Fox (The Road Rebels MC Book 4) Page 9

by Savannah Rylan

He sucked welts into my skin as my hands clawed at his back, pulling groans from his throat.

I felt his tip breach my entrance as I rolled my hips. He inched into me, his strong arms hovering his body above mine. Our eyes stayed connected as he plunged into me, pressing against my walls and knocking against every spot that made me shiver. He was intoxicating. Freeing. Being in the arms of a man like him as more than I could have dreamed of. His tattoos beckoned to my lips as I kissed every part of them, tasting as much of him as I could as our hips pressed together.

My legs were shaking so badly I couldn’t keep them on his hips. They fell to the bed, my body spread for him as his hands found mine.

Then, he pinned them above my head.

Thrusting into my body, my tits jolted for him. The fire he sent raging through my bones was enough to render me breathless. He pounded into my hips as the sweet sounds of skin slapping skin ricocheted off the corners of my room. My bed frame was knocking against the wall as our fingers intertwined, his hands pinning me down as his hips rendered me immobile.

I could feel his hard body raking against my clit. Sending me to soaring heights as stars burst in my vision.

My neck captured his grunts and groans as he dipped his face to my skin. I kissed every part of him I could reach as I arched deeper into his movements. His cock grew thicker inside my body. Pushing against my fluttering walls as I bit into his shoulder. I had lost control of my body. Of my movements. Of everything that ever mattered to me as strings of obscenities fell from my lips.

“Fox. Yes. Oh, shit. So good. You feel so good. Harder. Mark me as yours.”

His nips became bites and his thrusts became pounds. He dropped down to my body, writhing against me as my legs found their strength again. I wrapped them around his waist and pulled him closer, forcing him to shallowly rock against my body. His body tickled my clit, and his balls smacked against my ass. His hands gripped mine so tightly I thought they would go numb. His teeth sank into the meat of anything he could attach himself to. My neck. My shoulders. My breasts. My arms.

I was going to be covered in evidence of him, and I loved it. I craved it.

  I wanted more of it.

“I can feel you. Your warmth growing. Your pussy throbbing. It aches for release, doesn’t it?”

His breath was hot against my ear as his lips nipped at my earlobe.

“Yes. Yes, Fox. Please. Give it to me.”

  “Beg,” he said.

“Please. Please let me come. I’ll do anything. Anything, please.”

“Don’t make promises you can’t keep, little one,” he said.

A shot of electricity wafted up my spine as I arched deeper into him.

“I promise. I promise. Anything. Please. Please let me… let me… yes. Yes. Harder! Like that! Like that, Fox! Please!”

He slammed into me one last time, and I fell over the edge. My legs locked around him and my nails dug into the back of his hands. I arched my body into his, pressing farther into his strength as his cock plunged into my body. My pussy throbbed around him, trapping it in its grip as it pulled him deeper into me. I could feel his cock pulsing. Painting my walls with him as my pleasure rendered me silent.

We collapsed onto the bed together, his lips peppering kisses along the marks he’d left on my body.

I had no idea what time it was. I didn’t know where I was, who I was, or what I was supposed to be doing. Fox was trapped within my body. Between my legs as he held my hands tightly. It wasn’t until his cock began to pull back that he released me, but only for a moment.

Because then, he pulled me into his naked body and covered us up with my blankets.

I snuggled into him, feeling his muscles blanketing me in their protection. I slipped in and out of sleep, waking up to his body against mine every single time. When I woke up for good, the sun was just beginning to stream through the windows. I would have to go to work soon, and I needed time to get myself cleaned up.

  “Morning.”

Fox’s sleepy voice drew a smile across my lips as I rolled over in his arms.

  “Mmm… morning,” I said.

  “Sleep well?” Fox asked.

  “Very much so. And you?”

“Better than I have in a while.”

“I’m glad I could help with that.”

“It’s funny you assume it was you,” he said with a grin.

