end up with no fucking clue what’s ours and what’s yours!” Jayce opened a container and grinned. “Oooh, dolmades!”
Ran gagged a little and rubbed his stomach.
Eber sighed and went to a freezer, selected a few containers, and stuck them in different microwaves. Then he got a large bowl and a plate before going to one of the fridge doors and ruffling through, growling a bit.
“Who ate all the bread?”
“I don’t know,” Jayce said with his mouthful. “We should have some dinner rolls in one of the freezers, probably under that stupid baked goods label.”
