“We broke up because I caught him cheating,” Lacy said. “Isn’t that ironic?”
“I am sorry.” Jennifer reached over to hold Lacy’s hand.
“Are you seeing someone else?” Marty asked.
“No! I am more cautious now.” She straightened her shoulders and gripped Jennifer’s hand. “I am so happy you recovered from your depression.”
“So am I,” Marty said.
“I remembered you telling me that crying would not help,” Jennifer told him. “Writing helped as a distraction at times. I cannot write in English very well, which is why I asked Lacy to help me translate my science fiction novel that I am writing in French.”
“It’s wonderful,” Lacy said. “You have such a vivid imagination. The story about the Secret Society fighting the Syndos in the thirtieth century. It is such a thrill to read.”
“Jennifer and I want to invite you into our bed,” Marty whispered.
“Jennifer, are you sure it is all right?” Lacy asked.
“Yes, I am sure of that.”
After dinner they walked over to the elevators and rode up to Jennifer’s condo. Lacy and Jennifer whispered about the positions they wanted to try. Jennifer became aroused from that conversation alone.
Lacy and Jennifer embraced in a long kiss in the kitchen. They entered the bedroom after taking off each other’s clothes. After kissing each other all over their front sides from ankles to ears, Jennifer was fully aroused and motioned to Marty. Marty joined them, clad only in his birthday suit as the two women turned down the blankets and stretched onto the bed together. Jennifer loved the feel of the cool sheets contrasting with the heat radiating from Lacy’s petite body.
“Wow! You are two of the most beautiful women in the world.”
Lacy spread Jennifer’s legs apart. Marty knelt next to Lacy and together they kissed and licked Jennifer’s ears, neck, and stomach, slowly kissing her thighs, edging closer and closer to her vagina and nipples. Lacy kissed Marty. This excited Jennifer even more. Then Lacy began fellatio as Jennifer kissed and licked Lacy’s nipples and vagina.
When Lacy was wet enough, Jennifer penetrated Lacy’s vagina with a finger, gently stretching her to accept two fingers. Lacy came with Jennifer’s fingers inside her and her tongue on the magic button. Jennifer lay back and cuddled for a time with her two lovers that she most cared about on either side.
After a long playful shower washing each other and drying so softly, Jennifer and Lacy roused Marty to hardness again. He entered Jennifer from behind so Jennifer could lick Lacy’s clit while she was receiving Marty’s length.
“Marty, please hold your come—I want it in my mouth tonight,” Lacy cried.
Marty kept pumping in and out of Jennifer until she came. He stopped and pulled Lacy to his center. “Now, Lacy!”
Lacy sucked Marty’s swollen penis into her mouth as Marty climaxed. She kissed Jennifer to share some of Marty’s load. Jennifer felt love so intense that she kissed Lacy more passionately than ever before. Sharing her husband’s semen was her great pleasure. Sensations of closeness and connection with both Lacy and Marty shivered through her. She was the luckiest woman of all time.
“I think Marty is done for a while, so let me work on you,” Jennifer said.
Marty kissed Lacy as Jennifer licked and sucked her clit. Lacy came, arching her back to push her clit deeper into Jennifer’s mouth.
Jennifer got up and made coffee lattes. Marty helped by cutting the fresh fruits and Jennifer’s favorite five French cheeses he slyly presented as a surprise. She felt warm and soothed in her mind enjoying her two favorite people and some French cheese with apples and pears. It was like being in heaven and she did not want it to stop, ever. After a while in the dining room talking about their favorite positions, Jennifer suggested a position where Marty was in Lacy while she sucked her clit.
Marty grew hard again. Lacy sat on top of his cock, rocking against him. Jennifer licked Lacy’ clit as she and Marty came together.
The three of them feel asleep together on the bed with Marty in the middle.

Sunlight through the window woke them much later.
“Now I know what married life is all about,” Marty quipped. “I never did any of this in my first marriage.” He caressed both women lazily.
