Fun With Wolves

“I don’t want to wait until we get back home. I want to make love right now. I want to feel what it’s like to ride you.”
In less than a minute, we were both completely naked, with our clothes and shoes in a heap on the forest floor. Earlier, I’d been so concerned about my dress, but now I couldn’t have cared less. I also couldn’t have cared less that the air was a bit chilly. In fact, with heat seeming to radiate from every inch of my skin, I barely even noticed.
After he’d thrown my skimpy lace underwear on our heap of clothes, Ryan surveyed my naked form in the moonlight with his breathing fast and ragged. “My God, Julia. You’re absolutely gorgeous. You’re perfection.”
Feasting my eyes on his naked form, I told him that he was perfection, and I wasn’t being hyperbolic in the least. With the silvery light causing shadows and throwing his muscles into sharp relief, his long, lean physique was an erotic vision. And his male member, thick and long, was like a work of art. I didn’t have much time to admire it, though, because Ryan soon took me in his arms again, or in one arm to be precise. While he kissed me again, plundering my mouth with his tongue, he began exploring the front of my body with his free hand, first caressing my shoulder and collarbone, then moving a little lower to cup my breast, squeezing it with the same firm pressure he’d used earlier when kneading my rear. This pleasurable sensation, combined with our passionate kissing, soon had me moaning into his mouth, and when he began circling my stiffened nipple with a fingertip, I gasped, breaking our kiss.
“Yes. Keep doing that. Please.”
Not only did he not stop, he now pulled his arm from around my back so that he could use both hands to caress both of my stiffened nipples at once.
Moaning, I tipped my head back, seeing darkened treetops and twinkling stars in the velvety sky above us. “Yes. That feels so good, Ryan.”
It did, but after a brief while, it almost started to feel like too much in a way I couldn’t articulate, even to myself, and I asked Ryan to touch me lower. Moving a hand to my rear with his breathing becoming increasingly fast and ragged, he complied with my request right away, moving his other hand to my feminine mound. With his touch firm yet gentle, he began caressing it, rubbing slow circles with what felt like the pad of his thumb. This felt incredibly good, although I was becoming eager to feel an even more intimate sort of caress. Thankfully, I didn’t have to wait long for this. Soon, Ryan slid a finger between my slick feminine lips, then located the most sensitive spot between them and began stroking, using the perfect amount of pressure. This touch felt so unbelievably good that I went weak-kneed, having to grip Ryan’s muscular shoulders for support.
“Yes. That feels so….”
I couldn’t even finish the thought by saying good, because Ryan had quickened the pace of his stroking slightly, but just enough to make me tip my head back again, moaning. He responded by quickening his pace a bit further still with a low growl rumbling in his chest.
When he soon began sliding a finger in and out of my slickness in between short periods of stroking, I became literally dizzy with pleasure and told him I couldn’t wait any longer. “I want to ride you now, Ryan.”
Seeming to have strategically picked this spot in the woods with possible riding in mind, he withdrew his fingers, gave me a brief, passionate kiss that left me breathless, and then tossed his pants and suit jacket on a nearby fallen tree before leading me over to it by the hand.
Not only was the tree trunk thick enough to make a bench of sorts, there was a living, upright tree behind it, almost making a “back” to the bench. It was over this spot that Ryan had tossed his pants and jacket, and he now spread them out a little better, like thin blankets, then had a seat on the “bench” bracing his back against the tree behind him. After taking a quick moment just to devour his thick rod with my eyes, faintly shivering in anticipation of soon feeling it inside of me, I climbed up onto his lap, straddling him, with my hands on his muscular shoulders. This allowed my throbbing feminine bud to come in direct contact with his granite-hard pole, and before I could even think about what I was doing, I began slowly sliding my slickness up and down the long length of his hardness, stimulating myself and making Ryan groan. I’d never done this particular action during lovemaking before, but based on Ryan’s response, he liked it just as much as I did.
