Charge: A Motorcycle Club, Shifter, Romance (Shifting Steel Book 2) Page 11

“You know you can’t get enough of us.” MD nudged him.

The guys were right, he always had a good time hanging with the Reapers but he had obligations of his own, and a pack to run.

“For sure, but my sister’s been texting me about some dispute two of my cousins are having and I’ve got a small job I should get to.” Wolf commented.

He had more than enough of his own excitement. Not only did he have shit to handle there was a little woman in the apartment across from his that he wouldn’t mind looking in on.

The cute female was an outsider, that’s what Shifters called humans, which didn’t necessarily make things easy, but more importantly she was someone he wasn’t related to. Wolf’s pack damn near owned the small town west of Chicago, so there weren’t a ton of available ladies, unless you were interested in distant cousins, which Wolf wasn’t.

“You know I probably should be heading back.”

Wolf looked over at his bike. It would be good to ride again after being cooped up with the guys for the last week.

“Thanks again and take it easy.” Cain said as he clapped a hand on Wolf’s shoulder. Swain and MD shook his hand.

“I won’t be a stranger.” Wolf smiled as he headed for his Harley.

Wolf waived and nodded to Trip and Marisol before starting up his bike. As Wolf headed down the road he shook his head. He didn’t envy Cain or Trip. Those two would have their hands full.

It would be good to get back to a nice normal female that couldn’t hand him his ass if he didn’t mind his manners, not that Wolf would mind a certain curvy broad putting her hands on his ass.
