The Vampire, The Witch and the Werewolf: The Wolfe Pack Page 13

by Louisa Bacio

All the while, Nick paid much-desired attention to other parts of her body. He slid her jeans down, over her ass, and soon her underwear followed the path to who-knows-where. He massaged her inner thighs.

“Open for me, Silver,” Nick said.

She hesitated for a brief moment, then followed his instructions. His hand passed between her legs, dipping into her wetness. He slid a finger into her slit, and when she moaned and opened further for him, he pressed two into that magic spot.

Yes, she wanted to feel him, to be taken by them. These two strong magnificent men in her life creating a bridge from the past to the present, and unifying them all together.

The smell of Silver’s desire infused the room, and Nick longed to get a taste of her blood, right at that lovely vein on her inner thigh. Since he had been her first lover, he knew she hadn’t had any back-door play previously, though, and he wanted to get her good and ready before moving forward with anal intercourse.

With his hands, he pulled apart her cheeks, and spied that pretty pink rosebud. She flexed her muscles, even subconsciously trying to stop his attentions.

“You gotta let me play with you,” he said.

He met Viktor’s eye contact over Silver’s hip, and the eyes of the other man just about glowed with passion. He wondered what he looked like when he was sunk deep into this woman. She turned him on, but certainly didn’t make him lose control. It made him wonder why, and then he re-focused on the magic button before him.

“Hey baby,” Viktor said. “Ready for something else to suck on?”

  “Mm-hm.”

The other man stood up and removed his clothing. His cock immediately jutted upward at attention. Suddenly Nick felt overdressed. He’d take care of the situation easily enough. He yanked off his shirt and pants, tossing them onto the floor, and moved back into his position.

Viktor moved up toward Silver’s head and waiting mouth, and as he slipped his cock between her lips, Nick teased her nether hole with his tongue while gliding his fingers back into her drenched pussy.

The outer rim squeezed around him, and he added his wet index finger, pushing past that tight muscle. She was so tight. He could easily imagine shoving his dick into her back entrance. He’d never experienced that sort of loving himself. No need, when the other mode of pleasure was always readily available. Oh, he’d fantasized, like most men probably, but tonight would be a night to remember for all of them.

Viktor rode her mouth. Her tongue lashed at his sensitive skin with each thrust, and she reached up to massage his balls. How trusting they all became in the bedroom. Lord, she could easily suck him off and suck him dry. Maybe in the future, but he didn’t want to come in her mouth at the moment, and leave Nick to have all the fun.

No, if she wanted to have this fantasy, and he wanted to make her happy, it was going to be exactly the way she’d imagined it: both of them taking her at the same time.

  * * * *

Her body afire. Every spot she wanted touched was touched, almost magically and organically.

She sucked on Victor’s cock, inhaling his musky scent. She wanted to push him to that edge where he could no longer control himself. Right when she thought he was going to come in her mouth, he slowed down and pulled out.

He moved down her body, sliding his tongue along her hipbone, until he met her sweet pussy. She sighed as he spread her lips and nibbled.

In unison, Nick sunk two fingers into her ass, opening her up. She bucked against them, clenching her muscles around his digits.

“Oh. I need you two to fuck me now. No more playing around.”

Nick popped open the lid of a lubricant, spreading the warming oil over her asshole and slicking up his own cock. As he positioned himself behind her, Viktor increased his speed. The pleasure built, raining waves across her body. A pressure grew in her groin, and the only thing to quench it would be their cocks.

As the orgasm overcame her, Nick thrust, entering her in one swoop.

“So fucking snug.” Nick panted in her ear.

She cried out, her pussy muscles squeezing and wanting to be filled too. She clawed at Viktor’s shoulders, brining him upward. She opened her legs wider, reaching to guide him within her depths. The moment he slipped into her heated sheath, he shut his eyes.

  “Perfect,” he said. “Absolutely heaven.”

He pulled back, bringing his cock out almost all the way and slamming it back into her. The orgasm meter shot all the way to overload again and Silver shuddered.

At her back, Nick fucked her, and Viktor took her front.

“Bite me,” she instructed Nick. “Sink your teeth into me.”

The moment his canines pierced her skin, she flew into oblivion.

  Chapter Eighteen

Within a threesome, did one person automatically feel like the odd man out? Nick didn’t think it was the way it happened with the vampire, the witch, and the werewolf. Maybe with both Silver and Viktor being werewolves, and he a vampire, the contrast showed even more. After their sexual escapades, the three of them lay together, limbs entwined.

Nick thought of Marguerite, the hot redheaded bartender who also worked at Club Blood. Before he was turned and he got involved with Silver, he shared some steamy encounters with her in the employee’s lounge. Afterward, he occasionally took her as a blood donor, but never let the interplay get more physical.

Feeding from other women—and men, as an absolutely last resort—was a necessity of his life as a vampire, but did it also mean something about his relationship with Silver. Was the distance he felt inherent as a vampire? His only true role model was Lawrence, and he certainly did long-term well.

He kissed Silver on the shoulder and slid out of bed. She rolled over to face him, watching him put on his clothes.

