My Little Pony - Daring Do and the Eternal Flower Page 7

by G. M. Berrow

Rosy Thorn: A freelance adventure Pegasus hired by Dr. Caballeron to assist in missions and raids.

Rubrics: Three clues that could lead to the location of the Eternal Flower. They were discovered by Gallant True on an ancient carving at the site of Orshab, the same site as the Everleaves. (Legend says that Mooncurve the Cunning took a sip of nectar from the Eternal Flower there.)

Somnambular (som-NAM-bew-ler) Bloom: Large tropical flowers with fuchsia petals and orange stems. These dangerous blooms are known to lull ponies to sleep with their strong perfume, though some varieties affect the pony by making him or her sleepwalk. Commonly found in the southern regions and several tropical isles off the western coast of Equestria.

Symbol of Scaly: The symbol of the dragon tribes that dwell on the Isles of Scaly—a dragon tooth with a five-pointed star in the middle.

Thaddeus Vine: A member of the board of the Equestrian Botanical Society specializing in ivy and grasses, with a special interest in magic blooms.
