Instead of continuing to attack, Nizo waved his men to charge again. His men hesitated for a short moment but charge with more vigour this time, after seeing the mortal wound their daigon inflicted. Nizo stood back watching Qunor’s movement but was shocked, he moved normally without any hindrance. The only way he could continue to move so gracefully is if he completely repaired the internal along with the external. In order to completely repair everything instantaneously he would need to expend an extraordinary amount of mental focus. Things didn’t make sense, why was Sallon so fatigued and he was still full of energy. Even at the beginning he showed no signs of exhaustion. He knew what Sallon was capable of, she wasn’t Qunor match but should be able to manage her own against him.
Omathe weaved the grey light around them as the air became dense and thick. The murky grey screech around and slowly his body faded to light as did Isvara and the grey light dispersed.
Nizo eyes widen as he saw Isvara disappeared. He had to take Qunor down now if he wanted to give pursuit. Once when the traces of the grey light fade he won’t be able to follow the trajectory.
Nizo quietly blended into his might and from an angle he thrust his katana. This time Qunor was more alert and was able to dodge to the side receiving a minor cut to his shoulder and returning the favour to Nizo with a swing of his staff that knocked him back. Some of his men also came close to giving Qunor a severe wound but he was able to dodge and block them, receiving more minor cuts to his arms and body.
The grey energy trace of Omathe eventually disappeared and when that happened, Qunor quickly broke away and fled for the forest. Nizo gave chase in pursuit and his might followed.

Honar, Plitarth
Layana didn’t dare leave for excursions, after the incident at High Point in Highnar. She focused and trained relentlessly, completing her vigorous training regime. As Jhan had expected she was a fast learner and very adaptable. They left the training area of Highnar and left for Honar via temporal shift. It was a planetary shift and was very taxing on the body to travel such a long space. Layana had practice shifting short distances in her training regime but nothing of this magnitude.
She gathered the air around herself and compressed it to form a channel from her location to Honar. A flame blue colour hovered around her and flowed gently before picking up speed. She felt her body and began to disassemble it carefully into energy particles. She looked at her hand as it slowly faded into the flame blue colour and continued up her arm. Her body then disintegrated and it flared away along its trajectory until she could feel herself slow down and the energy converted back to flesh. Her knees buckled and she collapsed, she could barely breath. Travelling such a long distance took the strength out of her. She was still not use to travelling long spans instantaneously. Jhan, Kristen, and Katelyn were also spent but they kept their composure and stood upright.
“My daigon, let me show you to your chambers.” Layana could hear a man’s voice but she was phasing out of consciousness. She could feel her maids helping her up and her legs moving but her mentality wasn’t with her body.
Layana slept for half the day before she woke, still feeling weak. She could stand and walk on her own but after expending so much of her mental focus in a short period, her body was fatigued the same way an athlete would be sore after pushing too hard day after day without rest. Kristen and Katelyn removed Layana’s mud stained leathery armour, leg and arm bracers. The armour was heavy scratched and worn down from all the days of training. They then removed her sweat stained shirt and pants before helping her into the hot bath. The sunlight entered through from the large windows and illuminated the chamber. Layana closed her eyes as the rays warmed her face letting the hot water soothed her muscles. Her maids each scrubbed part of her body down. She could feel their hands moving the soft cloths around her roughen skin. She felt them caress her breast and then rubbed her nipples gently as they work their way to her hips. She spread open her thigh inviting the hands to explore further which they did. She could feel the fingers trace around her lips and another gently rubbing her clit and she moaned in pleasure. She felt many sensations at the same time as the fingers were tracing her body everywhere and rubbing her nipples. In her mind she wanted to be penetrated but didn’t want to say it out loud. Her pelvis would grind and thrust to the stimulation trying to get more pleasure. She grabbed a hand and guided a finger inside her and the rest was understood. Her pelvic muscles contracted and squeeze and she let out a soft moan of pleasure before opening her eyes slowly. Kristen moved her fingers up from Layana’s waist and stomach towards her neck and traced her lips before coming closer, giving her a kiss that she latched onto and return passionately. After they broke contact, Katelyn came in and gently tilted Layana’s head towards her and placed her lips softly against Layana’s lips and they shared a tender warm embrace.
“We shall get your new clothes my daigon.” Her maids gave a gentle bow and left the chamber.
She scrubbed herself in the tub while waiting for her new clothes. Excited to be finally out of her armour and be in some comfortable clothes. She looked at her hand and the new calluses that formed from the abrasion of grasping tightly to her weapon. Her skin had dried out from the training and was wrinkled and slightly cracked. She looked closely at her hands and focused on the damaged collagen and elastin fibres. Feeling each strand in the dermis she reorganized them and the skins natural strength and flexibility returned, giving the bountiful elastic appearance of youth again. She left the calluses on her palms as she enjoys the characteristics it brought. She had many calluses from her childhood—she wanted to keep them as memories to what she had endured.
“Good day my daigon,” a maid bowed in courtesy. She waited by the door with her eyes on the ground.
“Who are you?” Layana questioned.
