“Are you okay?” Domani asks as we drive to the airport.

“I’ll be alright, Dom. I’m going to miss them, but I know we’ll see each other a lot. I plan to invite them as often as they can. Even if they can’t all visit that the same time or maybe you can take me back every once in a while.”

“That can work, Stella.” I’m feeling really sleepy at the moment. It’s been a crazy month, and last night I couldn’t sleep until Dom fucked me hard and fast. Then I passed out, but I’m still exhausted. Thankfully our flight leaves in two hours, and there’s a bed on the plane for us to sleep in. And I do just that.

  Chapter 13

  Domani

The guests fill the large central hall of the old museum. Everyone is happy and smiles, but no more so than my beautiful wife. Today, I married the most amazing woman in the world. The way she looks is causing more attention than I care for, but thankfully, she’s surrounded by my sisters and her girlfriends, giggling and gossiping. Maria, Isabella, and Rosalie can talk more than anyone I know. It doesn’t help that they are all under twenty-one. My parents had a rough time getting pregnant after me. Demetrio came three years later, then the others came four after that. We have a big family, but I want a larger one.

I want to spend the rest of the day in bed with my wife making our family grow, but our reception is extremely special. Her three best friends came to the wedding, making my sweet tesoro so happy. Her life is a huge transition. She’s been reading and listening to Italian every morning for an hour since I asked her to marry me. Emersion in the culture will help more than the app she’s using, but either way, I’m thrilled that she’s trying. She seems to enjoy my family and the food. She’s not a pasta girl who should have her excommunicated, but my mother took a deep breath, then made her salads. Stella’s lost about ten pounds since we met, but I don’t want her to lose any more. I love her curves, every thick inch of her is sexy. She claims it’s all the sex. I can’t deny it, but I won’t give that up.

I step on the stage and look down at the guests. The band halts the music which gets most of their attention. It’s good because I have something important to say and a gift to give Stella before we end this night. I hope my surprise will keep her satisfied when her friends leave.

“Ladies and gentlemen, may I have your attention? I would like to make an announcement. Stella, please come up here.” She makes her way to me in her Oscar De La Renta gown that hugs her hourglass figure. I step down and take her hand, leading her up onto a small stage.

With everyone watching, I hold her around the waist and say, “Cara, you are everything to me. I never knew how happy I could be until our paths crossed. I feel terrible that I’m taking you away from your life back in the United States and from your best friends.”

“Dom,” she utters, trying to ease my fears.

I shake my head and kiss her temple. “No, let me finish. Do you see this lovely museum that we are celebrating in?”

  “Yes. It’s gorgeous.”

“This is my wedding gift to you. I welcome you, and our family and friends, to the Stella De Luca Galleria.” She clasps her hand to her mouth and faints. Fuck, I am grateful that I have her wrapped up in my arms. I kneel, resting her on my shoulder while I try to wake her.

“Stella, Stella,” I call to her. Her eyes flutter then she tries to jump out of my arms, but I don’t trust her not to fall out again.

She smiles and shrugs. “I’m sorry. I guess this baby thing is harder than the girls make it look,” she blurts out. My heart did a flip.

“A baby,” the girls screech out.

I stare in awe at my woman. “We’re going to have a baby? We’re going to have a baby?”

“Yes, sorry. Didn’t mean to break the news with a room full of people.”

I help her stand upright. Then with my hand around her waist, I address our guests. “Well everyone, we are expecting our first baby.” The crowd erupts in cheers and blessings. I’m doing my best to breath and take note that I’m going to be a father. I’m so thrilled that I hold her close and kiss her. What starts off celebratory turns passionate. Her hands work their way up my lapels and into my hair while I cup her ass. I growl against her lips. Catcalls cascade around the room, reminding us that we are not alone.

After an hour of everyone congratulating us, it’s time for us to make our exit. We’re staying in a hotel suite for the night before flying to Paris, but now it’s time for a very private celebration.

  Epilogue

  Stella

“Hey, I remember this painting. It was my grandfather’s, and he passed it down to my brother. It was in Domani’s office.” It’s a painting of Mary done by Caravaggio.

“This is part of your family’s collection?” I ask. It wasn’t one that Domani had sent.

“Yes, it is. Beautiful, isn’t it?” Maria says, smiling up at the full-sized framed canvas.

  “It’s perfect.”

“Just like you, tesoro,” Domani whispers as he slides his hands around my waist and massive belly. I moan and lean back into his chest. “There are several works here that belong to my family and myself that I refused to share with anyone but you.”

“I’m going to go before you both become a little too intimate.” Maria runs from the room, making me blush and Dom chuckle. The sound echoes through the high ceilings and through me. I love his deep resonating voice.

“How are you feeling? Are you up to tonight?” he asks.

“I am well enough. Just a few more days and we’d have to postpone the grand opening of my little museum.” I place my hands over his as our son gives me a swift kick.” A grunt escapes me which makes Dom tense up. He’s not looking forward to the pain I’m going to be in, and neither am I. The baby is huge according to the doctors. Domani’s mom, Allegra says it because Dom was a large boy. I don’t want to even consider delivery at this point.

“Well enough doesn’t sound so good, cara.”

“I’m fine,” I argue, but I’m not. A popping noise comes from between my thighs before a large gush of water hits the floor beneath us. Dom is shouting down the hall before picking me up in his arms. “Put me down; I’m too heavy.”

“No, you’re not. And you weren’t saying that this morning when I had you pinned to the wall with your legs over my shoulders as I fucked you,” he says. His security team catches that last bit, but I’m in too much pain to care. I hold back the screams, so Domani doesn’t freak out.