However, as pleasurable as it was, when Ryan began griping my rear with a low growl rumbling deep within his chest, I suddenly couldn’t wait any longer to feel his sizable manhood filling me. So, after lifting myself up on my knees a bit, which didn’t hurt against the tree trunk “bench” because of Ryan’s jacket and pants providing a thin cushion, I positioned the head of his manhood at my slick entrance. Then, ever so slowly, I began sliding down the length of it, impaling myself with the most exquisite hardness I’d ever felt in my life.
Ryan’s response was a guttural groan, which was nearly drowned out by me moaning, head tipped back, eyes rolling back in my head. Once I’d slid down the length of his entire shaft, I stilled, gripping his shoulders, needing a few seconds just to get used to the size of him. However, the moment I did, I pushed back up on my heels, then slowly impaled myself on his rock-hard rod again, moaning even louder than I had the first time.
Very soon, I was riding Ryan at a leisurely pace, lifting myself nearly completely off of him before sliding down his considerable length once again, never before having experienced any erotic pleasure on the level that I currently was. Ryan was clearly enjoying my riding as well, gripping my rear while making all manner of growls and groans, periodically lifting his face to the starry sky with his eyes squeezed shut.
Lost in carnal bliss, I had no idea how much time had gone by when Ryan lifted a hand from my rear and returned it with a sharpish little swat. All I knew was that I suddenly developed an urge to increase my riding pace, so I did.
“Yes. That. Again.”
Seeming all too happy to comply with my order, Ryan gave my other rear cheek a little swat, his hand a bit harder this time.
“Yes. Don’t stop. Please.”
He didn’t, proceeding to give each of my rear cheeks the same hard-handed treatment while I continued riding him. And within a few minutes, the sensation of being so completely filled by his hard pole, combined with the sensation of having a mildly stinging rear, began driving me toward was I suspected might be the most powerful orgasm I’d ever had.
I wasn’t wrong. My climax began with a full-body shudder so intense that in a very strange way, I almost felt as if I’d dropped off a cliff or something. Hurtling through space, I was doing nothing more than just existing for a long second, just existing suspended in a state of compete erotic nirvana. But then, seemingly of their own accord, my hips began moving again, making me ride Ryan the fastest I had yet, rapidly bouncing on him, while wave after wave of mind-bending pleasure rolled over me, making what felt like every muscle in my body tense and release rhythmically. At the same time, Ryan began growling out his own climax, lifting his hips off the log again and again, thrusting his thick pole upward into my depths. When I felt him release his masculine essence inside of me, I cried out, throwing my head back, literally and metaphorically seeing stars.
A while later, after just holding each other while our breathing slowed, we got dressed. Then, I rode Ryan again, this time on his back while he was in wolf form. The entire way to the house, I couldn’t wipe a smile off my face.
CHAPTER EIGHT
Exactly two weeks after the wedding, I found out I was pregnant. A woman named Christine, who’d been an obstetrician for four years before coming to Briarwood, told me the good news in one of the tiny exam rooms in her office. She also said that based on the date of my last period, I’d probably become pregnant on my wedding night.
Stunned, I could hardly even breathe for a few moments. I hadn’t expected a pregnancy to happen so fast. Nonetheless, I was thrilled, and I knew Ryan would be, too.
Over the previous two weeks, we’d fallen in love. Just
the night before, after a marathon lovemaking session, Ryan had told me he loved me, for the first time, and I’d said it back with my heart soaring. A short while later, while the two of us had eaten a midnight snack of sandwiches, pasta salad, and fruit in bed, we’d talked about the recent pregnancy boom in Briarwood, with no fewer than fourteen women currently pregnant, and I’d said that I hoped to join them very soon. Ryan had smiled and said he was sure I would.
It was only after he’d fallen asleep that I’d begun to feel a little queasy. Thinking that eating a fairly large meal-sized snack late at night was probably somehow responsible, I’d gone downstairs for a mug of mint tea to soothe my stomach. That was when a look at a calendar on the side of the fridge told me that I should have gotten my period earlier that day.
