Andrew Daddo has written thirteen books for children since 2000, all of them have been enormous successes. When Andrew isn’t writing or enjoying family life, he is one of Australia’s most popular television personalities, currently working on The Great Outdoors. Andrew lives on Sydney’s northern beaches with his wife and three children.
About the Illustrator
My earliest memory of the splendour of a TV studio is of being six years old and walking smack bang into a glass wall as I was leaving the building. So now I don’t watch much TV.
Craig Smith grew up in country South Australia and studied at the SA School of Art. While his early aim to be a political cartoonist never came to be, he worked at a variety of jobs while building a career as an illustrator. He has now produced over 300 picture books for children including Bob the Builder and the Elves by Emily Rodda, Paul Jennings’ The Cabbage Patch series and the Toocool series by Phil Kettle
