Pat found a seventy-five-year-old retired German jeweler who had a shop on South Street for over forty years and worked at that same shop for his father. The jeweler, Adolf Norman, not only repaired Mickey’s watch but also researched the serial number and found the Norman Jewelers copy of the original receipt for the watch. The receipt was signed by his father, Joseph, and Officer Lewis Devlin, badge 6420, Mickey’s Da.
