“You like that, baby,” he growled. “I know you do.”

“Yes, Sean,” I took every powerful thrust.

“Fuck, you look so good like this. I could stay in that tight cunt all night with your ass bared to me.” His thrust went deeper. “God you have an awesome ass.”

Taking this as my opportunity to move that ass, I gyrated my hips around and he smacked my thigh. “Fuck it. Be a naughty girl and slide your pussy on my cock.”

His hand that had the finger in my ass moved with my body, as I twisted and turn on his hard, thick cock. This was the type of dick that turned women out.

“Yes, Stacey.” He pushed in further. “Twist that ass for me.”

Continuing my motions, he smacked my ass again and commanded, “Turn over.”

Once I turned over with my back on the bed, he positioned himself over me and said, “Spread those legs.”

Once they were spread, he entered me with little warning and I gasped.

“Fuck,” he growled, “You’re so goddamn beautiful.”

“Sean,” I moaned. “Fuck me, Sean.”

He slapped my breasts upward and pinched the nipple as another moan to escape my lips.

  “Fuck,” I yelled.

“Twist those nipples. Make me cum in this tight pussy.” He plowed in and out of me.

“Yes,” I wet my fingers and grabbed each nipple to twist.

“You want something in your mouth.” He put two fingers to my mouth and I slowly opened them, so I could wrap my tongue around each one, then suck on them.

  “Goddamn, you’re so fucking naughty.”

Sucking his fingers further in my mouth, Sean gasped and started to move faster before he yelled out, “Stacey!”

Immediately wrapping him up with my arms and legs, I wiped the perspiration off his back and continued to caress him.

He breathed in my neck, “You’re so fucking sweet.”

The next few months went by in a blur. Keith and Scott were no longer at HSD, Shayla was consulting with Sean and I was in school full-time. Sean said he knew someone in the Pediatrics department at Temple University and I could possibly get a scholarship, so he convinced me to apply. A month later, I received a letter saying I was accepted into their department with a full year scholarship. Something about me being the first member of my family to go to college and my essay was spectacular. I had a sneaky suspicion Sean had something to do with it, but I just went with it. He was proud of me and that was his way of showing me that I had his full support.

This move even persuaded Shayla to make a move of her own. She finally moved in with Rich and started Temple with me in the School of Dentistry. She said her consulting gig at HSD was giving her an opportunity to see Sean at work it was something she’d like to try. Because she was a technical employee, she received tuition reimbursements from HSD, which I secretly think Sean put in place because of her.

His next project was trying to get me to live with him but I did want to maintain some independence. My tuition scholarship covered room and board, so I was doing great on the financial side of things. When the year was up, I figured then I would have time to think about sharing a place with Sean.

Sean was an unexpected surprise, but no matter what happens with him or in this life, one lesson that I will always take away is that I’m worth it.

Sometimes being a responsible adult sucked. My sleep had been interrupted by dreams of sensuous men and sex, making sleep impossible. I needed coffee. Badly. I needed sex more, but since I couldn’t get that right now, I had to resort to the second best.

Yawning, I stepped into my favorite coffee shop, Luisa’s Cup. That early in the morning it was a bit quiet, but that’s how I liked it. I could get a chat with Luisa and get in and out faster. No muss, no fuss.

Thomas called me an hour ago asking if I could meet him a bit earlier at the Sultan, the new club he owned Downtown. Being the right hand to Thomas Malourne had its ups and downs. Thomas had built up his empire from scratch, starting as a bartender himself. Now he owned multiple club chains all over the world. He expected me to fill in where it was needed, waitress, host, booking - name it, I tried it. It made for an exciting life, but also very lonely from time to time.

Thomas had found the new band, Lurking Shadows. A mix of pop and rock, they had created a sound uniquely to them. Normally he would be there to greet them, but a last minute meeting got in the way, so I jumped into it. Yesterday had been a long night, and not in a good way.

Jared, the lead singer had been a cutie but a douche-bag. He was a looker and he knew it. If they were going to stay with us full time as a band, they had a few things to correct. That would be Thomas’ problem to deal with, luckily. Still rubbing sleep out of my face, I smiled at Luisa when she reached over the countertop to give me my cup of coffee. I so needed that.

Without looking, I turned around and smacked directly into a hard wall of chest, spilling my hot coffee all over both of us.

  “Fuck!”

  “Sorry!”

Talking at the same time, I turned to grab a few napkins. Luisa was already on the other side, looking at us.

“Well, this isn’t going to get off with napkins. Why don’t you both come with me, I have some extra t-shirts in the back you can use.”

Ushering us away from the disaster, Luisa kept talking.

“You’re here early today Sammy. You got a meeting or what?”

“Yeah. Jay got a business proposal he wanted me to go over with him. He wanted to make sure he didn’t get screwed over. “

Sighing, I looked down at my shirt. Ruined. Served me right for trying to rush out like that. Glancing over at the man standing with his back to him, I couldn’t help but notice how well built he was. His shirt was straining all the right places and the short sleeves showed off his biceps. Letting my gaze wander lower, my mouth got dry. Firm ass, lean waist, long legs. Gripping the counter I had to physically stop myself from moving closer and run my fingers over the tantalizing sight. Shaking my head, I tried focusing on the conversation.