Lacy stretched like a kitten. “It is Sunday morning so we do not need to get up early. I would like to try sex in the shower to see what Jennifer experiences.”
“Okay, but you must go first, as you are our guest,” Jennifer said.
“Roger that,” Lacy replied.
Lacy took Marty by the hand and entered the shower with Jennifer a minute behind them. Marty and Lacy kissed in the shower as they wash each other’s bodies. Jennifer washed Lacy again using her soft sponge, with particular attention to her nipples. Lacy became excited with Marty touching her clit with his hands and Jennifer stimulating her nipples with the sponge. Jennifer knelt to lick Lacy’s vagina then signaled to Marty that Lacy was aroused enough. Lacy stood facing Marty but she was too short to allow penetration without him having to crouch uncomfortably.
“I have an idea,” Jennifer said.
“Jennifer does her best thinking under pressure,” Marty teased.
Jennifer brought in a small stepstool Lacy could use to prop herself up. Marty then faced Lacy and penetrated her easily. After Marty and Lacy both came, they dried each other off softly and slowly. Marty picked Jennifer up and carried her to the bed where Lacy and Marty performed a sharing cunnilingus on Jennifer until she climaxed.
“What a beautiful night and morning we had together,” Lacy said. “Thank you for inviting me to share your wedding bed.”
“I know how much Jennifer loves you and missed you, Lacy. But I must say I’m extremely attracted to you as well. I will truly miss our threesomes when you go back to Tahiti tomorrow. Jennifer will be in Tahiti all summer long.”
“I am so happy with our threesome. I will not want to miss the opportunity unless I am dating someone very special again.”
“We will understand.” Jennifer stroked Lacy’s hair.
Marty said, “If you’re free and willing to have a great night and morning again soon, we’ll always ask you.”
“I will work on translating the rest of the novel on the plane,” Lacy told them. “It is a pleasure for me to explore Jennifer’s mind in this work. Somehow, I feel she is telling me indirectly something about her life before the amnesia.”
“It is not really about science, it is about fiction,” Jennifer said. Lacy had come nearer the truth than she could know.
Jennifer had ended her book with the time travel back three hundred years for the forty-nine SS members and to the twenty-first century for Joon in the first draft, just as it had happened. On second thought, she decided to change the ending. She rewrote the last several chapters to have the SS escape to another solar system in the galaxy through a temporary wormhole.
The real reason for her change in the novel was to protect the future, her friends, and to be true to the memory of Zexton. If her novel got published she was worried about giving the Syndos information that might expose their escape plan and compromise the mission.
Jennifer needed to protect the people she directed to the twenty-seventh century. These were incredibly brilliant engineers and scientists who were all followers of Zexton and his non-violent principles. They were true to their goal of peaceful demonstrations and it was the Syndos who violated the code of conduct of civilized society. She felt guilty for leaving her role as leader of the SS. What would she say if or when she went back?

She called her twin sister Jenny.
“Hello! Are you my sister?” Jennifer asked.
“Yes, Jennifer, it is Jenny,” Jenny said. “I am in a taxi on the way to your condo. Can we finish this conversation when I arrive?”
“Why yes!”
“See you soon! Au revoir.”
After about fifte
en minutes, Jennifer heard a knock on the door. She opened it to see a woman her exact height and build, with her face—but her hair was dark. It was like looking in a mirror except the hair and clothes were different. Her look-alike smiled.
Jennifer hugged her sister. “Come in and sit—I will get you something to eat and drink.”
“Thank you for being alive,” Jenny exclaimed. “I’m so happy to see you. We look identical except for hair color and that’s because I was in disguise when I came back.” She took off her wig and sunglasses.
“Now we are identical twins. I am still shocked so excuse my behavior.” Playing hostess, she asked, “What would you like?”
“I’d like to get to know you!”
Jennifer hugged her sister again and kissed both her cheeks. “I already feel a new sense of being complete. A vast emptiness has vanished.”
