The Shadow Walker (The Last Colony Book 2) Page 42

by William R Hunt

The story does not end here.

We began the Last Colony series without a clear sense of how many books we wanted to include. Did this feel like a standalone novel or a longer series? Over time, we’ve come to think of it as a trilogy—and that’s just how we mean to approach it. Though we may pick up on the lives of some of the characters after Book 3 (those who survive the book, at any rate), we believe the majority of this tale will be finished by the third book’s closing chapters.

Questions will be answered, enemies will be confronted, and the ground on which our characters stand will shift once again. We hope you are as excited to see it play out as we are.

And if, for your own reasons, you haven’t yet read the first installment in the series, please take a look at Brothers. It may help explain some of the questions you might have. You may also be able to glean some information from our website, WRHunt.com, though it is usually easier (in this writer’s humble opinion) to write a story than to write about writing it.

As always, we hope you will leave a review on Amazon so that other potential readers can better decide whether they will like this book. Your feedback, like your time and support, is invaluable to us.

  Thank you.
