Grandmas Noodle Pudding Kugel
"My grandma gave me her recipe for this family favorite. We always ate this at Hanukkah dinner, but I could really eat it for any meal, anytime!"
Serving: 6 | Prep: 15 m | Cook: 35 m | Ready in: 50 m
Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package broad egg noodles
2 tablespoons butter
3 eggs, separated
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 apples - peeled, cored and chopped
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped almonds