“Maybe some coffee and French cheese with fruit if you have it,” Jenny requested as she sat on the couch.
“I have it! Where have you been?” Jennifer asked.
“I’m coming in from Tahiti today,” Jenny replied. “How can I help you?”
“I am not sure but I would like information about my friends in the Secret Society. Those who traveled in time to the twenty-seventh century. Also about my parents.”
“You have helped me by looking after my little sister Poe and her mom Tika. They were close friends I had to leave behind when my parents took me to the thirtieth century.” Jenny accepted the coffee as Jennifer set a plate of cheese and fruit on the coffee table between them. Jenny took a sip and continued. “I’m not sure whether it was your SS friends or the demonstration of protest following the event that later became known as the Big Bang Sacrifice. After that event, the Syndos decided to preserve humans, their creators, as a precious species that needs protection. Life is good now in the thirtieth century since the Big Bang you caused. We have a future and equal rights. Thank you, my goddess, champion and heroine.” Jenny bowed to her.
Jennifer scoffed. “I am no goddess! I have disgraced you and humanity by my actions.”
Jenny told her, “It may be the success of your SS team exposing Grandpa LeVe’s virus to the young Syndos, which corrected the moral defect in Syndos DNA, or your demonstration of choosing death over confinement, or both. Thank you for being my sister. It doesn’t matter. History has changed for the better.”
The two ladies hugged in an intense embrace.
“How can we be twins if you were born so many years after me?” Jennifer asked.
“Our parents conducted an experiment to find out the effects of time travel on twins and the effect on our cells. We were separated before you were implanted into an artificial womb. You were born that way in the thirtieth century and raised by my aunt and uncle, Pierre and Michelle LeVe. I was frozen and implanted into Colette Heros’ womb, and born in the twentieth century the old-fashioned way. Don’t forget about the nine hundred intervening years; time travel makes us seem that much different from each other. If you had landed here decades from now, we’d be closer in actual age, but then I left for your century seven years ago in this time and landed when you were older than me. It’s confusing.” She pushed her blonde locks off her forehead. “The effects of different time periods on child development were also researched using us as guinea pigs.”
Jennifer had experienced strange disorientation effects since arriving in this far past century but had assumed it was from time travel itself. Her head spun with this revelation of having a twin sister. “What are the results?”
“I think our bond was greater than expected over time. You came to my time and I went to your time. Otherwise, what are the chances of us meeting in this century?”
The twins sat on the lanai and told each other about their life experiences for hours.
“Finally, we met and we overcame the difference in our times,” Jenny said. “The genetics were stronger than imagined by the first hypothesis. Even though we were brought up nine hundred years apart, we hold nearly the same values and interests in archeology and science.”
“That is truly remarkable!” Jennifer stared at her twin. “If I come back to the thirtieth century in a couple of months, can I see my parents again—or are they your parents?”
“Genetically, I’m not sure who were our parents, but André and Colette brought me up and were very good to me,” Jenny said. “Your mother and father may still be alive in their time but I’m not sure if they’re genetically our parents because you and I look more like Colette.”
“Can you ask them who our biological parents are and send me a message? I would like to know.”
“Do you have any more questions of me?” Jenny asked.
“Did you ever think about ending your life during your deep depression? How about your parents?”
“Not that I know!” Jenny shook her head in denial.
“I had a deep depression because I could not make any sense of who I was. After a while, I was not sure if the people in Nuku Hiva were false or whether my life in the thirtieth century was a delusion! I looked just like their daughter—same face, same interests, same apparent age. Everyone who knew her—you—accepted that I was you. I began to believe I did have amnesia. It set me off and pulled me under. Your phone call saved me. How can we prevent these disasters in our future?”
“Knowledge is the answer and you have it now.” Jenny grasped her hand.
“Thank you for explaining what happened to me.”
Jenny said, “As soon as I could, I borrowed the TT-11 to come back to fulfill my mother’s promise to Poe and Tika.”
