“Where’s…” Clare was about to ask “Where’s Alyssa” but then Alyssa came from behind her.
“I’m here!” She smiled, her fiancé Edmund wrapping an arm around her, “Sorry, we just bought some stuff….” She looked happy, in-love and confident, unlike when she was with Paul.
“Let’s start then…” Courtney said, thinking that everything seemed perfect and yet, she knew good things were still gonna come. A million faces, and yet, when you find that person who’s right for you in every possible way, you know that you’ve found your missing puzzle piece, and that no matter how many people you see, it’s their face you’d be looking for each and every time. She smiled and went on with the meeting.
