About the author
Lin Lustig’s tenacious nature and love of Disney villains has made her a heroic villain who seeks to support reader well-being through worlds of fierce love, magical adventures, and overdue reveling—so we can all celebrate the hidden parts of ourselves while escaping into a rich reading experience.
Lin hails from the Pacific Northwest but has lived in several states ranging from California to Virginia. She took up writing years ago, but her high expectations kept her working towards books that reflected her personal level of excellence. She will always be learning and leveling up.
Her life as a fandom-obsessed nerd gives her a great appreciation for all things magical, especially since her first childhood fandom was Sailor Moon. However, that was only the beginning to a lifelong search for excellent content no matter the form.
Join Lin’s newsletter for updates on her unorthodox approach to world domination through good books and self-love.

My writing Ponies: Alexis De Girolami, Chris Henderson-Bauer, Elle Beauregard, Jo Segur, Kelly Blake, Kitt Masters, Melora François, Jasmine Silvera: you are my writing queens. Write Fight Gif Club via Twitter for being an extended source of support and laughs. Bex for all the waffles. R.R. Vale for the vodka. To Jamie, Stephen, Mai-Anh, Shawn, Courtney, Brandon, and (of course) Mom: you’ve proven to me that kindness is real.
Special thanks to my artist, Robert M. Ball, for his incredible vision and execution, and to my editor, Jen Graybeal, for her patience and studious eye.
And finally, to my readers. You’re why I’m here.
