LA MONTE YOUNG is an avant-garde American composer. He lives in New York City.
BILLY YULE lives in California “doing virtually nothing” in the words of his brother Doug.
DOUG YULE has his own business in New Hampshire making cabinets and other furniture. He occasionally fools around jamming with friends. He played on Lou Reed’s solo album Sally Can’t Dance.
FRANK ZAPPA, decent, humane and a genius, carried on his work until his death from cancer in 1993. Even Lou really dug him though he would never admit it.
