"Fuck," Isabella muttered, a look of pained arousal on her face. "Why does this turn me on so much?" Her neck began flushing red, and her legs squirmed as she visibly tried to regain control of her urges.

"Because you liiiiike me!" Piper teased, reaching out to pull her lover's lower body closer.

Letting herself be pulled, Isabella grumbled for a moment, but then spoke her thoughts breathlessly. "It's so new, so different—I haven't been able to stop thinking about it since I did it."

  Piper could only smile broadly.

"This is how I get with things," Isabella breathed, inching closer. "Taboo things…"

"Like running your little game on me?" she replied, mostly teasing.

  "Yeah."

Curling over to kiss down her lover's thigh, Piper took a moment to stop teasing and look down between their bodies. "If you have feelings for someone, it's alright to make them feel good, no matter what parts they might have."

Isabella let out a breath, nodded slowly, and leaned a little closer, exploring with her fingers.

Piper decided to add something she knew her new girlfriend would love. "Besides, it's on your mind now. You want to do it, and you're going to do it."

Taking in her comment with a painfully aroused expression, the blonde tensed. "Now there's something I would say—but you're right." Leaning in, she brought her tongue in between split fingers and gave a good long lick.

Piper gripped her roommate's leg reflexively as the stimulation shot pleasure up her spine. Falling into the motion, she curled between Isabella's toned thighs as one leg lifted up to give her better access. Just like that, all talking stopped, and they both sank into a realm of pure enjoyment.

Head between her new girlfriend's legs, Piper pressed her chin against her mound and thrust her tongue straight down in pursuit of that sweet, intimate taste she'd grown to love. Pushing her whole face into that slick sweetness, she elicited a breathy little gasp from below, and she shivered as a warm breath rolled across her own bare sex.

Breathing deep against the pleasure, her eyes fixated on the open glistening pink between her fingers, Isabella seemed to be hovering at a tipping point. Rolling her tongue in her mouth and tasting her girlfriend again, she seemed compelled by deep lust—and by the tongue buried inside her and filling her with intense pleasure. Piper took the opportunity to focus on her girlfriend's clit, pushing her onward.

Giving in with a low moan, Isabella leaned in the last inch and took another lick, this time following it up with a second—and a third—and then a little suck of the soft flesh that hung like petals on either side.

Head shooting with little sparks of bliss, her whole awareness filled with softness, wetness, and the scent of feminine arousal, Piper responded by pulling the entire experience even closer and passionately tonguing those sweet folds.

Giving little involuntary moans between panting breaths, Isabella matched her passion, and her attempts to get ever closer turned into a desperate roll. Coming to rest on top of her new girlfriend, she wrapped her arms around either leg before her, pulled them apart, and buried her face in pink.

Under Isabella and positioned just right between her spread thighs, Piper slid her hands up and gripped her soft butt to pull that perfect dripping slit down in reach of her mouth. Firm breasts pressed against her lower tummy, excited fingers gripping her legs, and the eager tongue slipping inside her all conspired to fill her with an almost painful blissful fire. Completely lost in lust and pleasure, she lapped happily, trying to return every ounce of enjoyment with each slick warm lick.

Fighting to keep from getting off too soon, she took hope from the tensing thighs on either side of her head. She could feel Isabella's inner pleasure building, but, as completely overwhelmed as she was, she couldn't hold on. Moaning into those dripping folds, her tongue still buried, she arched up against the soft body above.

Isabella gripped her legs tighter, rode her with her mouth, and tongued her even harder.

Letting her head fall back, Piper breathed deep, and a rushing heat completely filled her mind and body. Bucking involuntarily and staring wide-eyed at the ceiling of their shared room as every nerve tingled with fire, she let out a squeak. Her insides clenched powerfully, tightening her lower body once, twice, and a third time.

Too sensitive to go on, she pulled away, her senses still reeling. Even as her orgasm continued and the pleasure still echoed inside her, she turned around.

