In the end, that was what mattered.
As we sailed over the plains and over Tietra, I smiled wider. We had a long journey ahead of us, and there were decisions that needed to be made, but we would all get through it. For some reason, whatever fate or destiny had in store for us, we were all meant to be together for it.
I looked between Gawain, Nia, and Arwyn, and I felt myself at ease. All of us were going to get through this, and we were going to get Braden and Varleth back. They were a part of us, a part of this team.
They are a part of our little family, and I always took care of my family.
