“Oh my god, yes.” It was amazing. He was still for a moment so I could adjust and then began to move so fucking slow it was driving me crazy. “Faster,” I groaned without even meaning to, and he obliged.

I was in heaven and my body was shaking but something was missing. “I want to touch you.”

He then slows his movements as he moved his hands to remove the garter from mine, kissing each wrist before letting me move them to his shoulders. I planted my feet on the bed as best I could and began meeting thrust for thrust, demonstrating that I wanted it harder. Soon he was pounding hard inside me. Hitting my clit with his pubic bone every time making the sensations almost too much to bear. I saw his expression change and knew he was close.

He quickly pulled out of me, and I groaned in a protest, but then he flipped me over and picked me up, so my back was to his front, spread my legs apart over his lap and slid me onto this penis.

“Holy shit,” I muttered. Jeff went deeper in this position. My body instinctually knew what to do and began to lift and lower myself on his cock. His hands were on my hips, and he was helping me. We stayed this way for a couple seconds then one of his hands slid up my back to my neck wrapping itself around it, and he pulled me close. His fingers had a little bit of pressure, and I felt his breath on my neck. He kissed the space of my neck where it met my collarbone and then suckled it as his teeth grazed my skin. Our thrusting became erratic, harder and faster. Then the hand that was around my neck grabbed my shoulder holding me there as his teeth punctured my skin as he came inside me setting off my own orgasm that was stronger than all the previous ones. It was more than that though, as he sucked my blood; I felt our souls join and become one. Our mate bond wrapped around each other causing two parts to make the whole greater.

Eventually, my orgasm subsided, and my body went completely limp and began to slump over. Jeff wrapped his arms around me and lifted me off of him, laying us both down, with my head on his chest.

We didn’t say anything as our breathing went back to normal. Jeff would occasionally squeeze me tighter, and I did the same.

“I love you Edi, and am so glad you’re mine.”

“I love you too, and so glad that you are mine, as well.”

He kissed my forehead and I kissed his chest and then put my chin on it so I could gaze at my mate. I could see my future smiling at me, I knew we would not always have it easy but whenever and whatever we faced, we would, together. I hadn’t felt like I had a home since I was six years old, but now—“Welcome home Edi,” he said, and I lifted myself up to give him a soft kiss on the lips. “Welcome home,” he whispered again as I put my head on his chest and slept without nightmares for the first time in forever, safe and secure and the arms of the man I loved.

  Chapter One

Who the hell named this shit? I flipped the pages of my twenty-pound textbook and they crinked under my touch. Were they trying to sound like pompous assholes? Because they do. My finger traced the image of a skinned human on the page. Sternocleidomastoid? Pectoralis major? Latissimus dorsi?

Exasperated, I shoved the book away. It shished as it slid across the top of cafeteria-type table. I raked my hands through my strawberry-blonde hair, pushing it off my face, letting out a throaty growl in protest.

“You sound frustrated.” I looked up to see Robin Anders standing at my left. She and I had shared a couple classes together – an English class and Chemistry if I remembered correctly.

“Do I?” The afternoon sun was streaming through the large windows behind her, forcing me to shield my eyes. I glimpsed the outline of her upper body as the light flowed through her thin blouse. I couldn’t help but notice. She’s hot. Athletic with great tits. When you don’t have great breasts, you tend to notice those girls who do.

Robin slid into the chair across from me. I reached out, pulled the book back to my side of the table, and flipped to the beginning of the chapter.

“Do you want me to help you study?” she asked. “I’m taking A and P with Victor, too – the ten a.m. class. I wanted the two p.m., but it was full.”

“Not anymore,” I said, picking up my bottle of water. Unscrewing the top, I watched her facial expression change, showing interest in my words. “He has a talent for scaring people away. We had two drop the class after the first week and two more after the first quiz.”

“No shit?” She reached out and grabbed my forearm. Her fingers were slightly chilled from holding her Coke can. “Well, fuck! I’m definitely switching classes. And when I do, we’ll be study partners. Okay?”

“Um, yeah, sure,” I said. I took a drink of my water. I looked forward to spending time with some hot girl I knew only a slightly more than my mailman. “Why not?” Robin pulled her cell phone from somewhere behind her back and looked at the screen.

“Shit! I’m late!” She popped up from the seat. “My boyfriend is picking me up and taking me to dinner. You know how guys are – going all out because they’re trying to get laid.” She winked at me.

“Yeah.” I smiled and let out a chuckle. No. not really.

“The thing is,” she pushed in the chair and tucked her phone into her back pocket, “he could buy me a burrito from taco bell and still get in my pants. But don’t tell him that.” She smiled and began walking backwards toward the door. “See you Thursday, Red!”

