  In the back, Zahir and Ricky continued their game, as Zahir kept losing. “By Allah, I think you can read my mind,” he told the boy.

  “By Allah, I think you can read my mind,” Ricky repeated.

  “Quit copying me,” Zahir said.

  “Quit copying me,” Ricky mimicked.

  And so, the Hummer, containing four heroes, sped through the empty highway canyons toward the setting sun. Of course, it was the Hummer that contained many drums of priceless Healing Oil.