  “Tasha?”

Realizing Luisa had asked me something, I looked over at her.

“Sorry, bit tired. What did you say?”

A knowing smile played in Luisa’s eyes. She knew how long it was since I had a good romp in the bed.

“I found a t-shirt. It’s a bit bigger than what you usually wear, but I’m sure we can find a way to alter it so it fits.” Glancing over at Sammy, she gave him a smile and said, “Why don’t you take yours and change, we’ll go into the office.”

Before either of us could utter a word, Luisa grabbed me and hauled me into her office. Closing the door behind her, she pegged me with a stern look.

“Did I just see you check out Sammy’s backside?”

Flushing, I turned my back to her making a vague sound.

“Oh come on girl! Go for him. Last I heard he’s single. Some of the ladies have been after him for years. Rumors have it that he’s well packed and very skilled. Although they also state he never settles down with someone. He’s a one nighter, but then you’re not really looking for commitment either, right? Take a chance doll.”

Wiggling her eyebrows at me, Luisa handed me the t-shirt. I giggled I couldn’t help it. Luisa was great with that. Making people feel at ease.

Spreading my arms wide, Luisa hooted with laugher. I did a little twirl just to please her. A deeper laugh made me stop. Sammy stood in the door, an appreciative look in his eyes.

“It’s a bit big.” I smiled wide. Luisa grabbed a scissor and walked toward me.

“I can fix it.” Winking at me, she made a few snips here and there. Fifteen minutes later the t-shirt was transformed and fit better. Sure it was a bit more revealing than what I usually went for, but it looked good.

Realizing I had lost track of time, I cursed under my breath. Thomas was going to be livi
d.

“I really have to go Luisa. Thomas is waiting for me. Damn it. Could you?”

Nodding, Luisa handed me my purse and another coffee. Without looking back, I ran from the coffee shop. Hopefully I would still be able to make it in time.

  * * *

“Cutting it a bit close aren’t you?”

Raising an eyebrow Thomas looked me over. I felt self-conscious. No this wasn’t something I usually wore, but I wasn’t showing lots of skin; a little tummy, but that wouldn’t kill anyone.

“I had an coffee incident over at Luisa’s.” Shrugging like it was no big deal, I set down my purse and turned away from Thomas for a moment. He was genuinely a good guy but stress did a number with him and turned him into a monster. I had to remind myself once in a while that hitting your boss wasn’t a good idea. Neither was kissing him.

“What crawled up your ass this morning?” Taking a sip from my almost empty cup, I looked over the rim at Thomas. He had dark circles underneath his eyes and he looked a bit pale.

“Not enough sleep. I’ve been on the plane from Toronto all night.”

Yawning, Thomas reached for his own coffee cup only to realize it was empty. Frowning, he put it down.

“Why don’t I get us both refills? It will make the day a little easier.”

Not waiting for him to answer, I moved toward the door. Closing it behind me, I let out a small sigh of relief. At least it looked like it was only sleep messing with him. I really didn’t want to go down the other darker road he once walked. I wasn’t sure I would get out whole again.

Preparing our coffee, my mind wandered back to the fateful day two years ago when I hadn’t been able to get in touch with Thomas for two days and had been basically running the company on my own. When I finally got to his apartment, the sight that greeted me was one I had a hard time getting over.

Thomas had been deep into a fog of drugs. Even today, I wasn’t sure how much or what he had in his body, but it was too much. I could still remember the horrible wait, the wailing of the sirens in the background while I held his hand, checking his feeble pulse.

Somehow it had all escaped the press. The good thing? Thomas had finally realized he was in more trouble than he let on and while I had made sure his base stayed stable, he had straightened himself out of it all.

I still kept a close eye on him but it seemed like he had gotten better. He still pushed himself, but not as hard.

Grabbing the coffee I made my way back to the office. I could hear voices on the other side of the door. Great, the morning meeting had started.

“Got your coffee.” I said as I stepped into the office and almost dropped the cups in my hands. Jared sat in front of Thomas which wasn’t a surprise, not really. His friend was, however.

“Still rocking that t-shirt, I see.”

I could feel a blush creeping up my cheeks while I handed Thomas his cup.

“Yeah. Sorry about that. I was in a bit of a rush and didn’t notice you standing there.”

Thomas leaned back in his chair with an amused look upon his face.

“Now I feel really jealous. Of all the women you had to run into and get coffee spilled on you.” Pausing, Jared leaned forward in his chair and pointed in my direction. “This is the one? Dude, I would give my right arm for that.”

Grinning, Jared winked at me. Wonderful, he was back at teasing again. The dreams I had last night came back to haunt me, although their faceless bodies had changed. Now they all looked like Sammy. My fingers tightened around my cup. Swallowing hard, I tried imagining something else, bit it was hard. Especially since I could feel his gaze on me.

Thomas coughed, most likely to hide his chortle. He always found it amusing when someone flirted with me. I never truly knew how to react.

As I sat down, I glared at him. Time to put my big girl panties on and play my part in this meeting.