The next morning when I woke up, Ryan was already gone, running the morning patrol with his elite pack, and I’d hurriedly dressed to go pay a visit to Christine. Now, sitting in one of her exam rooms, all I could think about was telling Ryan the happy news.
I didn’t want to tell him via text or phone call, though, so I figured I’d wait until he came home for lunch. However, to my extreme disappointment, he sent me a text around eleven saying that he wouldn’t be coming home for lunch. He and some of his men had grabbed sandwiches at the café before heading out to their current logging site a mile or so away, needing to do extra work that day to make up for time they’d lost the previous day when a Graywolf spy sighting had sidetracked them.
To distract myself from watching the clock until Ryan got home, I headed to the “downtown” area of the village, deciding that I’d buy a little gift at the newly-opened baby boutique to help me tell Ryan our pregnancy news. I was thinking maybe some tiny booties or a little outfit. The only problem was that I wasn’t quite sure how I was going to make the purchase without basically telling Amy, the boutique owner, that I was pregnant. And being that Amy was an exceptionally chatty sort of young woman, like Jill, I suspected that my news would soon be all over the village within an hour if Amy found out. And the last thing I wanted was for Ryan to somehow hear about my pregnancy from someone other than me on his way home.
While parking my car in front of the little boutique, I realized it wasn’t that I didn’t trust Amy to keep my secret if I asked her to, it was more I thought it might be difficult for her not to accidentally slip up. I sat for a few moments, wondering if maybe I should forget the whole buying-a-baby-gift thing and just tell Ryan about my pregnancy a different way. However, that was when I saw a handwritten sign taped to the front door of the boutique, and I got out of my car and walked up to it to investigate, scanning the writing on the sign with a rising sense of happiness and relief. Out to lunch but boutique is still open for cash purchases. Please leave cash on counter. Approximate amount fine if you don’t have exact change. Thanks! -Amy
Not wanting to waste any time, I pulled open the heavy glass door, headed inside, and began perusing the racks and shelves filled with baby clothes, little shoes, and toys. And that was when it really hit me. Just loud enough to be heard above the pop music playing from a radio somewhere in the boutique, my voice came out in a near whisper.
“I’m going to be a mom. It’s really happening.”
Looking down at the little, plush, white lamb toy in my hand, I suddenly sniffed a few tears back into my nose, feeling my eyes fill with tears as well. As if reading my mind, the pop song on the radio began its chorus, repeating the phrase “can’t wait to see my baby” three times.
A while later, having decided on my purchases, I left a few printed paper bills of the official currency of the FDS, which was what everyone in Denton was using as currency for the time being, on the boutique’s cash register counter. For my surprise gift to Ryan, I’d selected the little stuffed lamb toy, a pair of tiny white booties, and a soft white knit hat. I put these items in a plain white box I had at home, so that he wouldn’t have any clue about what kind of a gift he was getting until he opened the box.
By the time I was heading out of the boutique, I’d gotten a handle on my misty eyes. Mostly, anyway. I was still sniffling just a little bit when I heaved open the heavy glass door and stepped outside into the sunshine, nearly running into Hillary as I did so. Wearing sunglasses and with a red nose, she looked like she might have a cold or spring allergies, but right away, she did a little sniffle that made me think that neither of these was the case. I wasn’t quite sure how her sniffle had struck me as a fighting tears sort of sniffle and not an allergy or cold sniffle, but it just had. Maybe because I was currently sniffling in the same sort of way.
However, as if trying to dissuade me from having any notion that she was crying, Hillary immediately gave me a bright smile, catching the door with a hand and holding it open. “Hey, there.”
I smiled in return and said hi, then asked if she was heading inside.
She smiled even a bit wider, nodding. “Yeah. I’m just…well, I’m just buying a gift for a person.”
“Oh. That’s what I just did, too.”
Sniffling again, Hillary glanced down at the plastic bag in my hand. “Oh, really? Is it a gift for anyone in particular?”
