A Note on the Author’s Interviews and Sources
Bill Belichick did not agree to be interviewed for this project. His quotations throughout are primarily from the thousands of news conferences and mass media availabilities he has participated in during his NFL coaching career and from the print and broadcast outlets cited in these pages. The author interviewed more than 350 people exclusively for this book, and those interviews served as the foundation of the narrative.
