WILL RENFRO ________________________________
Will Renfro was raised by wolves in the wilds of Maine ... and likes to draw. He taught himself how to draw, never had any formal training, and has been a horror fan since the early 1970s. Back in the mid-90s, his art and story “Spaghetti Western” appeared in the comic anthology Random Access. In the intervening years, he has produced a good deal of work for Cemetery Dance, creating illustrations for both the magazine and comic book adaptations for Grave Tales. He’s adapted works by William F. Nolan, Richard Laymon, Gary Raisor, Ed Gorman, and Joe Lansdale.
Will created the book cover for Novello Publishers’ Dark Jesters: An Anthology of Humorous Horror, which was edited by Nick Cato and L.L. Soares. So, Green Tsunami isn’t Will’s first project involving L.L.!

JUSTYNN TYME _______________________________
Justynn Tyme is a Buddhist, Dadaist, and multi-talented experimental artist. He is currently the Director of Radioactive Mango Recordings’ ALL-OUT MONSTER REVOLT PROJECT, a member of the Written Remains Writers Guild, and steward of the Dada Network. Justynn has been a long-time fellow in many experimental arts organizations, most notably: The New Absurdist, 391, The Dada Network, and Taped Rugs Productions. Justynn’s work has appeared in both national and international publications, including KBOO’s 101 Hours of Innumerable Small Events, The Written Remains Writers Guild’s Stories from the Inkslingers and Someone Wicked anthologies, Full of Crow’s Corporeal Flux 2, Mill Stream Book’s Bust Down The Door and Eat All The Chickens and Three Room Press’s premier Dada magazine “Maintenant.” Justynn is the founder and director of America’s most obscure Absurdist comedy group, The Whimsical Icebox; the curator of the Omphalos Dada Yow’s Digital Dada Museum; and the founder of the annual, international event, Dalikrab Day. Justynn currently lives in Dada, Delaware—where he believes himself to be a ten-foot-tall eggplant from outer space—in a house of antiquity with six cats and a liquor cabinet.
DANIEL VERKYS ______________________________
Dan Verkys created the wonderful cover illustration. Residing in Melbourne, Australia, Dan’s work can be found in numerous publications and CD packages, both nationally and internationally. His Website (www.gardenofbadthings.com) provides an in depth look at the inner workings of his art, with updates and links to his extensive online galleries of work using the mediums of mixed media and digital compositing bringing his own perspective to the horror/fantasy genre. He has also provided his style of imagery to the film, literature and music industries.
According to Dan his ideas stem from a combination of love, fear and a distorted, overactive imagination. By day, he works in a corporate graphics environment. By night, he works on his own dark visions and on design work for a variety of entertainers, authors, and artists.
“For as long as I can remember I’ve had an fascination with dark imagery, in recent years my art has not been overly focused on gore or the anything too gratuitous, dark art can be so much more than that. With my work, I’m attempting to combine the sinister with the beautiful, I’m forever trying to find that balance, the point where the two meet in harmony. I’m influenced by the work of surreal artists such as Salvador Dali and Zdzislaw Beksinski, and, of course, heavily influenced by the works of H.R. Giger, among others, which for better or worse is quite evident in my work.
“The digital art realm appeals to me, I love the limitless possibilities, and the medium provides me what I need to create art that is at times thought-provoking and disturbing. There’s a fine line between reality and fantasy, peace and anger, love and hate and an even finer line between sane and insane, these are all the common threads to my work, fine lines indeed, which I find myself tip toeing back and forward across in an attempt to dispel personal fears and pose possible answers to some unimaginable questions. The digital world is where I create my own artistic reality where I hope people of a similar mindset can connect with.”