Isabella sat there with a finger between her lips. Still processing the taste in her mouth, the juices all over her face, and the slick heat and experience of what she'd just done for the second time, she seemed to need a moment.

Too fired up to wait, Piper pushed her naked girlfriend down on the bed. In moments, she had one hand down along the blonde's bare sex and the other underneath to pull her close for a deep kiss. Isabella kissed her back passionately, sparing no care for the juices smearing between their faces. Already incredibly turned on, the blonde arched up against the hand between her legs, eager for satisfaction.

Kissing deeper and enjoying the play of their entwined tongues, Piper let her hand run on ingrained skills that had become the next best thing to instinct. First rubbing those perfect lips up and down, then pressuring her clit with her palm, she knew exactly where to touch her girlfriend to elicit the greatest response. And respond she did—Isabella pulled at her and made out with her in a passionate rhythm as her hips bucked against the stimulation.

Piper slid her middle finger in between slick burning hot folds, aiming for that spot she knew would drive her girlfriend wild. Pulling back from their kiss to let Isabella breathe, she held the blonde close, intent on feeling every little tremor and shiver.

Overcome by the heat visibly wracking her body, Isabella scrunched up her face. Her chest rose with successive deep breaths as she pushed up against her girlfriend's hand.

Watching the flushed skin and writhing rhythm beneath her expert fingers, Piper smiled. As Isabella threw her head back against a pillow and tensed up completely, she kept her hand working back and forth, absolutely loving the soft, slick walls clenching around her finger.

Isabella arched up and stopped breathing for a moment as her entire body locked solid with the throes of orgasm. After a long held breath and strain, she let out a sigh and fell back to the sheets.

Still smiling, Piper kissed up her girlfriend's neck and nuzzled her ear as she slowly withdrew her fingers.

Isabella reached up and gripped her forcefully by the chin. "I like you…"

  Piper's smile only grew wider.

  Chapter 8

Walking down the dorm hallway toward the showers side-by-side with her new girlfriend, Piper had never felt happier. Still sweaty, though glowing, she adjusted her hastily donned clothes and tried not to make their recent activities—or her own beaming exhilaration—too obvious. Beside her, Isabella walked with her usual grace and energy, but secret glances and smiles betrayed her matching contentment.

Activity in the dorm seemed to be increasing as students began filtering back in from vacation. Doors hung open, people were lugging bags left and right, and numerous conversations drifted down from the lounge. As the two girls approached the bathrooms, somebody down the hall perked up.

"Hey!" A tall, brown-haired guy came walking up rather quickly. "Hey, Isabella?"

Piper froze, unsure what was going on. Isabella watched him expectantly.

"It's Luke," he explained. "We met briefly during orientation week."

"Oh," she replied, nodding. "Right. Good to see you again. What's up?"

He glanced awkwardly at Piper for a moment, then back to his intended target. "Um, nothing much, just got back from home and I'm hanging with some friends." He tilted his head back at the lounge. "Saw you randomly just now, and I was wondering if you wanted to get a coffee or something sometime."

Skin tingling with an unhappy heat, Piper tried not to frown.

  Isabella raised her eyeb
rows briefly. She took a second to think about how best to phrase it. "I don't think that's a good idea."

"Oh." Caught off guard by the unexpected response, he reacted as if lightly struck. "But I thought we really hit it off."

Piper bit her lip to resist the chaotically mixing emotions surging through her chest. She wasn't sure what to feel, having never been in quite such a situation before, but she began steeling herself against being hurt.

"Yeaaaah," Isabella said, trying to be graceful with her refusal. "It's just that I'm taken now."

"Oh," Luke said again. He nodded impulsively for a second. "Well, he's a lucky guy."

Piper clenched her fists. She was not able to really articulate why she was so worried, but she was definitely expecting her socially-minded girlfriend to play it all off and snub her.

"Actually," Isabella responded politely, trying not to embarrass him too much. She slid her hand gently around her companion's waist.