I snuggled deeper into his grasp, bracing for my alarm to go off. I wanted to take in more of him. I wanted to roll him over and slide his cock back into my body. But the outside world would beckon for me, and I would have to go be a productive adult.

“Got any plans for your weekend?” Fox asked.

  “Weekend?” I asked.

  “Yeah. It’s Saturday.”

  “What?”

I rolled over and grabbed my phone as his hands meandered around my body. I pressed the button, and the screen lit up, and sure enough, he was right. It was eight in the morning on a Saturday, and an unsolicited joy passed through my system.

I didn’t have to go to work.

Fox pulled me back into his body as I giggled. He kissed my shoulder, lacing it with his scent as I snuggled into him. My ass pressed into his hard cock and memories of the prior day came rushing back. He nipped at my skin, his body ready for yet another round as I wiggled my ass back into him again.

“You keep doing that, and I’ll take it,” he said.

“Might be fun. Never done that before,” I said.

“That’ll definitely be something we work up to.”

“Work up to? That means you’re not done with me yet?”

“Not by a long shot,” he said.

I turned around in his arms and pressed a kiss to the tip of his nose. I laid my head on the pillow and looked into his sparkling blue eyes. They were mesmerizing. Shining with the morning sun. He really was a handsome man. Breathtakingly handsome in a way that was smooth and delicate. It was hard to explain. The only way I knew how to define it was to say he had the strength of a man but the delicately chiseled features of an Abercrombie model.

But his tattoos boasted of a hard life. One I was interested in knowing about.

“So, tell me about yourself,” Fox said.

“What do you wanna know?” I asked.

“Anything you’re willing to tell me. Are you a local? Are you from out of town? Does your family live around here? Got any siblings?”

“Ah, so all the basic stuff. Let’s start from the beginning. I am a local. Born and raised in Henderson. So, no, I’m not from out of town. My family has always been in the area.”

“Do you enjoy it?” he asked.

“It’s a nice town. It’s always been home, so it’s hard to think about branching out. Generations ago, my family used to live on the outskirts of Vegas. But my grandfather moved us into Henderson.”

  “Why?”

“My father’s law practice is something that’s been passed down to the men of the family for generations. My grandfather moved the practice from Vegas to Henderson to get out from underneath some illegal activity his own father got himself into.”

“Sounds like he made a good move,” I said.

“Yeah. My father flipped the legacy on its head. It was handed down to him by my grandfather, and he started taking on cases no one else would. Defending men already labeled guilty in the eyes of the public. He’s taken a lot of crap for it, but he’s a hero in my eyes. All these men and women that society no longer cares about… he takes them in and defends them. Forces juries to see past their own biases. It’s incredible.”

  “Sounds like it,” Fox said.

“And my mom? She’s a housewife. She always wanted a family, but I’m the only child. Her pregnancy was difficult with me, and she was scared to have another one.”

“I’m sorry to hear that. Women like that usually want big families.”

“They considered adopting for a while, but they never did. I don’t really know why, and I n
ever asked. It was a sore topic for my mother, so I left it alone. What about you? Tell me a bit about yourself.”

“Well, let’s see. I’m a mechanic. I work on cars and bikes, mostly. I have a part-time gig at a bar as well, just on the outskirts of town. It’s only on a call-in basis, though. Sometimes I’ll be there regularly, and sometimes I’ll only see it two or three times a month. Depends on the-”

A phone rang out, and I knew it wasn’t mine. Fox rolled his eyes and groaned, then rolled over and slid from the bed. He walked around, his body flexing for me as I watched his cock swing low between his thighs. I felt heat pooling in my chest against as he found his phone, his back turned to me as he picked it up.

“This is Fox,” he said. “Uh huh. Yep. Sure did. Seriously? I can’t even-? Yep. Uh huh. I read you loud and clear. Everything’s good. I’ll be there in a bit. Yes, I’m coming. When I tell you I’m coming, I’m coming.”