Being that she and I had become good friends in the previous few weeks, I wanted to tell her my news. Jill and I had also become good friends, and I couldn’t wait to tell her, too. Honestly, I couldn’t wait to tell the whole world, or at least everyone in Denton and a few of my friends from back home. However, I wanted to tell Ryan first, before anyone else, so I struggled to think of a response to what Hillary had asked me, eventually shrugging.
“Well…the person I bought the gift for…well, it’s Ryan, but I guess I don’t want to say anything else right now.”
With the corners of her mouth twitching, Hillary nodded once, slowly. “Oh. I understand. I think we’re actually in the same boat right now. I’m buying a little gift for Steb right now, but I don’t want to say anything to anyone else until I can give it to him.”
Fighting a smile, I said I understood, and then we just stood looking at each other for a moment until Hillary suddenly sniffled, her lower lip trembling.
“Sorry. I’m having one of the happiest afternoons of my life, although I’m not sure why it’s making me cry.”
Sniffling again myself, I wiped a tear from one of my eyes with the back of my hand. “I know why. It’s just that gift-purchasing can be really emotional at times…just depends on what a person is buying.”
Nodding, Hillary pulled a tissue from her shorts pocket, lifted her sunglasses, and began dabbing at her eyes. “Yeah. That’s for sure.”
I soon told her that I’d better let her get to her shopping before Amy returned from lunch, and we hugged. With clear amusement in her voice, Hillary remarked that she was surprised that I was buying a baby boutique gift for Ryan so soon after our marriage, and I laughed with my chin on her shoulder.
“Yeah, you and me both. I thought it would take a lot longer before I needed to buy him a gift, but according to Christine, my needing to buy Ryan a gift today is because of a chain of events that must have started right on our wedding night.”
Chuckling, Hillary squeezed me tighter, rubbing my back. “You’re lucky. I feel like I’ve been waiting years to buy a gift for Steb, even though it’s only been months.”
I did feel lucky. In fact, I was currently feeling like the luckiest woman on earth.
To pass the time when I got home, I did a little candy making, whipping up a batch of chocolate caramel pecan “turtles” from scratch. I planned to give them to Hillary and Steb the following day for a little congratulatory gift, once I was sure that Hillary had had a chance to tell Steb her news.
After I’d cleaned up my mess in the kitchen, I got a can of tuna from the pantry, deciding to do some work on another little project, which was trying to get Jake, Plum, and Quiet to become friends. The previous two weeks, Plum and Quiet had warmed to Ryan and he to them, but the cats continued to hiss at Jake, making him race to his hiding spot ben
eath the stairs, every chance they got. It had nearly broken my heart the previous day when Plum had approached his hiding spot, hissing, making Jake bolt out and try to race up the stairs, with the key word being try. His poor little legs had been shaking so badly that he’d tripped a few times before unsteadily climbing a few stairs slowly, whining. I’d raced up and had pulled him into my arms, glaring at Plum, who sat at the bottom of the stairs grooming her fur just as calm as could be, as if scaring the absolute daylights out of Jake was just all in a day’s work. Which, unfortunately, it really was for her and Quiet, the naughty little things.
Having had an idea while candy-making, I opened the can of tuna and scooped some out into two bowls before also adding a couple of salmon-flavored cat treats to each of the bowls as well. Next I tucked a few small crunchy bone-shaped dog treats into one of my pockets. Then, with a bowl of tuna in each hand, I went in search of Jake, soon finding him dozing on a loveseat in the living room, looking like a furry, golden angel with a wide slant of sunlight illuminating his fur.
He awoke when I knelt beside him, and I set the bowls down and gave him some cuddles and pets before calling for Plum and Quiet to come out from wherever they were. “I have tuna treats out here, guys!”
I knew the idea of calling cats to come out by name would probably seem absurd to most people, but Plum and Quiet were honestly a bit like dogs a lot of the time when it came to hearing their names. Quiet especially had always seemed to recognize his name perfectly well, and he’d usually creep out from wherever within a few seconds of me calling him. This time was no exception, and I soon saw him slinking out from the hallway, probably having come from the sunroom, which was definitely his and Plum’s favorite room in the house.