“Excuse me! What is TT-11?”
“Sorry, Trans-Time Eleven was made in the thirty-second century where André, Jacque and Pierre were born and perfected two-way time travel. They borrowed so much money that they needed to pay it back. Therefore, they trans-timed to the thirtieth century to earn the money in real estate and stock investments.”
Jennifer took a moment to digest the idea that the Heros brothers were from much farther in the future than she herself was.
“Jenny, did anybody confuse you with me?”
“After speaking with Jules, I wore my disguise to match my fake papers. I talked with Jules by phone using a synthetic voice he never heard before. I learned another woman with my name had taken Poe and Tika to Hawaii. The more I asked around the more I learned about this other Jennifer who had been rescued from a deserted island, the very one on top of the SS hideout station that got blown up. It all made sense, so I followed your trail. I’m so happy I found you! But soon it will be time for me to return.” Jenny looked deep in to Jennifer’s eyes and put one hand on her shoulder.
“How will you get back?”
“The same way I got here. The time machine is located one hundred miles south of Tahiti in about five thousand feet of water. I will give you the location but you must memorize the coordinates. I have an automated submersible that will take me to the machine. Can you take me close so I can send signals to raise the submersible without alerting authorities?”
“Yes! I will take you.” Jennifer agreed as she contemplated a possible road to redemption.
“Otherwise I must buy a boat and sink it when I get the submersible raised and ready, just like my parents did when we left in 2008.”
“I will take you in a Hatteras, if that is okay with you?”
“Yes, I’d like to spend some time with you and meet Marty.”
“What will your cover story be?”
“I don’t know, but can you help me?”
“You could be my lost twin. Jacque, your uncle, told me about a twin, but I figured that was his dementia talking,” Jennifer said. “No one else indicated that I was expected to have a sister.”
“Then how will you explain my disappearance?”
“Let me think about that,” Jennifer said.
Jennifer wanted to recapture her self-esteem. How could she rescue her colleagues without undoing their work? She would need to g
ive them about four years to complete the mission as planned to be sure. She hoped they would not arrest her. She could not figure a way to handle her deception and desertion.
CHAPTER 33
Summer in Tahiti
Time flew by that summer for Dr. Jennifer Zitonick as she got her official diploma for her PhD in physics. She wanted to spend some time at the Mauna Kea Observatory using the telescopes with Kala White but could not be in two places at once. So she traveled to Tahiti to work on her archeology PhD. She suggested that Jenny visit Jacque, as Jenny had a cure for him aboard Triton, the Unicorn class submersible from the thirty-second century. After a quick trip to get the medication, Jenny flew to Montreal in her new disguise.
Jennifer contemplated the true dates of the finds she examined. The artifacts discovered at the Royal Tahitian burial site in the lava tube had been made available for study now. As she looked at them, Jennifer marveled that the earthquake she and Kyoko had been in seemed to happen so very long ago.
Jennifer worked closely with Shinji, Kyoko, and Jean-Yves at the site on Tahiti Iti all summer. She planned to spend Saturday evening and Sunday with Lacy but Lacy had met another beau. Jennifer’s work was going well. She missed Marty but thought they could use a little time away from each other. She knew he sensed her preoccupation and couldn’t take his concerned looks for much longer.
* * *
The day was warm with occasional showers. Jennifer continued to wonder about the true meaning of this discovery as she began to write her archeology dissertation. Shinji had colleagues in Tokyo that had dated some carbon-based artifacts to 500 BCE. If that were true, Tahiti might have been occupied even before the Marquesas although this group may have only stayed for a short time and later migrated in part or entirely to the Marquesas or elsewhere. There were other hypotheses; the artifacts may have been carried here from Tonga, Samoa, or somewhere else and not made in Tahiti.
She called Jenny after her work was done and she was heading back toward her hotel.
“Hello, Jennifer. I love you,” Jenny answered.