“Where are you going?” she asked. “Is it close to dawn yet?”

“I think it’s time for me to go. You’re where you belong, and I should get back to the city.”

She sat up, holding the sheets over her chest. “What? Wait, let me get dressed.”

Viktor put on his pants and shirt and came around.

“Are you sure about this decision?” he asked.

“Take care of her for me,” Nick said. It wasn’t a question, but more of an order.

Viktor clasped his extended hand, then drew him in for a hug, smacking him on the back. When Nick turned toward Silver, tears burst out of her eyes, and she shook her head. Maybe if she didn’t make eye contact, this moment wouldn’t be happening. Deep down, she’d felt it, and knew the separation was coming. How she wished it could be avoided.

His feet came into her view, and lightly he lifted her chin.

“I’m sorry, but I can’t do this,” Nick said softly.

“We haven’t really tried,” she argued. “Maybe we can work out some other sort of arrangement—”

“It’s not just the physicalities, because don’t get me wrong, Viktor, you’re an awesome guy.”

“Thanks, you’re not so bad yourself.”

Did they just fist bump again? When the hell did they get so buddy-buddy? While they were both fucking you at the same time. Obviously. Seriously, her inner voice needed a bitch-fest and then a vacation from her mind.

“As I was saying, it’s not about sharing you, but coming to the realization that what we have isn’t on the same level as what you and Viktor share. Think about Lawrence, Lily, and Trevor. They have this universal balance among the three of them. It’s harmony that simply works. Us? It would be fun. Damn, it was brilliant, but the three of us don’t belong together.”

“But I don’t want to lose you.” Her light tears had turned into full-blown bawling.

“You don’t have to. I’m not going somewhere you can’t visit. I’m going back home, to New Orleans. It’s where I belong. And you, you belong here in the forest with your
heritage, and the Wolfe Pack. In my mind, I can see you running free with Viktor by your side, and the power that you two evoke. That’s magical on so many levels.”

Her heart constricted, as if someone had grabbed on too tightly, and then wrenched it tightly. The common night sounds echoed through the air. She’d grown to feel at peace with the environment. She’d become part of not just the Pack, but the land where they lived. And while she definitely felt like she belonged, she understood where Nick was coming from. He loved the adventure that came with a big city. His lifestyle followed the path he’d wanted. He needed more extracurricular stimuli.

Plus, he was pretty good at hunting down vampires.

“But I love you,” Silver said. “You know me better than anyone else. You’ve known me for the longest.”

Nick sat down and patted the spot on the bed next to him. She took it, but sat with her arms crossed over her chest.

“Think about how you love me. What types of feelings come to mind? Safety? Security? Someone who will be there to protect you and believe in you? Now think about Viktor. How do you feel about him?”

Her face flushed from embarrassment. Damn, that was one fine-looking man. His strength, and the common traits they shared. He knew what it was like to be a shifter.

“Now think about your brother Trevor, and your stepbrother Dominick. How do you feel about them?”

“Oh, ewww, thank you for putting it in the right context.”

“You’re welcome, but how do I fit on that list? Where do I rank? Near the romantic love of werewolf-Romeo over there or more closer to brotherly affection?”

She slapped her hand over her mouth. She didn’t always feel that way about Nick, had she? She remembered that initial shot of passion, and then being tremendously excited to be with him physically. She’d had such a crush on him for the longest time, but when had that crush turned into something else?

“It’s all right. I don’t blame you. It’s no one’s fault,” Nick said. “It’s just the way it is.”

  “I didn’t mean—”

“But it happened. Now, let me slip out of this encampment before it gets closer to dawn. I need to get going.”

Silver went over to the dresser and removed the keys to Nick’s truck. “Drive back, though. I’m not going to be using it anytime soon.”

With a jangle, she tossed the keys, and he caught them. They provided a familiar heft in his hand, a grounding point. He was going home. Alone.

  Chapter Nineteen

They walked Nick out to the edge of the camp and bade him goodbye. This time, Silver knew the farewell was much more definitive, but she had the answers she needed. Viktor wrapped her in his arms.

“You don’t need to hide your emotions from me. I’m not going to get all alpha-male jealous.”

She didn’t trust herself to talk. She nested into his chest, running her hands around the back of his neck. His thick, coarse hair tickled her fingers, and Silver briefly compared it to Nick’s soft spikes. Something inside her chest expanded and hurt, thinking of her vampire lover, and then she mentally closed it down, compacting away the feelings of her other life.

Viktor took her mouth, the roughness of his stubble rubbing on her cheek, his lips hungry and persistent. He ran his tongue over her lips, requesting entry. She acquiesced and he slipped his tongue inside, searching for hers. Long, sure strokes stoked the fire building between them, and she wanted more.

Their bodies molded against each other, and he slipped his arm around her back, his palm resting on the naked skin right above her ass. Viktor dug his fingers in, lightly massaging the area and shooting sensations throughout Silver’s body.