I tossed her a little wave and turned back to my book. I had to study. The next quiz was in two days. Okay. I let out a long slow breath. Let’s do this. My eyes scanned the page, and my brain attempted to absorb the information, but memories of my last sexual encounter began seeping in through the cracks.

The last guy I had sex with was a man I had met online. He was nice. Not too pushy. We had gone out three times. The first date was coffee and a museum. The second date was movie and dinner. And the third, well, the third time we went out I jumped his ass. He was hot, and I was horny.

And while I can’t prove it, I think he stole my underwear. Which is why I haven’t returned any of his calls or texts – at least not until today.

His name is Jason, and he has the tightest ass and the biggest biceps I have ever had the pleasure of wrapping my hands around. Yeah. I looked at the papers, index car
ds and books spread out in front of me. This isn’t happening. I don’t have time for this! With images of a naked Jason flashing through my mind, my concentration was shattered. I began packing up my books and reached for my phone. Turning the ringer off vibrate, I looked at the screen to check for missed messages before beginning the trek across campus to my car.

Walking to my car, my thoughts continued to migrate back to my night with the underwear thief. He was hot. The feeling of his hands on my body. He felt so good. The touch of his lips to my skin. It was good – really good. The weight of his body on mine, digging his fingers into the ample flesh of my ass, thrusting deep. Maybe he’d want to do it again. His hands wrapped in my hair, pulling my mouth to his as he climaxed. I just won’t wear panties this time.

I reached into my bag for my phone and dialed his number. A twinge of heat rushed between my legs as he answered the call.

“Hi Jason,” I swallowed. “It’s Lacey.”

“Hey, stranger.” Jason’s voice was deep, and soothing. Like a mixture of Chris Hemsworth and Mike Rowe. “I’ve been trying get ahold of you. Are you okay? You haven’t returned any of my calls or texts.”

“Yes,” I smiled. It’s sweet that he’s worried. What’s a pair of panties anyway? “I had a lot of schoolwork to catch up on. I’m fine though. Sorry to make you worry.”

“I’ve been missing you,” he said. His voice changed, becoming softer, sexier, more sensuous. “Are you busy later?”

“Actually,” I licked my lips. “No, I’m not busy.”

“Great! We could get dinner and maybe go see that new –”

“Or,” I allowed my voice to drop into a breathy whisper, lingering on the word to make my intention clear. “I can pick up bottle of Moscato and come to your place. We could order a pizza; maybe find something to watch on Netflix.” I winced, hoping I hadn’t been too forward. I was new to this whole ask-for-what-you-want thing. If we get that far. You’ll be lucky if I let you eat before ripping your clothes off.

“That sounds awesome. Does around seven work?” That voice. Damn.

“It works great.” Holy shit! I need to get home and shower – and shave! “I’ll see you then.”

  “I can’t wait.”

“Me neither.” I hung up the phone and laughed at myself.

Two hours later, my mind seemed to drift, shifting from nervousness to excitement and back again, as I drove the most direct path to Jason’s apartment. I’m not usually the aggressor when it comes to dates – especially not sexual encounters. My last steady boyfriend hadn’t been very aggressive, or passionate, or fun for that matter. And he made it clear each and every time we had sex that it was all about him. He was the man after all. It didn’t matter what my needs were, or what I wanted. I was only a woman. Women weren’t supposed to want, need, or even really enjoy sex. We were just there to make sure our man got off. After a couple years of that, I ended up having a better sexual relationship with my battery-operated boyfriend than my flesh and bones one.

I checked my makeup in the visor vanity mirror before getting out of the car. Maybe it was time to make some changes.

Standing in front of the door to Jason’s apartment, I knocked with conviction. He opened the door, shirtless. Damn. Yeah. It was definitely time to make some changes.

  Chapter Two

Scribbling nervously on a notepad, I did my best to get through the material as quickly as possible. Last night’s unexpected – but most enjoyable – meeting with Jason had eaten into my study time.

“Can I take this plate out of the way for you?”

I looked up from my textbook at the relatively handsome young man standing beside my table. I stared at him, hearing his voice, but the words had become jumbled among the terms, names, and numbers attempting to make their way from my short-term memory to long term knowledge.

“I’m sorry,” I chuckled, mildly embarrassed. “What did you say?”

“Do you want me to move this stuff out of your way?” He motioned to my plate now covered with crumbs and a crumbled napkin.

“Yes, please.” I loaded the rest of the stray trash and used utensils onto the plate before he picked it up. “That would be great.”