I grinned at his words as my eyes roamed over his body. His back was strong, and his ass was tight. Thoughts I’d never had before were rushing around in my head as he hung up the phone. I slid down underneath the covers and took deep breaths as he turned towards me, his eyes scanned what he could of me before he spoke.

“That was the shop,” Fox said. “They need extra hands.”

“I figured that was someone calling you and needing help,” I said.

“I’m sorry. I gotta head out.”

“I get it. No apologies necessary.”

“Could I see you later on? Maybe after I’m done working or something?”

His eyes were dancing with mine as he stood there in all his glory.

“I’d like that,” I said with a grin.

“Good,” he said. “Then I’ll call you once I’m done working.”

I watched him get dressed as I drew in a deep breath. My body was still throbbing with exhaustion from yesterday. Fox came around my bed and sat on the edge of it, his hand dancing along my clothed body as he grinned. There was a sparkle in his eye that hadn’t been there before. A sort of happiness that seemed almost out of place for a man like him.

He bent down and kissed my lips. A soft, sweet kiss that left me wanting more. I wrapped my hand around his head, causing him to grin at me as my tongue lapped along his mouth.

He allowed me entrance to taste him. To experience his warmth one last time before he had to leave.

“I’ll call you when I can,” he said against my lips.

“Looking forward to it,” I said.

Then he got up from the bed, left the room, and closed my bedroom door behind him. I listened out for the sound of the security system, alerting me to the fact that someone was opening the front door. It shut behind him, and I listened to his footsteps receding down the stairs. I couldn’t wait for him to call me. I couldn’t wait to hear his voice again. My body was already aching for his presence. For the warmth, he had provided me and the safety I felt when I was around him.

But most of all, I wanted experiences. So many firsts were coming with him, and I never wanted them to stop. I had experienced more life with him than in the twenty-three years I’d spent underneath my father’s roof, and I knew he had much more to show me.

I was ready to see it all, so long as it was with Fox.

  Chapter 15

  Fox

I headed to the lodge with the smell of Harlow still on my lips. Laiken had more updates on the Devil’s Saints, and Mac was calling yet another fucking church meeting. I was pissed I had to leave Harlow. I was no closer to having any answers as to why she affected me the way she did. But I also wasn’t any closer to getting her to flip on her father. The way she talked about him, it was like he was a fucking superhero. If Mac didn’t stop fucking calling me, I wouldn’t be able to get anything done. If he was constantly wanting me to check in and bullshit, I’d spend more time on my fucking phone than I would with Harlow.

I pulled up to the lodge and made my way for the mechanic’s shop. I busted in, not concealing my anger at the situation as the guys looked over at me. They were all grinning and being assholes as Mac gave me a once-over, then we all sat down in our chairs and got to talking.

“How are things going with Harlow?” Mac asked.

“If you’d stop fucking calling me, they’d be better,” I said.

“Had to call church,” Mac said.

“Then fucking call it without me next time,” I said.

“Shit. Her pussy must’ve been good,” Hawk said.

“Shut your fucking mouth,” I said.

“Calm the hell down, Fox. She’s just a mission,” Talon said.

“Was that what Calista was to you? Just a mission?” I asked. I saw Talon’s muscle tense as he gave me a death glare.

“All right, all right. I get your damn point, Fox. There’ve been a lot of meetings, and I obviously interrupted something. But Laiken’s got information she’s passed onto Snake, and it’s important,” Mac said.

“I had her fucking talking about her dad, so it better be important,” I said.

“Well shit,” Snake said. “I gotta side with Fox on this one. If he already has her talking about her dad, we called this shit at the wrong time.”

“Just get on with it, Snake,” I said. “What does Laiken have for us?”

“You seeing her again soon?” Talon asked.

“After this damn meeting, yes. So get it over with,” I said.

“Laiken wanted to come tell us the information herself, but things are getting bad at the station,” Snake said.

  “Why?” I asked.

