DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease two 12-cup mini muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray.
In a blender, combine the milk, egg, oil, starch, salt, and cheese. Blend on high for 1 minute, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Pour the mixture into the muffin tins, filling almost all the way to the top of the cups. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until puffed, golden, and cooked all the way through.