“What are you studying?” He pulled a rag from his pocket and began wiping the now empty area on the table.

“Well,” I turned my attention back to the open textbook, “this is Anatomy and Physiology. But I still have an English paper to finish, a chapter in Chemistry to read, and a Terminology quiz to study for.” Saying it out loud made me realize how much work I still had to do. I began to feel a little overwhelmed. It’s okay. I can get it done.

“Oh, wow.” He tucked the rag back into his apron pocket and took a step back. “I should let you get back to it then. Let me know if you need anything.”

“I will. Thank you.” I smiled and flipped to the next page in the book. Clicking the top of my highlighter open, I sighed and ran the yellow ink across several lines of text. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw him walk away, but I didn’t look up. I kept my focus on the text in front of me.

After finishing the chapter, rewriting my English paper, reviewing about a million words of medical terminology for the next quiz, and two additional cups of tea, I was finished. I stood up from the table and looked out the window.

When did it get dark? I picked up my phone and looked at the time. Seven o’clock? What the hell? And look at all these missed messages. Jason. The study group. My Mom. My sister. I quickly scanned for anything urgent before putting my phone down and packing up my things.

I looked up and caught sight of my reflection in the window. At first, I didn’t give it a second thought, but then I looked again. I really am a lot bigger than Robin. I compared myself to my sexy new friend. Pushing my shoulders back, I thrust my chest out and inspected my breasts. I need new boobs or at least a wonder bra.

Shaking my head, I went back to packing up my things. Wait a minute! I looked at my reflection a third time. What am I doing? I turned the side, and back to the front. I placed my hand on my hip and pushed my hip out. I may not be skinny, but I’m pretty. I have curves in all the right places. I turned to look at my ass. And Jason didn’t have any complaints.

“Yeah,” I said, still looking at my reflection the window. “Pretty damn good.”

“I must agree.” I heard a voice from behind me. It was the guy from earlier. He was wiping down tables with the rag from his apron. I had no idea how long he had been there, or how much he had seen. I felt a flash of heat rush across my chest and face.

  “Oh, shit!” I thought my heart would stop. “I’m so … I didn’t know you were … I –”

“It’s okay,” he said, shaking out the rag. “It was adorable. And not to sound too creepy, or anything, you are very pretty – and very hot. If that’s what you were wondering.”

“Thank you?” I felt a flutter in my chest. “Um, okay. That’s so nice.” I don’t know what to say? “I’m going to go now before I make an even bigger fool of myself.” I grabbed my purse and my bag and tossed them over my shoulder. “But yes. Um, thank you. For. What you said. Just then.”

“You’re welcome.” He smiled at me. I attempted to smile back, but it only made the heat of my embarrassment grow.

I practically ran out of the front doors and didn’t stop until I reached my car. I tossed my bag into the passenger seat and climbed in, immediately locking the doors. Putting my hands over my face, I laughed at myself for a several minutes before finally starting the car and pulling out of the parking lot.

While I was a bit embarrassed, I was feeling even more confident than before. I would be riding that high for a while.

  * * *

Sitting in Anatomy class, waiting for my test to start, I did a little last-minute cramming. I had to get a good grade. I had received a B on the last test, and it made me crazy. How could I get a B? I beat myself up over it almost every day since. I wasn’t going to let it happen again. I need that A.

>   “Hey hot stuff.” A hand placed a pack of crackers on my book. “Do you like peanut butter?” I looked up to see Robin standing in front of me.

“Yeah, I do.” I grabbed the crackers and immediately opened the pack. “I haven’t eaten lunch yet.”

“Um, honey,” she laughed, chewing, a half-eaten cracker pinched between her fingers. “You’re a little late. Lunch was two hours ago.” She sat in the desk to my right, digging into her backpack. “Here.” She handed me a second pack of crackers and a granola bar.

“Seriously? Thanks.” I bit into one of the crackers. It was the best peanut butter cracker I had ever tasted – or I was extremely hungry. “Holy shit. These are so good.” I covered my mouth and laughed at myself. “Sorry. Didn’t mean to get so excited about a cracker.”

“What the fuck?” Robin mumbled after tossing the other half of her snack into her mouth. “Why are you apologizing for being excited? You’re allowed. Get excited about whatever the fuck you want. Don’t ever fucking apologize for it! Okay?”

Fuck must be her favorite word. I nodded and took another bite. “Okay.” I like her.

“So,” Robin shoved the empty cellophane wrapper into the small pocket of her backpack. “What was his name?”

“Who?” I tried to take another cracker from the packaging without making too much noise. It didn’t work.

“The dick who fucked you up?” she laughed.

  “What? What are you … I don’t –”