“Get the floor cleaned up and cancel the event. I’m taking my wife to the hospital.”

“I’ll drive,” Maria says. “You can sit in back with Stella.” She can see that Domani is getting frustrated.

I close my eyes as the contraction tears through my mid-section. Damn Lanie was right. This shit is painful. I do my best to hide it from Domani. I love him and don’t want him worried.

The ride to the hospital is a quick one blessedly so because as soon as we get in the doctors take me to the room and my son is crowning.

I open my thighs wide despite the pain because I don’t want to squish him. Now the panic sets in as another harder contraction kicks in. The doctor rushes into the room. He’s in his sixties and has delivered all of the De Lucas. “Wow, this guy couldn’t wait. Reminds me of some other little baby,” he teases, looking at Domani. He was born quickly, too. Maybe it’s their large frames letting gravity do the job.

I scream loudly as I feel another tight band clenching my stomach. It takes less than three contractions for Giorgio to come out and greet the world. A whopping ten pounds on the dot. “Grazie, amore, grazie,” Domani whispers, kissing my lips.

And suddenly with the pain gone, I can do it all over again.

  Ten years later

“We only have ten minutes,” I tell her. Our flight lands soon.

“It’s all I need,” she says, tugging my shirt from my pants. I help her by taking off my belt and lowering my pants. She drops to her knees and strokes my need. As
much as I want to fuck her pretty mouth, I promised her a daughter. After she brings me close to the edge, I pull her off my cock with a light pop. She looks up at me wickedly. I know why. She loves taking me down her throat. She gets on all fours, lifting up her dress to her waist and she’s not wearing any panties. Her round ass is in my face, and I can’t resist. I slide my tongue down her slit. Her pussy soaks my mouth, but I want her ready to come just like me. I thrust home into her tender cunt filling her.

“Fuck, it’s always so deep this way. Give it to me. Give me another baby,” she moans, pumping her ass back on me.

She’s trying to kill me. I’m going to come fast like this. I spank her pretty, creamy ass, making it pink up for me. Stella starts rolling her hips which means she’s close. I reach around, slowly sliding down her belly before slapping her clit. And like that she cries out. I barely have enough time to cover her mouth. The boys fell asleep about an hour ago. I don’t want to scare them awake.

“I love you, Stella,” I growl as I lean down to her ear, then I come so hard, I nearly black out. The woman’s pussy is a heavenly death trap that I can’t stay away from.

“I love you, Dom,” she murmurs, falling against the pillows.

  “Mm…you look thoroughly fucked.”

  “I am.”

“And you have three minutes to get ready,” I warn her. I give her one more smack on the ass before running into the bathroom to clean up.

  Ten more years

“Slow down, Allegra,” I demand. She’s racing down the driveway on her new bike. This one is the one that’s going to give me a heart attack at nine; she’s more than a handful. With four boys before her, I thought I’d seen it all. She just had her cast removed after breaking her arm while riding her bike. She has no fear. I love it and don’t at the same time. I think that was why God blessed us with only one mini-version of my wife. We had two more boys after her, and even now, Stella agrees no more kids. She doesn’t mind one bit that we only had one daughter.

Right now, she’s at the doctor for a checkup. We think she’s going through the change. She’s lost thirty pounds and her periods have been acting up. I hope that’s just it, but we’ll wait and see. I love my wife. I’m thrilled with our life we built together, and I want a lifetime more with her. My love for her has only gotten deeper. I didn’t know it was possible.

“Dad,” Allegra screams, running up to me. “Dad. Genaro has a snake and is chasing me with it.” Damn it, that boy needs to stay away from my daughter. He’s too old for her. He’s crushing on my principessa. I’m confident of it.

“Genaro, do you want Tomaso to kick your ass?” she shouts at him, puffing out her chest with her hands on her hips. She’s her mother’s daughter for sure.

I hold back my laugh and parent like I must. “Bella ragazza, watch your mouth.”

“Fine. But tell him to stop.” She crosses her arms angrily with a pretty pout.

“Genaro, take that snake away. If you don’t stop, I’m going to tell your father, and you won’t be able to come over anymore.”

“I’m sorry, but she dared me to pick it up.” I turn to her with a scolding glare. The girl is going to be trouble.

  “He’s lying.”

“I’m not. You said if I picked it up, I would be a real man and you’d marry me,” he says. Now, I’m going to lose it.

“Both of you are too young to even think about that. And you Allegra, stop lying to the boy.” She rolls her eyes and grabs her bike. “Girl, wait until your mother gets back.”

  “You’re a traitor, Genaro.”

“Whatever, cara mia. I’m going home, but I will be back.” He storms down the driveway and to his house. The giggle coming from behind me tells me my wife is back.

I turn around and scowl. “It’s not funny, Stella.”

  “It is a little bit.”

  “Oh really, cara.”

“Si, amore. Now can we talk? There’s something I need to tell you.” Immediately, I can tell she’s afraid to tell me what the doctor said. I pray that it’s nothing like cancer.

“Tell me, Stella. I can’t wait to know.” The thought has been on my mind for weeks. I can’t lose her.

“Domani, I’m pregnant again.” I run up and hug her tightly. At least it’s not cancer. There’s a lot of stuff I can handle, but losing her isn’t one of them.

“Okay. That I can deal with,” I whisper, kissing her forehead.

“I thought you’d be freaking out.”

“I will later. There are definitely worse things you could have told me.”

“I’m sorry, I’m going to be nagging you for at least another twenty years. We have one more kid to raise.”

  “Ah shit, not another girl.”

Six months later and yes—another girl.

  THE END