Luke's eyes widened in momentary embarrassed horror. "Ohhh, I—" He took a step back, only just realizing he'd hit on the blonde in front of her significant other. "Sorry ma'am!" he said to Piper. "Well, that's embarrassing. Sorry. Bye!"

Dumbfounded, the two girls watched him hurry off back to the lounge.

"Ma'am?" Piper asked, both immensely relieved and oddly insulted.

Isabella burst out laughing. "I'm sure he was just freaking out."

"Do I look old?" she asked rhetorically. "Do I look like a ma'am?"

The blonde cast her eyes upward as if unwilling to answer.

  Piper slapped her playfully. "Hey!"

Upon finally entering the bathroom, they found it incredibly busy and filled with girls getting ready for the day after long flights and even longer drives. Sharing a glance of disappointment, the two grabbed the last free shower alcoves and entered them separately. Still, Piper kept thinking about how open about their relationship Isabella had been, despite what she'd expected—and she found that her happiness was only growing.

The next couple days went by in a rush as studying for finals became a full-time job. Taking a break to have coffee with her friend, Piper met her at their usual coffee shop. Jessie's black spikey hair had grown a little longer since they'd last hung out, but, otherwise, it was like not a moment had passed.

"How was your Thanksgiving?" Jessie asked as she regarded the annoyingly long line for ordering. "Frick, everyone's out and downing coffee this week."

"It's finals," Piper agreed, looking around the crowded café in surprise. "I bet it'll only get worse next week." She took a step forward as the line moved. "But my Thanksgiving was incredible."

"Oh yeah?" Jessie asked, turning to give a naughty smirk. "The kind of incredible you can't talk about in a crowded line?"

  Piper smiled brightly.

"Here's to getting this line moving." She pointed at a barista and ordered loudly. "Two medium black coffees!"

Some of the other customers grumbled, but the punky girl managed to skip past all the people with fancy orders get the two basic drinks immediately. Laughing sheepishly, both she and Piper bolted away from the line with their hot drinks in hand. Finding no open tables at all in the crowded café, they stood around awkwardly searching until Jessie made a suggestion. "My place is near here, we could just go talk there. We could watch TV, too."

  "Sure."

Despite enduring a shivery walk two blocks down and holding her hot drink out while her fingers somehow still froze, Piper could only smile.

"You seem different," Jessie commented, her teeth chattering as they walked against blustering icy wind.

"It was a really good vacation."

Jessie raised one eyebrow, intrigued, but opted to wait until they were warmer for more explanation. "Here!" she said, pointing up a brief set of steps.

After climbing up to a rickety porch, they pushed into the house proper as quickly as possible. Coming out of the cold into a bright living room occupied by two couches and several girls and guys watching television, Piper hesitated.

"Come on," Jessie said, leading her past everyone and toward the stairs.

A girl on the couch asked, "Who's the cutie?"

Another one called after them as they ran up the stairs: "Go Jessie!"

Several hoots and hollers from the guys followed them.

  Cheeks burning, Piper asked, "Roommates?"

"Yeah. The girls, and their boyfriends," Jessie said breathlessly, leading her down the hallway. "They're great when we have parties, but they're always here, and sometimes I wish I had more privacy."

"I feel that," she replied, remembering being yelled at from the hallway outside her room once for having too much fun too loudly.

Jessie's room, on first glance, was a perfect match for its owner. A range of rock and punk posters plastered the walls, interspersed with gorgeous naked women of all types. As Jessie took off her jacket and got comfortable, Piper stared at the beautiful models. Her toes curled reflexively in her shoes. It made her skin tingle to think that her girlfriend was just as pretty as these professional goddesses.

Jessie indicated the nightstand. "You can put your coffee down here."

  "Oh, right."

Piper moved over and set her drink down before using the opportunity to take off her jacket and stash her backpack. While sitting on the low and wide bed covered in messy blue blankets, she studied her new spot. "Hey, I've got blue blankets at home. A little brighter than these, though."