“A maid of Honar, I’ve brought clothes for you to dress.”
“Where is Kristen and Katelyn?” Layana realized she was naked and covered up her breast in the tub. She was used to Jhan and her maids seeing her naked but it still felt weird when someone walk in and was comfortable with her naked. It was normal in their custom but she wasn’t comfortable with strangers.
“They have gone to freshen up. I am one of many servants that will attend to the Daigon of Honar if she allows me.” The maid courtesy again and kept her knees bent. She was waiting for Layana to instruct her.
“Bring me the clothes.”
The maid nodded and scurried forward. She set the clothes on the side of the bed and brought forward a towel and stood there waiting. Layana realized she was waiting for her to step out from the tub. She got up from the tub and removed her hands that was covering her breast. It didn’t make sense to cover her breast when her vagina was completely expose for the maid to see. The maid moved quickly and efficiently drying her neck and shoulders and working her way down her chest and back. She reminded her of Kristen and Katelyn. She worked in the same manner and efficiently as them.
“May I speak my daigon?” The maid made eye contact with her for a short moment but her hands continued to move quickly.
Layana look the maid in the eyes and continued to stare at her while she was on her knees drying Layana’s crotch and thighs.
“Yes,” Layana replied.
“I came from a planet called Stive. Originally brought here by Emperor Daigon Ava Guan Isvara. She saw potential in me but I was not exactly as she hoped to be. Now I will reside in Honar as a servant for the rest of my days.”
“Why do you tell me this?” Layana asked, remembering someone had told her a similar story in the past.
“Have you ever wonder why you were brought here?”
“Qunor told me he needed my help.”
The maid gave a small chuckle. “Sorry my daigon, I meant no offence but am amused how your address the Emperor Daigon Qunor Moon so casually.”
“I should learn to address him properly.”
“If you address him as Daigon Moon, Daigon Qunor o
r my daigon, all are sufficient.”
The maid finished putting on the gown. It was short at the front just slightly past her waist but tapered down backwards where it was long to her ankle. It had short sleeves on it and was made of cotton that was smooth on the skin. She was dressed with tight fitting pants and flat closed toe shoes. She still wasn’t used to the feeling of no underpants or bra but people here didn’t wear such things. She could feel her breast being pull and pushed depending on how the laces were tied or how she twisted, turned and moved about.
“My daigon, the Chancellor of Old Town of Highnar is in the outskirts of Honar. He requests a private audience with you after your ceremony. Shall I advise the chancellor to expect your presence?” The maid started to brush her hair with a brush made from boar bristles.
“What does he want?”
“I’m afraid I do not know.”
“Then when does he want to meet.” Peter had her very curious after their last discussion, and she wanted to hear him speak more.
“The chancellor has not informed me of the time. Only that he would like to meet after your ceremony.”
“All right, tell him I will meet with him.”
“Yes,” the maid gave a courtesy bow and made for the door. She stopped on her way out and whispered, “please remember to scramble your thoughts, there may be ears on the walls.”
Layana heard the whisper clearly and loudly as if the maid had whisper directly into her ear. She had been regularly scrambling and shielding her thoughts ever since Jhan taught her how to do it. She scrambled them after the maid exited the chamber.
The next few days went by similarly to how a summer day went by for her on Earth, besides the part where her reaeslave and maids tagged along. Layana enjoyed the sunshine and walking around the city but she was more use to doing it alone. There were rumours in the city that she was to be the new Daigon of Honar. Most had no clue but they knew she was someone important as Jhan, Kristen and Katelyn always kept close behind her. People of power and importance always had a reaeslave and servants with them. Some of the residents even gave her a minor courtesy as she passed them, which made her feel awkward as she wasn’t used to it. The city was very nice and clean. She enjoyed how rustic and aged the buildings were, it spoke of the history. The air was fresh and had a hint of fragrance that smelled of freshly washed clothes. A soft summer breeze kept her cool from the warm rays on her skin. Many of the streets she walked down were filled with pedestrians that mumbled the air with loud chatter.
The citadel of Honar was a fortified castle that was built many centuries ago. Layana servants redecorated the entire building and removed everything that represented Daigon Scall. It was an ill omen to keep items of the deceased daigon when the new daigon was to be sworn in. The main hall had tall pillars and a high ceiling creating and open area feeling. The hall was used for entertaining honoured guests and could seat about five thousand but rarely would it be filled to capacity.
Layana was to swear fealty to her daigon today. The great hall was decorated and a feast prepared for all the people of the Watnar district, if they chose to attend. Only the chancellors and excellences were allowed into the hall. At the end of the hall was a chair with soft ornaments that calmed its angry rustic and sharp features. There was no mistaking the chair that was fashioned from gold with a small amount of black silk padding, it was a seat only suitable for royalty. Jhan stood two steps below from the chair and Kristen and Katelyn four steps from the chair.
The dual doors of the grand hall cracked open and Layana took a step inside. She was dressed in many layers of thin robes that were all translucent. She was flabbergasted at first when Kristen put the first layer on. Her nipples and vagina exposed for everyone to see. However, as Kristen put another layer on, it obscured her skin a bit more by the third layer you could no longer make out her breast or crotch region. The costumed was completed by a long cloak that draped from her shoulder and dragged on the floor.