“There’s been a shit ton of movement at the Devil’s Saints compound, and she now has proof that the Saints are gearing up for a large firefight. Beast is worse than ever and pissed off that his shit isn’t getting to him fast enough. He had an entire truck, of shit delivered to the fucking front door of the compound last night,” Snake said.

“Laiken got pictures of this shit?” Mac asked.

“Sitting on her damn desk. The DEA still can’t get close enough without starting shit to see what it is, but they’ve got pictures of what Laiken thinks is four different trucks,” Snake said.

“Four different fucking trucks?” Hawk asked.

“Do they have any theories as to what this shit could be?” I asked.

“My guess is ammo. Guns. Shit, they could use to wipe some people off this planet,” Snake said.

“You think they’re geared towards us,” Talon said.

“I think we’re in their crosshairs, yes. And if they’re gearing up to come at us again, we’re sorely outgunned,” Snake said.

“Can we just take Beast out already? I mean, come on. If we had him out of here, this shit would be easier,” Hawk said.

“It’s frustrating as hell, but we made Laiken a promise. No one dies by our hands if we can help it,” Snake said.

“We could make it look like this couldn’t be helped easy,” I said.

“I’m not breaking a promise to my woman unless I have to. Unless our lives are in danger. And right now, we’ve got trucks, a hotheaded President, and speculation,” Snake said.

“Looks like Laiken’s rubbing off on you,” Mac said with a grin.

“Don’t worry. I’m also rubbing off on her. She’s doing some creative shit to get us this information,” Snake said.

“Fine,” Hawk said with a sigh. “But if this shit gets out of hand, I’ve got no issues breaking a promise to Laiken and keeping your hands free of it. We’ve got our own families to protect. Syd and Emery are scared shitless. And I’ll take that asshole out in a heartbeat if I feel he’s coming for them.”

“Same here,” Talon said. “Gemma’s visibly pregnant now, and that makes her a big target for assholes like the Saints.”

“I won’t stop you if it gets that far,” Snake said. “But right now, it hasn’t.”

“There any way Laiken can get us copies of those pictures?” Mac asked.

“I’ll call her later and ask. Things are hot a
nd heavy at the department today. The DEA’s scrambling to figure out what’s in those trucks. But when I talk with her, I’ll ask,” Snake said.

“Anything else?” Talon asked. “Because Fox needs to get back to work.”

  “No fucking joke,” I said.

“I’m good if you guys are good. Snake, get those pictures. Fox, get back to Harlow. Everyone else, keep your nose to the grind and lay low. We’ll find a way out of this. We always do,” Mac said.

I was the first out of my chair and out the damn door. I strode back to my bike as my phone began to vibrate. I smiled, thinking it was Harlow sending me something or trying to call.

But my blood froze when I saw it was Calais.

Call me now. Every second you waste is a dollar you won’t see.

I bit the inside of my cheek and mounted my bike. I had to make it look like I was going back to Harlow. I scrolled through my phone and called Calais, keeping a grin on my cheeks to save face for the club.

But inside, my stomach was rolling with nerves. I had no idea what was going on or who the hell had fucked something up, but I knew something was wrong. And if something was wrong with the KG9’s, it meant I was their automatic fall guy.

Which meant that right now, both the club and Harlow were in trouble.

  Chapter 16

  Harlow

  “Hey, Dad!”

  “Come here, princess.”

I wrapped my arms around my father and gave him a massive hug. It was so nice to see him after my first full week back at work. I was on cloud nine after my encounter with Fox, I was waiting excitedly for his phone call, and I was about to be treated to a nice lunch by my father.

Life couldn’t get any better than this.

“So, how’s the apartment treating you?” my father asked.

“It’s good. Took the week to get it decorated. No more boxes are lying around, and everything has a place.”

“Sounds exactly like the home I thought my girl would have. Any new additions to furniture?”

“Not yet. I’m looking at desks and bookshelves right now, but I want them to be just right. Sturdy and functional. I want them to be able to go with me, not just cheap furniture I’ll throw out once I move again.”
