We got married exactly one year after I proposed to Brooke and have not looked back since.
So not to wake her, I tip-toe out of Jessica’s room and meet my beautiful wife in the passage. I rub my hand against her swollen belly and give her a warm smile. I can see she’s tired, but even more excited to reveal her anniversary present.
Brooke’s expecting our second child, a boy this time. “How’s he doing?”
Brooke lets out a sigh. “Busy! He’s been kicking all day. I think we’re going to have our hands full when Michael arrives.”
I plant a kiss on her forehead, “nothing we can’t handle, cupcake. Okay, I’ve been waiting all day for my surprise.” I run my hands down Brooke’s sexy body, eager to ravish her on the spot.
Brooke shifts behind me and covers my eyes with her hand. “Right this way, Mr, and no looking.”
I reach my hands behind me, rubbing on her pussy, but she slaps my hand away. “Stop it,” she hits my arm, “you only get to touch after you see your present.”
With my eyes covered, Brooke leads me down the passage.
We enter a room and Brooke removes her hand blocking my vision. When I open my eyes again, I'm in the study, the room I use to write.
But it’s not the plain old study I’m used to.
With a dropped jaw, I take a few minutes to scan the room, taking in my new surroundings. The center wall has a large whiteboard with the words, ‘My new planning board,’ scribbled with her doctor-like handwriting. On the wall to my left are large Star Wars posters, and on my right are posters of all my books, with her favorite quotes from each book. There’s a sofa in the corner of the room with a large screen TV on the opposite end. A PlayStation 4 is connected to the TV with all my favorite games.
Centered in the room is a wooden oak desk where I’d be doing my writing. Brooke knows I’ve been eyeing out this desk for months. The room has that sci-fi, futuristic feel that she knows I love.
I walk around the room, beaming like a kid in a candy store.
“Cupcake… You did all this for me?”
She smiles. “Remember the night I told you the hill’s my happy place?”
“Yeah?”
“You also told me about your dreams of one day having your own writing man-cave, so I thought I’d put a little something together.”
For the next few moments, I stare at my wife in awe, marveling at how I fall more in love with her every day.
I pull Brooke into me. “Baby, I love you!”
She runs her finger against my lips, giving me a devilish grin. “I love you too, babe. Now how about I serve up the second part of your gift?”
I drag my lips down her ears, cup my palm over her pussy, and squeeze her tight.
“Here’s to our forever.”
She gasps, already panting, as she whispers back, “our forever.”