“Did you have a chance to read through the contract before coming here?”

  “We did actually.”

Well, color me surprised. Jared shifted a bit uncomfortable in his chair.

“And? Got any questions or something that you want to discuss?”

Thomas was good at catching the small stuff. Truth be told, even I had noticed the tell-tale signs. Jared glanced a bit over at Sammy, who crossed his arms and raised a single eyebrow.

“This one is on you, mate. I like the rule and don’t see the need to change it.”

.Interesting. We had a few rules and only some of them were set in stone.

“I was wondering about this drug thing of yours.”

Jared looked downright uncomfortable. I glanced over at Thomas, whose face turned into stone immediately. Yup. That rule was a no go. Especially after what Thomas had been through. Truth be told, I admired him for putting it up and sticking to it.

“It’s non-negotiable. No drugs what-so-ever. We’ve seen the aftermath of it and it’s not allowed in this company. Period.”

Thomas leaned back in his chair again and watched Jared’s reaction.

“It’s something we take very seriously in this company. For several reasons.” Leaning forward, I looked Jared directly into his eyes. “Do you or anyone in the band have a drug problem that we should know about?”

“It’s not a problem as such.”

Thomas snorted. Jared swallowed hard before he continued. “Some of the guys in the band likes to unwind from time to time with some drugs, especially after a big gig.”

Thomas got up from behind the desk and leaned over it.

“I don’t care what you call it. I’ve been down that shit road and I’ve made it a policy of this company. No. Drugs. If you can’t accept that, then the deal is off.”

Glancing at me, a sign for me to take over, Thomas left the room. Closing my eyes I silently counted to ten in my mind before opening them again.

“He’s quite serious. And so am I. Drugs aren’t allowed here and if you sign the contract knowing that one or several of your band mates have drug issues, when we find out – and believe me when I say we will - the contract is void.”

Jared had turned a bit pale. He hadn’t expected us to go down hard like that, it was clear from his expression.

“I need to speak with the band, just to make it clear to them. Is there somewhere were I can call uninterrupted?”

“Of course. There’s an office right next to this one, just turn to your right when you go out the door. It’s empty and nobody will disturb you there.”

Jared got up from his chair and gave me a smile. “Thanks love.”

The smile I had been wearing slipped. I didn’t like being called love. It gave me bad memories. Jared didn’t notice and walked briskly to the door. As soon as it closed behind him, Sammy spoke.

“Thank you for sticking to that rule. He’s not a big user of drugs, but I’ve been trying to get him to stop all together. This just might be the kick in the ass he needed.”

“It’s a rule we put in two years ago, the effect have been amazing truth be told.”

Clasping my hand in front of my knees, I leaned toward Sammy. “How bad is it?” My eyes flickered toward the door. Sammy scooted forward in the seat and leaned closer to me.

“For him? Not bad. Some of the other guys?”

  He sighed.

“It could be better. I hope they will accept the contract and get out of it. Being on drugs is just—”

“Stupid.” Finishing the sentence for him, I gave him a half-smile. A chuckle came from Sammy.

“It wasn’t the word I had in mind, but it will work.”

While we had talked, Sammy had switched seat and he sat even closer to me, I could feel the heat coming off from him. He had the ability to muddle my thoughts by just looking at me. His ice-blue eyes seemed to be looking straight through me, deep down to my soul. I didn’t know him, but somehow it felt like I did. Like we’ve known each other all our lives.

“I’m happy you spilled your coffee all over me.”

Surprised, I looked up at him. “That’s a first. How so? I probably ruined your nice shirt.”

“Ah, so you did notice my shirt.” A slow smile spread on Sammy’s face and I realized my blunder.

  Ooops. Oh well.

“Wouldn’t anyone? Attached to such a nice body, I think you would have to be dead not to notice.”

Getting up from my chair, Sammy grabbed my wrist, holding me back. His thumb drew circles on my pulse, which speed up in reaction.

“You could let me buy you a coffee?” His eyes locked on mine and for a moment I forgot where I was. I wanted him. I wanted to see where this could lead us. My need crawled underneath my skin and I shivered.

I opened my mouth to answer him, but before I could get a word out, the doors burst open and Jared walked in.

  “Got it all covered!”

Ancient instincts took over and I pulled my hand away from Sammy’s grip. I usually never mixed business with pleasure, and this was a muddy area. Sammy wasn’t technically a part of the band, but he was close connected to it.

  Why me?

Jared didn’t notice he was practically bouncing with happiness. Thomas chose that moment to come back into the office, two fresh cups of coffee in hand. Silently, he handed me one while he took a sip from his own.

“We lost our bass player, but we have one as standby who is clean. We’re in man!”

Sammy rolled his eyes at Jared’s statement, but refrained from saying anything.

“Does that mean we’re done here now? I can leave?” Sammy stood up, his question directed at Jared who nodded at him, mumbling a thanks. A part of me rebelled against Sammy leaving. The female in me wanted to run after him and give him everything. The business part of me knew I couldn’t. Not right now.

Glancing over my shoulder, I saw Sammy close the door behind him and my heart sank a little.