Hooking her thumbs through the loops of his low-slung jeans, she pressed her lower region against his growing erection. From what she was feeling pressing against her, he was ready to go again. She stood on her tip-toes to better reach his mouth, and he cupped the underside of her ass and lifted her up. She wound her legs around his waist and he walked her over to a picnic table, settling her down soft while wedging himself between her thighs.

Damn, how she wished they didn’t have so many layers between her sex and his, but those thin pieces of fabric were keeping them from fucking full force in the common area in the Pack. They needed a little bit of propriety, right?

Coming apart for unobstructed air, they broke contact with their mouths. Viktor leaned his forehead against hers and gazed deep into her eyes.

“Silver Ashe, you are one wild filly, aren’t you?” he asked, his voice deep and husky, and causing her to grow even more wet between the legs. “Something tells me you’re not going to be one tamed … easily.”

“Why would you need to tame me? Why not just jump on for the wild ride?”

“’Cause as good as that loving would probably be, I want something more than a romp through the bushes. I’ve been looking for my mate, someone to spend my life with.”

With the conversations suddenly turning serious, Silver grew quiet. Here she was, legs wrapped around his waist, grinding herself against his cock, and he wanted to talk life mates.

“Hey, why did you get all silent on me?”

“I’m not sure what to say.” With a deep sigh, she unloosened her legs one at a time, bracing herself on the table with her palms and knees, then stepped down. Viktor made a grab for her arm, and she slipped out of his reach and backed away. “Maybe we should take this back down a notch or two,” she continued.

“Bullshit,” Viktor spat out. “I’ve been waiting for you to come around. Now that you’re finally free and clear to be mine, you want to dial it back?”

She didn’t think he was going to like what she had to say, but the anger surprised her. Viktor rarely lost his temper. He never seemed to care enough to go ballistic.

  “It’s just … I mean…”

“Nope, we’re definitely moving ahead in our relationship, starting right now.”

Without another comment, Viktor picked her up like she weighed the same as a sack of potatoes, and he tossed her over his shoulder. She let out a squeal of surprise.

“What do you think you’re doing?”

“Claiming you. Making you mine, as of right now.”

Instead of heading to her dwelling, he set out for his. While Silver had been inside, she hadn’t seen his bedroom yet—seemed too private and asking for trouble. Now, she didn’t know what she was in for.

  * * * *

He’d tried playing the nice guy. He’d tried being the good wolf escort and showing Silver around. He’d tried being patient. He’d played nicely with Nick the bloodsucker, albeit one with a kind soul. Now, he was done. The weight of Silver felt right on his shoulder. She didn’t kick or squirm or try to get away.

She knew she was facing the inevitable.

  Mine.

One word kept running through his head. Kind wasn’t cutting it. Too hell with seeking her father’s permission for her as his mate. What was the saying? He’d ask for forgiveness later.

He balanced Silver over his shoulder with one hand and used the other to open his door, and kicked it shut. As Viktor jostled her, she gave out little squeals bordering on excitement. He maneuvered through the living room, heading straight for the bedroom. With his elbow, he hit the lights, and she rewarded him with an “awe.”

Over the years, he’d collected various strands of lights that hung from the eaves of his bedroom, looping around all four walls like scallops and then crisscrossing over the middle. From colored balls and roses to mini gas lamps like one would find on the streets in the French Quarter to his secret favorite, small pink flamingoes.

Before sitting her down, Viktor gave her bottom one fierce smack.

  “Ow, what was that for?”

“Playing so hard to get that I had to carry you in here like a caveman.”

“Or a werewolf. Are you going t
o pull my hair later, too?”

“Only if you want me to, or misbehave more.”

Seeing her in his living space filled his heart. Her cheeks were flushed, and her silky hair fanned out around her shoulders, nearly reaching her waist. Now that he had her here, he never wanted her to leave. He thought of all those sleepless nights he’d lain in bed, thinking and wondering about the future, and how instead she could be filling up his arms.

As she took in his seriousness all over again, her eyes grew wide, and then she smiled, lighting up the space with a natural warmth even more than the dozen strings of lights. She lay back, knees bent, and arms out, taking it all in.

“Tell me the story of these,” she asked. “In a million years, I never would have thought.”

“What? That I have a soft, romantic side?”

“That for someone who builds these cabins so amazingly, you have poor matching skills.”

“The matching doesn’t matter. It’s the memories of each strand. Where I got them, and how they make me remember that moment in my life.”

“Wow. I bet you say that to all the girls you bring back here.”

He stretched out next to her on the bed, leaning back on his arm. “I’ve never brought another woman here.”

“What?” She sat up. “How can that be?”

“This is my own private space, and until now I haven’t wanted to share that with anybody else.”

  “And what’s changed now?”

As Silver asked the question, her eyes widened. She had to have known, right? She couldn’t be that naïve.

“You, of course. I’ve been waiting for the right woman to bring here, and until now, I hadn’t met her.”

She grew pensive. Maybe talking long term, especially on the heels of her coming out of a relationship that she expected to last forever, wasn’t the best idea. Still, the feeling was new to Viktor and it was next to impossible to hide.

“I love you,” he said. “Will you let me show you how much I care?”