"Oh yeah?" Jessie asked, sliding a little closer. "Get any action on them?"

Laughing awkwardly, Piper picked up her drink and took a sip.

  "You did!"

  "Yeah, I might have."

  "Well?"

Piper looked down at her coffee and tried to think about how best to describe everything that had happened to warm her heart so. "Well, things had been a little weird between us, but only because she was so unhappy about going to see her family, so I invited her to come home with me for Thanksgiving. And, I don't know. It was so great to see all that weight lifted off of her. My family loved her, and it just felt right. I asked her out, and she said yes—"

  "Say what?" Jessie asked, stunned.

Beaming, she happily reiterated her point. "I asked her to be my girlfriend, and she said yes!"

Jessie looked away for a moment. "But she's a terrible person."

"Not at all!" Piper began explaining. "She just had a lot of issues to work through, and I think we've done that together."

"But her and her friend Julie—they've treated you so terribly. I don't understand how you can honestly believe anything either one of them says."

Confused, Piper shook her head. "No, what? Julie's the terrible one, Isabella is amazing."

"What makes Julie terrible and Isabella not?" Jessie asked, clearly flustered. "I bet Isabella's convinced you to keep it all secret, too. That's just an excuse."

"No," Piper countered. "She hasn't hidden it at all."

  "She's told people?"

"Yeah, in front of me. And she told Julie, and Julie was confused and mad as hell."

Jessie stopped arguing and instead gazed absently at the floor. "Oh."

Realizing that something more was going on, Piper touched her friend's arm. "You alright?"

After a moment's consideration, the tattooed girl turned toward her.

Surprised by the sudden kiss, Piper pulled back and dropped her coffee.

"Shit," Jessie snapped, disappointed in more ways than one. "I'm sorry." She grabbed for a towel and began wiping up the coffee from the brown carpet, clearly horribly embarrassed.

Still not sure how to react, Piper watched her try to clean up the spill. "It's alright—"

"I'm so stupid," Jessie breathed, her face bright red and scrunched up.

"—it'll blend in with the brown," she finished, referring to the carpet.

Despite her intense embarrassment, Jessie couldn't help but give a short genuine laugh. Giving up on the mostly-cleaned spill, she sat cross-
legged on the floor.

Piper scooted down to join her. "Jessie, I—"

"Are you attracted to me?" the raven-haired girl asked, cutting her off. "What has all this been about? I've loved our thing, and I thought it meant so much more." Jessie sat before her in a tight black tank-top. Tattoos ran up from underneath, along her chest, and down her arm; the dark designs contrasted nicely with her light skin. Looking at her—especially her face, much fuller than Isabella's, stronger and darker somehow—Piper had to admit that she was pretty in her own way, but there was nothing like the animal feeling that always woke inside her just looking at Isabella. It wasn't the same. "You are attractive," she said quietly. "But…"

Jessie swore silently at that word.

"…we're friends, and your friendship means a ton to me," she explained. "And I'm with Isabella. Like really with her. And I have to see where that goes. I'm not even sure about myself, let alone our future, but I'm crazy about her."

Resting her head unhappily on one hand with her fingers splayed through her black spikes, Jessie nodded. "Fuck."

  "Yeah."

Her friend stared at the floor. "I should have known better than to crush on a straight girl."

"Well, I wouldn't…" Piper trailed off mid-sentence, not sure she even had a clarification. Even with everything she had found herself loving, there still seemed to be some major fundamental difference between herself and Jessie—the spikey-haired girl lived it, was it, had a whole social circle and personality more ingrained with it all, and her experience and friendship had been incredibly valuable. Piper wasn't sure she'd have ever gotten through to Isabella without it. "Can we still be friends?" she asked, truly meaning it.

Jessie looked up with red and misty eyes. "…I don't think so…"

Piper sat unhappily for a moment. "Oh."

  "You should probably go."

Unsure how to react, she stood to get her jacket and backpack. Every moment was full of awkward pain, and Jessie said nothing as she left.
