“What’s all this? Come on. Don’t act coy,” Will was smiling. Andrea didn’t see this relaxed expression often enough on Will’s face. And she liked it. He should try it more often.
“Coy?” Andrea rose to her feet, keeping the blanket wrapped around her shoulders.
“You probably don’t remember.” Will’s smile didn’t die.
“Remember what?”
“When you were falling asleep. You said don’t let you sleep past noon. And that I was to absolutely, with no excuses, have food and coffee ready for you.”
“Oh, please,” Andrea said, as she rolled her head back in laughter.
“Oh no, there was no please,” said Will, “it was clearly an order.”
Andrea now stood facing Will. Both leaning against the island.
“So, you work off orders?”
“I work off whatever you tell me.”
Without having expected it, Will felt himself harden instantly. Christ, he thought. This woman.
Andrea felt it. That connection. That physical connection. Fused with the feeling they shared that made the room feel like it was going to burst. Andrea put her hand on Will’s and then took it away.
She stared him directly in the eyes, and they both looked deep into each other.
Undressing herself, she didn’t take her eyes off Will. And Will undressed, too. It was clear, the understanding that lingered. They were at ease, they were as one and they wanted to seize every moment together.
Will’s length was hard and throbbing. Andrea’s core was wanting, but so was every single part of her. She stood, naked, and waited. Her heart felt like it was going to run out of power if it kept going like this. Will got to his knees and kissed her leg, her thighs. When he reached her center, he kissed her, deeply.
Suddenly he turned her around and worked his way around her ass, then stood up and let his dick roll up between her cheeks. Will turned Andrea around, and without warning, he lifted Andrea into his arms.
Andrea couldn’t believe his strength. She wrapped her legs around his waist. But she felt like he could hold her forever.
Will kissed her breasts and she kissed his chest. Andrea climbed down and pushed Will against the cold fridge door. But he didn’t flinch. The intensity in his eyes clung to her.
Andrea turned him around and rubbed herself against his ass. My God, she thought, who carved this? She grabbed him and held him in her hand. She pulled hard and slow. She stopped. She frantically pulled and Will felt close. She then held tight and turned Will around. Will looked so deep into her eyes that she felt that she would come based on that alone.
Will asked her and she nodded. She was ready. Even now, when a man’s instincts could become selfish and desperate, he was patient. He was holding back because he wanted Andrea to be ready. To feel safe. To know that this was beautiful, but the real beauty lay in her. In their connection.
They lay on the kitchen tiles, but the coldness only heightened the moment. As he entered her they both smiled. Not for themselves, not for their own pleasure, but for each other.
Will held back and Andrea held back and they both held back until they couldn’t anymore.
Words would haven’t done the moment justice. Will lifted Andrea into his arms and kissed her.
“Eggs?” Will asked.
“Eggs,” Andrea nodded.
As he got their food together, Andrea wondered. She wondered why this felt so good, so early. It wasn’t just that it felt good. It felt real and it felt sustainable. She didn’t feel she was getting ahead of herself. And most incredibly, she knew Will felt the same.
Will had loved once in his life. He knew that he would never love again. That’s what he had told himself for so long. That it just couldn’t and wouldn’t happen. In this moment, he felt sorry for himself. To have thought that for so long. Because right now, he knew.
He knew he would do what it took to protect Andrea.
Andrea looked at Will and saw the man she loved. She also saw a man who needed to be protected in his own way. She was sure of one thing, and it seemed crazy to think it, but she couldn’t deny the completeness of her feelings. She would build a life with this man.
“You know something?” Andrea asked.
“I do,” Will answered. “I know something.”
“You know that I’m in love with some guy.”
“Well you better tell that guy, he’s got the competition of his life.”
“Is that right?” Andrea asked as she held Will’s face in her hands.
Will nodded.
Andrea closed her eyes gently and smiled.
They didn’t need to say it.
Why would you, when it’s engraved on your heart.