“All hail the Daigon of Honar and the Watnar district, Daigon Layana Nito,” Jhan exclaimed.
Layana took small steps one in front of another, just as Jhan instructed her. Wait for all the nobles and lessor daigons to kneel before you take the next step. With each step she took, the people in that row knelt. As she passed more and more people were kneeing on the floor. She got to one row and everyone knelt, as she was about to take the next step she noticed there was one man who stood standing. She hesitated and brought her foot back to the original position and her gaze met his. He stared aggressively into her eyes and she coward away, looking at Jhan for help. Jhan eyes stared blankly back at her. She was about to step forward and just overlook him but Jhan words from before echoed in her mind louder and louder, ‘wait for all to kneel before stepping forward.’ Was someone challenging her authority already even before she took her seat. She was determined to stand up for herself this time. It was a new beginning here and she wasn’t going to be bossed around as she had been in high school. She forced her eyes back on the man’s eyes and they gawked at each other. Layana held her eyes open refusing to look away or even blink. The tension was rising in the hall and people stealthy peeked on the corner of their eye to see what was going on. Suddenly she felt a strange pressure around her right ankle. Something was trying to force her leg to move, to take a step forward. She could tell it was the man that refused to kneel. She felt the air around his knees and condensed it around, applying pressure at the back of the knee to bend the joint forcing him down. He resisted her and she resisted him and they couldn’t get anything to happen. An hour had passed now and she started grinding her teeth in frustration. She could feel her anger building up and her temperature rising. Now with her fist clenched she felt the air again and condensed it, folding it onto itself again and again and then forcing the pressure onto one knee forcing it to bend. She was quite shocked that she was able to do it this time, quickly she forced the other knee down. The man was now in a kneeling position but she was still angry and she brought his forehead to the floor so he was in a complete submission posture. Layana took one small step the let then pressure go from the man. He lifted his head up and stared savagely at her but didn’t stand back up. With each step she took now, everyone knelt immediately. As she got to the steps before the daigon’s chair, Kristen and Katelyn knelt and then Jhan. Finally she got to the chair, she turned back around and saw everyone kneeling and sat on her chair looking from wall to wall in the great hall.
Jhan stood up, “I ask my daigon to bind by blood with her fealty to his representative the Highest Grace, the Governor of Moons, the Executor of Rights, the First Daigon, Emperor Daigon Qunor Moon, of the Imperial Walyron Empire.”
Layana got up from her seat and knelt on the floor saying the words that she was instructed to say by Jhan before getting up and returning to her seat. At this point, Jhan went back down two steps and knelt again. She looked out into the hall one more time before speaking. “Arise, you will do well to remember your place,” her gaze found its way back to the man prior as she finished her last word. The man’s eyes met hers but he looked downwards towards the floor immediately. Jhan had only told her to say arise after she pledged her fealty but she felt the need to add that part in, in case if someone plan to challenge her again. She had a taste of true power and a rush of euphoria to her head. She could feel the ground rotate as the planet was rotating in its orbit. She was the Daigon of Honar.
“To cement her rule, the emperor daigon has gifted Daigon Nito with a blade.” Jhan got up and handed over a weapon to her.
Layana open the wooden box and found a whip sword similar to hers but this one was lighter and longer, twice as long. It was a very rare blade, made of volcantic ore. She wanted to test her new blade but wasn’t able to leave the feast, it was her duty to entertain her guests. Large gatherings and parties where never her things, she always thought of herself as an introvert. She sat at the table to herself slowly picking at her dessert while everyone else was talking and movin
g about with a glass of evening liquor.
“My daigon,” Layana recognized the maid’s voice who dressed her. “Chancellor Doto is awaiting your presence. When my daigon is ready I can escort you to meet him.”
“I’m ready now,” Layana chimed. She was more than ready to leave this boring ceremony that was sapping the life substance out of her.
The maid led her to the back and through some halls. It was dark but she knew the passage well. Her steps were soft and made no sound, and she had a light step that bounced off the floor. They squeezed through some tight spaces and areas with a stale scent but finally made it out of the citadel.
“We can shift from here to get to our destination quickly. We are a fair distance away from everyone, they won’t detect our shift if we move only a short distance at a time.” The maid didn’t wait for a response and began forming a dispersion array and quickly the stream of particles around was forming a light that swirled around them and they shifted away. Layana shifted from the walls of the citadel to an open field, before she could identify any landmarks the maid shifted them off again. This time she was surrounded by towering trees and again before she had a chance to check her environment the maid shifted again. When the light began to dissipate this time, she saw Peter Doto.
“How are you able to shift so quickly, one after the other,” Layana questioned the maid.
“The shift collapses after transiting through but I maintain the form of the temporal shift. It’s a difficult skill technique that require more focus but this allows me to move us from one location to another quickly. Shifting short distances doesn’t fatigue me and it also doesn’t create much of an energy surge therefore people at a distance cannot detect it.”
