In the future, crime is artificially low. Data miners are able to pinpoint which crimes an individual is capable of before they are even committed. Psychics are able to enter the mind of the soon-to-be criminal and discover if they should be imprisoned or worse.
Rori is one of these thought police. However, for this crime she secretly hopes her subject is guilty...

That set him off. He jerked her T-shirt off of her body in one quick motion, baring her breasts, he grabbed one into his mouth, his teeth grazing against her nipple, while the other mounded her other breast. A low growl escaped his throat.
Equally as savagely, he jerked her pants open. The button flew off, and he yanked them down. He undid his own pants just as quickly, and before she could even see his manhood, he'd buried it all the way inside of her. He was thick and long, and the sudden force of feeling him inside her caused her to shriek.
That he liked. He held her rear against the table and kept towering over her. He began to pound into her, forcefully, as if he could not get enough. She felt him shudder once, but he did not stop, he simply kept pounding into her.
